From the consultation to the end result, Jessa was patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly intentional. She really took the time to understand my hair history and what I was trying to achieve. My hair before was grown out, uneven, and patchy from past highlights, and she somehow transformed it into a cool-toned, lived-in, low-maintenance look that blended seamlessly and still felt healthy. You can tell she truly knows what she's doing and cares about the integrity of your hair. She never rushed, explained the process, and made the entire experience comfortable and pleasant. I love supporting small businesses, especially when the service is this good and the fact that she's only about 5 minutes away makes it even better. I asked Caysi for a refund in March 2020 to which she told me the deposit was non-refundable AND she didn't have the money to refund me the remainder of my payment. I was understanding because of how crazy the times have been and agreed with her that she would provide the service at a later time. Once I reached out to her, Caysi said she can't provide the service to me in August of this year as she is booked with clients (as if I'm not a client?). I asked to be refunded the other half of my money to which she refused. I then rescheduled my event to a weekday in September and asked her to provide the services. She stopped replying at this point, so I had someone else message her anonymously to see if she would respond to them. She did, and she said she was available on weekdays, so I know she is available but apparently unwilling to provide the service to me. I guess this makes sense , because why bother providing a service when you already have a clients money ? She may be polite but she ripped me off and took my money. I essentially paid 650$ but never received the service. Not only do I have to find a new makeup artist but I also have to spend even more money, which is frustrating.
