Max was our host , he did phenomenal job . He offered any wine off the list if available. We had a tasting . From whites to reds. I did enjoy the last red a Cabernet blend. I like being there they share an art museum walls of blown glass . It's a cute place located downtown. Easy to get to and no stairs.

This was an amazing wine tasing experience. The interior design is modern and has beautiful art that can be purchased is displayed like a museum or gallery. Our host was friendly and appeared to be knowledgeable about the products. The cheese pairings were interesting as well and tasty. The wines were mostly on the dry side - not my favorite.

My brother was in town and Jessup offers a 2 for 1 local tasting. Sam was our host and he was amazing. We did the classic tasting which came with cheese to try with each wine. It also included apricots, cranberries, and dark chocolate. He tasted us through the wines and poured us 2 extra based on our comments about what we liked. The tasting room is an art gallery as well so it was nice to just sit amongst blown glass and paintings and enjoy some sips and cheese.

Glad that we found this tasting room in downtown Yountville. Sam that day was so great explaining all the wines they had and let us try so many red, rose and white wines. We discovered lots of new favorites there which include their Chardonnay, Zinfandel, Semillon, Sauvignon Blanc and the blend JUEL. We love their wine so much and decided to join their wine club that day! So excited to come back to do some tasting and get their wine regularly.

Frederick is amazing! What a delightful and well paced wine tasting experience. Would definitely recommend and come back :) I highly suggest the Chardonnay with honey blossom pairing

A wonderful little wine destination with a tasting room in the heart of Yountville, a Napa destination. We were pleasantly greeted and offered seating. We did not have tasting reservations, but the staff was very accommodating and was able to offer us a splash. There is indoor heating for reserve tasting and outdoor area as well for overflow. Great people watching venue while you try some excellent wines! Highly recommend stop again for a taste and a look around

what a gem! in a town filled with chi chi establishments, Jessup Cellars' warm, casual friendliness is refreshing. we really enjoy our visits to this tasting room. my family most recently came for a wine tasting paired with cheese. Anna was our gracious host. we really appreciated her hospitality and knowledge of wine. The tasting room is located on Washington St in Yountville. It's across the street from RH and there are several parking lots or street parking around. I recommend securing a reservation to enjoy a tasting in their gallery, but walk-ins should be able to belly up to their bar.

Loved this tasting room! From start to finish, it was such a special experience. It's not on a vineyard, but the art room is a fun change for your winery itinerary. Thank you, Max, for hosting us! we enjoyed our time & appreciate your hospitality.

Enjoying a delicious taste of Chardonnay and admiring the beautiful art!

Such a whimsically wonderful experience, tasting amongst some amazing art installations! We were greeted by our incredible host Max, and led into the tasting room for a perfectly paired tasting from a local creamery. What a lovely way to celebrate my birthday, thank you to Max for guiding and educating us about all the delicious wines Jessup Cellars offers! I can't wait to come back and experience the next pairing and artist!

My boyfriend is a member at Jessup Cellars and he took me wine tasting here a few months ago. Jessup's tasting room looks like an art gallery. They have gorgeous paintings inside that you can check out while you taste. Our sommelier was awesome and friendly, I forgot her name, but she was very knowledgeable about the wine and even had fun facts to share about Napa Valley. Unfortunately, she said that the day we went was her last day working there. I got to try 3 different wines (Chardonnay, Merlot and a Cabernet Sauvignon) and she even poured us a 4th glass for free. Everything I tried was delicious. Can't go wrong with any of the options. My sweet boyfriend even bought me a bottle to take home. Excellent choice for wine tasting in Yountville.

Loved the set up.. prompt & ready for us when we arrived.. Dat goat mild goat cheese--Yum!

The Chef from Chicago (wish I could remember his name) really killed his sauce and there was a Thai one I like especially a lot too. Only down side is the pork belly flavor, smoke from what I gathered over powered the sauces flavors. So that was a bummer. Maybe each chef doing their own version of the pork belly and not just the sauce would show case their particular style and twist on it. I'd go again though. Keep it up guys!

The few other tables around us had the same experience. By the time the food got here my glass of wine was already done. They brought up my wife's salad but no utensils. That took another few mins. Why not bring it up at the same time? You're already 40 mins in to this? Then the chicken sandwich comes up. Looks great but the bottom bun is wet like it's been soaking in water. My wife walks it back and they give us a new one. But again, more time. We're 55 mins in at this point. I expect a restaurant in Yountville to be run a bit better than this. Management, you all need to step up on this one and fix this.

On this most recent experience, I was invited to attend with 2 friends who are both wine club members and I have to say, I was watching how others were hosted as we were all seated at tables with our parties fairly close to one another and I have to say, the experiences were similar in style, with a bit more TLC for the wine club member experience, but all in all, if I need another membership, this is one I'd consider as I love Sparkling wine and the service was not pretentious or rushed in any way. I felt very comfortable and the vibes were all positive. The selection of flights were great and a reasonable price point. If I had friends who were visiting and wanted a Napa County experience, this is one I would definitely recommend. They have updated their tasting spaces and have so many different areas that even on a busy day, it doesn't feel crowded or overwhelming.

I'm giving it a 3 stars because we had to awhile to get seated and we had reservations ahead of time. Also, I feel that more food could be served at this winery. The tastings were paid ahead of time, which I didn't like as well since it added gratuity in advance. The wines were very good but I felt that its limited things to do here unless you have a membership with them. The winery was beautiful and very clean, but I felt that it caters more to the wine membership customers rather than regular ones. The seating was nice and serene with a nice view. Our server Camron was very nice and easy going!! He explained the wines well and good attitude!! The wine glasses here are cute as well' They also have a photo both that is cute! I may want to come back to try the tasting pair. -Marshay D.

I'm so thankful our friends introduced us to Handwritten, it's one of our favorite tasting rooms now. Definitely add it to your list if you're going to be visiting Yountville.

It's a very laid back environment focused on Yountville and local artists. We recently attended a winemaker meet and greet event there. Keith Emerson, the winemaker, was very personable with a plethora of information to share. I highly recommend a visit to the Yount Room. If you like white wine blends (Sauvignon Blanc and Semilon) , try the Hibou wine from Cornerstone. Keith Emerson is the winemaker maker.

The award for best array of wines ever offered at a tasting goes to The Yount Room…read more Let me clarify: this is an award I've created, in my own head. I like wine (reds, specifically) and those featured here were the most aromatic and enjoyable lot I've ever sampled. Having been a one-time member of Conn Creek I received an invitation to a (complimentary) tasting here, as they morphed from Cornerstone Cellars into The Yount Room. The Yount Room features Cornerstone wines but also the wines of others lacking tasting rooms, including some like Conn Creek, whose tasting room was lost in the fires. Situated in Yountville's historic old railway station, the interior space is a stylish hybrid tasting room/retail space. A record player and a stack of vinyl called out and host exemplar, Sean, was agreeable to spinning whatever we (the sole customers at the time) requested. Stones hits played to a Bossa Nova beat and Memphis lilts from Dusty Springfield made the visit quite perfect but without such perfect wines it'd be a lot less so. The Yount Room does tastings as well as wines by the glass and I can't wait to return for the latter. I don't know what's on their "by the glass" list but if it's anything like what was served at the tasting* it'd be impossible to go astray. * Tasting included: - Hibou, 2024 Sauvignon Blanc, Winemaker: Keith Emerson - Status Quo, 2024 Pinot Noir, Winemaker: Adam Lee - Cornerstone, 2021 Cabernet Franc, Winemaker: Kari Arranger - Cain, 2021 Cain Fire, Winemaker: Chris Howell - Conn Creek, 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon, Winemaker: Jean Hoeflinger
