We reserved a spot to try their Bacon & Wine pairing, because everything tastes better with bacon, right? It turned out to be pork belly, so even better. 4 sliced prepared differently, each with its own wine selection. My favorite was the English pea purée pork belly. Great spices! My favorite wine was the 2021 Double Barrel , Cab/ petite sirah blend. Our server, Francisco was very knowledgeable and quite enthusiastic about the wines, as he described each bottle poured. The tasting room is located in the heart of downtown Yountville with great views from the high top seating. Come for the bacon, stay for the wine!
The bacon and wine tasting with Francisco was Amazing! The flavors on each slice of bacon were delicious paired with the Priest wine! Can't wait to come back to eat at the restaurant next! Thanks "Paco!"

Very friendly and accommodating, with great recommendations and detail regarding the pairings. The bacon was delicious (of course I enjoyed the wine as well!) We also did the cheeseboard which had a great, flavorful selection. Cute tasting room in Yountville that I'll definitely head back to for a repeat tasting.
We didn't bother to make reservations anywhere and so we just wanted to pop right in randomly to see what the wine tasted like. We were seated outside and had no idea how hot Napa would be that day. I personally enjoyed their Sauvignon Blanc and the red was good as well. It was a very cute place and we definitely will return in the future! Our friends from Ohio have never been to California or Napa so this was a sweet treat!
Priest Ranch was one of my favorite wineries to visit on our tour of Napa last year. One of the reasons I really loved my experience at the Yountville tasting for what was our 13th winter stop was that it was a bacon and wine pairing. The tasting room in Yountville was very hip and chic, with a sophisticated design that comprised the wine cellar with its glass walls and wooden shelving. While we enjoyed the experience at one of the high top tables, the lounge area is also very lovely with the fireplace and leather sofas. Priest Ranch meticulously crafted a bacon and wine pairing that was supremely magical and bursted with life and luscious levity. Our host on this culinary excursion, Jose, was the man. He was incredibly gracious and accommodating, as we enjoyed the pairings that went wonderfully well with the wine selections. We enjoyed the double barrel and lot releases so much that we picked up a few bottles to ship back home. Additionally, we made some new friends during our tasting, which is always nice when you are imbibing on wine and noshing on bacon. But my oh my... the bacon! Between the marinate, glaze and preparation of each, the bacon was sensational and paired very well with each of the selected wines. I even saw how each compared to the others. Very magical. The synergy of bacon and wine led to an another amazing experience
So delicious! I wish I could make chicken like this, and paired with the kimchi and as a unique delicious combo. The fries and dipping sauce was so tasty. Definitely add this to your list of restaurants to grab food and sit upstairs while you are in Yountville.
Absolutely loved priest ranch! We did the taste of terroir tasting first thing on a Friday morning and had the place almost to ourselves. The host was so incredible friendly and knowledgeable, the wines were amazing! Fell in love with the sauv blanc and I'm a red person! We got a lot more tastings that what's standard included they really go above and beyond. The chocolate tasting was a real treat and so different from what's out there. Presentation was gorgeous too. Definitely would come back!
One of the best experiences I've have at a tasting! We were on our annual girls trip and they accommodated us last minute. James was super super helpful. We will definitely come again. I wish I can give many more stars!

I came to Napa with a few girl friends and we decided to just stop into Priest Ranch's tasting room in Yountville, little did we know we would be spending our entire day here! We were helped by Juan and Emma. Juan is an amazing host full of knowledge and humor; he helped us pick which tasting we wanted based off our preferences. Emma is incredibly sweet and made this amazing cheese board with the cutest cheese flowers! Our party sat outside where the weather was perfect, we were checked on regularly and enjoyed our beautiful Sunday afternoon By the time we left we were making plans to come back to see the restaurant ,which will be next door and opening in a couple of weeks, and for the live music they will have during winter
There was one day we chose to stay in town and go to tasting rooms within walking distance of our hotel. Priest ranch intrigued me for the Bacon & Wine Experience: four distinct thick cuts of pork belly with four of our wines. I had made reservations well in advance on a Thursday at 3:00. Upon arrival we were able to sit outside which was nice. I will say though, this was probable my least favorite out of the tastings we went to, nothing particularly wrong, just sort of blah. Our Tasting Room Host, introduced himself, poured our wines, served our bacon and left. The pairing was fun to try but not a repeat.
The wine, the staff, the ambiance all on point at Priest Ranch tasting room! We were able to stop in last minute on a whim after visiting the Napa Valley Museum across the way in Yountville. I had a glass of brut rose which was so delicious we bought a bottle to take home. My husband had the bacon pairing and I had a few bites and sips from. The bacon was thoughtfully prepared with unique flavors to pair with each wine. I LOVED the Peacemaker red wine blend with fruit notes and a silky finish. I will be back, they are opening a restaurant next door!

Eric was very knowledgeable about the wines we tried. Definitely liked bs with him. Wasn't a fan of the last kind of pork belly that was served in the pairing. The Chef from Chicago (wish I could remember his name) really killed his sauce and there was a Thai one I like especially a lot too. Only down side is the pork belly flavor, smoke from what I gathered over powered the sauces flavors. So that was a bummer. Maybe each chef doing their own version of the pork belly and not just the sauce would show case their particular style and twist on it. I'd go again though. Keep it up guys! read more

Visited the Yountville tasting room with an appointment for the unique bacon tasting. We had never seen or heard of such a thing, and so the novelty got us there. The wines were nice and the bacon pairings were really interesting and complementary. It is definitely something different to try. read more

About a week late with my review but here we go! Mya our server was amazing! Sweetest most knowledgeable gal I've come across in a long time. Although I'm a Bay Area girl and not a tourist, I can imagine the out of towers that come her way are left with a pleasant experience here in our beautiful wine country! Now for the bacon! AMMMMAZING! I could have ate 4 plates of that yummy pork belly! Great experience and awesome music on Thursday nights! I'll definitely be back. Thanks again for a wonderful evening Mya! read more
Came here for Restaurant week (Jan 2024) so got to try a good variety of dishes along with a glass of wine (had the white blend- not my favorite and the man serving took too long carefully making sure he poured the right amount, basically making sure he didn't over pour by a drop). The food was amazing! Personal favorite was the French toast, crispy on the outside and ever so moist on the inside. We sat at the concrete bar on the rooftop, nice and quiet, but could still people watch across the street. read more

Hubs and I arrived in the Tasting Room, which turned out to be a very happy accident. Pointed our car towards the direction and mission of finding a well known smash burger. We located parking in the back of the building, and it was great to note that they have Tesla chargers. Stepping in between the buildings, the whoosh of the tasting room's door seemed to invite us in and the plush couches pulled us in further. Definitely not a place that would dole out burgers, but I was curious and stepped up to the host stand. We didn't quite have a reservation, but luckily we arrived early enough (11am) that they were able to set us on the front patio on this gorgeous day in Yountville. As I do in my normal fashion, I checked in on Yelp and was surprised that we had just earned a free charcuterie board. But this wasn't just any charcuterie board. It was a work of art! With salami infused with truffles and mushrooms, and a floral centerpiece that was fashioned out of cheese! Refer to my photo for reference, and commence the drool. We were seated with a test of the brut rose to help cleanse our palettes. Our host/sommelier carefully described the story of each each wine which was progressively more enjoyable with each pour. We started with the Double Barrel, then progressed to the Remedy, then the Peacemaker. But the bonus taste and the surprise of the afternoon was their Snake Oil! read more

We stumbled upon the kitchen next door yesterday after struggling to figure out what to grab for lunch and it was so good we decided to look into the tasting room. The bacon wine pairing was nothing less than amazing. So fun and unique and we enjoyed all of the wine and bacon. This is a great wine tasting!! I have visited a few times now. Juan has been our server and he is beyond helpful! He always has an upbeat, positive attitude and extremely knowledgable about the wines and cheeses they offer. Hands down the right place to stop for an incredible wine tasting. I got turned on to Priest Ranch wines because I tried their wines at the SF Ferry Building. They were one of my favorite wines I tasted at a special event at the Ferry building and there were 20 other wineries to try, but they intrigued me most and I wanted more, so off I go to their tasting room in Yountville with my wine enthusiast friend. We arrive with reservations and greeted by Juan. He was our guide to the wonders of Priest Ranch wines. He poured us a number of tastings. I'm a fan of big, bold, red Cabs and Napa wines. Priest Ranch delivers. Juan was charming, funny & just chill. He gave us insight about the wines and what the future holds for Priest Ranch tasting room. They are expanding next store into a full on restaurant. And if it is anything like the delectable fine wines they pour, it's gonna be epic. But let me get back to the tasting. It was incredible we had a charcuterie board that was a splendid selection of morsels that matched back to the wines including a bacon jam that was sweet, smokey and salty. They have a wine and bacon tasting available too. They sell the jars of bacon jam on the premises. Buy one you won't be sorry and it will bring you back to the memorable tasting experience you just had at Priest Ranch wines. The interior of the tasting room is modern with clean lines and plenty of comfy seating. The large windows expand to the sidewalk area with more seats outside. They have various weekly events and soon to open restaurant but whom I kidding the wines are the star here and of course Juan was the added bonus. Priest Ranch wines is a Yountville must. read more
We started with an incredible lunch at The Kitchen then headed next door to Priest Ranch for their "Wine and Bacon Experience"--truly one of the best tastings we've ever had! This unique pairing takes wine tasting to a new level, featuring limited-production red wines perfectly matched with four different flavors of pork belly-style bacon (yes, even better than regular bacon!). Our flavors for August 2024 were: Mango & Mustard, Coffee & Maple, Guajillo Chili and Mediterranean Dry Rub. Each flavor was perfectly crafted to complement the wines, enhancing the tasting experience in such a memorable way. The service was outstanding, and the wine selections were spot on. Let me start off by saying the bacon and wine tasting is the best unique thing! The kitchen food prices are reasonable and much enjoyable. The food portions were generous enough to share. Indulging in the wine tasting experience at Priest Ranch was an absolute delight from start to finish. From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. Juan was knowledgeable, and guided us through a journey of the senses, introducing us to an array of exquisite wines meticulously crafted on-site. The ambiance was nothing but warm, welcoming, clean and open. They provide indoor and outdoor seating. The fireplaces provided a warm room especially in the vip room which made it feel so cozy on a cold day. Coupled with insightful commentary and personalized attention from the staff, every moment felt like a cherished memory in the making. Juan made sure me and my family had the best experience along with unforgettable memories. His service made us feel so loved and comfortable. I cant wait to come back! read more

Preist Ranch is a boutique wine brand in Napa. We have enjoyed their wines for years but a visit to their tasting room always results in new adventures. Reservations are highly recommended for tastings due to high demand although the team will do their best to accommodate walk-ins. We participated in the bacon and wine pairing experience. Our host had everything prepared when we arrived and offered us a splash of their newly released sparkling rose and then a a really nice overview of the wine offerings. The pairings were super creative and added a wonderful depth to the wines. We are super excited to hear that Priest Ranch will be opening a kitchen in early 2023 to accompany their fine wine offerings. A wonderful place to stop in downtown Yountville. Highly recommend this tasting room and the line of wines offered. read more
Bacon & Wine Pairing?!? Whaaaaat! This is a cute small tasting room in the heart of Yountville. Shaded patio seating is great, or you can find more options indoors. Our Sommelier was not the most knowledgeable, but friendly enough. We got a great cheese plate and enjoyed the wine, but our favorite was the bacon flight! It came with 4 different flavored slices of bacon, that rotate seasonally. Such a popular spot! read more

We came here for a planned wine tasting trip, what a spectacular experience. Juan was our tasting host. He was charismatic and full of jokes. We enjoyed him as a host. I would highly recommend this tasting experience. The wine was terrific and I look forward to visiting again. read more
Priest Ranch Kitchen is a must stop when you go to Napa Valley! The Kitchen and the tasting room are located in the heart of Yountville. The food is amazing! It is opened for breakfast and lunch. At my office we ordered 16 lunches to go and everyone enjoyed their meals immensely!! Some of these people are pretty selective eaters so this was a true testament on how amazing the food is. Today my husband,son and I were out wine tasting and I wanted to check the ambiance at Priest Ranch. There was plenty of seating even a rooftop outdoor dining area. We had another incredible meal. Recommended the chicken sandwich, the smash burger, latke, burrito with the homemade sausage, the Panini, and Gnocchi. The flavors of the Latke were amazing with a fresh lemon to accentuate the crispy potato pancake. I can't wait to go back! You can also pair your dish with their recommended wines. The service was good and wine and bacon pairing was excellent. The vibe and atmosphere was relaxed but with a sophisticated touch. The bacon flight was very good and paired very well with the wine. I would definitely come here for the bacon and wine pairing , just make sure it's not right after lunch or dinner because you will leave feeling very full! read more
