Jet Blue is super communicative and responsive when you're in decision making mode. I loads of emails, phone calls, and texts before I agreed to use their services and paid my deposit. I needed to move some items from my childhood home in PA to CA. I was not going to be in PA, but my brother would be there to let them in. Not only did they show up hours late, but they made him pay $640 by check before they'd take the stuff. That was NOT part of our agreement. Then, once they had my stuff, it took me forever to get ahold of someone at the company to find out when it would be delivered. Susie, the woman who called/emailed/texted me multiple times a day when I was still trying to decide which moving company to use, was suddenly silent when I tried to contact her. I finally talked to a manager of the warehouse and my things were delivered more than 6 weeks after they were picked up. But that's not all. When the delivery guys arrived, they told me they could not actually deliver to my house, and that I'd have to rent a smaller truck and transfer everything from their truck. This was not discussed when I made the reservation. So I had to make about 10 back and forth trips with my car to transfer a couple boxes at a time from their truck (parked a 5 minute drive away) to my house. So inconvenient. Unsure of the metric used to compute the needed cubic feet for my move, but the estimate was off by over $1000. I would like to believe that it was an oversight, but the lack of response to my calls make it seem otherwise. It appears that a much lower estimate was issued, not to be competitive with other full service moving companies, but instead in an attempt to bait and hook me, knowing that the office would be closed once the movers loaded the truck after 10pm on the day of my move and there would be no way to contest the charges. The low estimate seemed deliberate as I disclosed everything that I planned on taking and included pictures. Also, I ended up leaving a large item behind, which should have decreased the dollar amount charged as I was charged for space used. At this point, it seems that my items are being held hostage and my options are limited. Because the move was $1000 over budget, I am unable to put a deposit down for my new place. If I use the $1000 to put a deposit into my new place, I will have to pay the astronomical fee of $360 a month for storage with Jet Blue. If I choose to pay Jet Blue the $1000 balance and get my items right away, my unit will no longer be available. This situation is disappointing and had better ethics been practiced by Jet Blue, I would not be in this unfortunate situation. I believed that I was in good hands dealing with a company with integrity, but it's clear that that proved to be false. I am seeking a financial remedy for this dilemma. read more

This is the worst, least Proffessional, least careful, least organized moving company that I have ever seen in 58 years of moving and 27 moves! They showed up late, started later because only one guy one truck when we paid for four guys two trucks! They handled the furniture very roughly and set antiques on their sides straight up ruining the finish. Same with delicate legs on dinning furniture. Please, please, please NEVER use this moving company. It's a scam! I moved late last year (2017) and used them as my moving company. The arrived and overcharged me for my items by over $1500 and they lost a lot of my items. I went thorough their insurance company and they would only offered me $60 for all of the items they lost! And that was two months ago. They had me fill out all the paperwork, send them receipts and pictures and it was clear that the lost or stolen items were upwards of $7000, but they only offered me a measly $60, which they still won't pay. They were supposed to send me a check three months and that never happened. They don't answer their phones, respond to emails, or stand by their guarantee. The contract that they have you sign is ridiculous. They are the WORST people to do business with whatsoever! If you were unfortunate enough to hire them, please file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. read more

THE ONLY REASON I HAVE 1 STAR IS BECAUSE I COULDN'T GO ANY LOWER!!!! No not use the company liars and scammers! Showed up at 6pm and didn't get me relocated until 12:45 am. These are brokers and they send out the move to other people who then send the move out to drivers. DO NOT HIRE THEM! The worst experience of my life. They had no idea when I was going to get my furniture.. from the date they picked it up to the date it was delivered was almost three weeks. DON"T GO WITH THIS COMPANY!!! The truck arrived 3 hours late but they did a good job once they got there. My problem was with the office salesperson/dispatcher who was not honest. He went back on an agreement we had arranged and then blamed me for it. When confronted he refused to respond. It cost me an additional $250. Anyone who knows me, they know I work in this industry, so when I say a company is fab then it is super-de-duper! I trust very few people especially in my house and near my family. These guys rock! I did a local move only 30 mins away. Mind you, I know how to prepare for them and I am a low maintenance customer, but I am more critical because I know what to expect. The guys came in very quickly, and asked what I was taking. They started right away, no down time. For local moves, they are done by the hour, so quickness is key. They wrapped my mattress, and my mirror. I had no damage to the furniture or the walls. I had steps at both ends, and they kept going like there were professional athletes. They put the furniture in the rooms where it goes, and stacked all my bins. It was in and out. It was all complete in less than 2 hours. They even unwrapped my mattress and mirror, and put it back on the dresser. Even though I got a good deal, I still gave extra to the guys for doing such a good job! I'm not planning on moving any time soon, but I would def recommend them to all my friends and family. As a matter of fact, I did recommend them to a colleague who was moving his aunt. We decided to use them in November and changed to moving ourselves with haul. They gave me a hard time cancelling and said I was changing my story about how or what services we decided to go with! I said first of all ITS NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS WHY WE CHANGED OUR MINDS AS WERE WELL WITHIN THE TIME PERIOD TO CANCEL WITH THEM !!!!! Who are they to question and give us a hard time !!! Now finally after they said it takes 14 business days for refund, we contacted them as it's now past that and he complained about me being upset said he felt "abused" for my calling to complain about our money not being refunded! He feels abused!! Lol we are the ones waiting STILL! I had to plead with him to call his credit card merchant SQUARE and he then complained about SQUARES FEES TO A CUSTOMER!!! Do you believe that a business complaining to a customer! I said that's NONE of my concern and he kept interrupting me and saying I wouldn't let him answer!!! He did answer but with complaints now answers! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM AS THEY ARE BOTH UNPROFESSIONAL WHINY AND ABUSIVE TO THEIR CUSTOMERS ! The mover showed up at her house and was extremely rude with her. He was rude to the point she had to tell him to get out. She no longer wanted to use Jet Blue and of course she forfeited her deposit which she didn't care. Before I knew what happened I hired them for a move from Seattle to Charlotte because my mom referred me before the madness with their move! I spoke with Danny, who seemed nice and answered my questions. The very next day after speaking to my mom I called Danny back to inform him of his mover being disrespectful to my mother. His excuse was "oh he's Russian, that's just how they are"! Excuse me?!? I'm retired military and have worked with plenty Russians and no sir that's not how they are! With that I told him I wanted to cancel my order because I wasn't going to do business with anyone who disrespects my mom. Danny told me I had to wait until the next day and speak with customer service. I got an email from Scott who is some sort of manager from what his signature block says on his email, who informed me that I would receive my refund within 2-7 days, well we are now on day 14!! Still nothing. I have called and emailed numerous times to make contact to get an update on my refund status and again NOTHING.
