I have had this tremendous heat pump for 3 years now and it is still working awesome and totally beautiful all the time in summer or winter. It's basically a cliche at his point but this is really a zero star review. This company really has no idea what it's doing. The estimating system (a simple and non-sensical excel document made by someone with little grasp of the trade) has been out of date for at least a half century. No one in the industry works this way for good reason. I have no faith in their ability to price things correctly in such a rudimentary and disorganized way. You'll be given a task with a due date. Guess what, that date will move without you knowing because the only way you'll find out is an email every 2 days with the new dates. Think you were on schedule? Think again. You just magically became late! They implemented a policy that you had to have your detailed scope submitted a full three days before your estimate. Which is absurd because guess how you get that information? Yeah, by doing the estimate. They decided to make this change during one of the busiest weeks which instantly flagged us to managment as "Late" for these projects, but only because they were applying a new policy retroactively. They said don't worry about it, but like on other occasions, that was simply a lie. The managment of this company is really lacking. Half the people I spoke with had no clear understanding of who they reported to. You get half information from questionable sources and all along you're assured that everything is fine. If you're looking for a job or a competant contractor, there are plenty of professional and capable options out there. This isn't one of them. read more

The man that your company sent to service my furnace tried to kiss me when he was leaving my home. He was not successful because I stepped back, gave him a dirty look, and asked what he was doing. He then muttered something about "Shooting His Shot with Me". This happened Nov.1, 2023. I mulled over this situation the past few weeks, and decided this was my best course of action for the time being. As a single woman who lives alone in Portland it's important to hire a company that is very clear on how they expect their employees to conduct themselves with clients. This was very scary for me because he has my address now, and I'm afraid of retaliation from reporting the incident because they will know it was me, and where I I live.....unless they are doing this regularly to other women, too. Please, educate you employees on the importance of appropriate conduct, sexual harassment, and what the consequences of their actions are. I'm a survivor of past assault, and this affected me very deeply because this happened IN MY HOME. I should be able to trust your company to vet, and educate it's employees of the importance of these kind of issues. After I move I will feel more comfortable giving more specific information about the incident, and the employee. I will say that it happened in Portland Nov.1, 2023. Please, talk to all of your employee, and make sure they are clear on what sexual misconduct, and a harassment are. Thank you read more

I just want to take a few minutes to say how much I appreciate the professionalism and friendliness of your tech Taylor (spelling?) with Jet Communications, Salem. I live in Hope Valley Resort in Turner, Oregon and he was out for my initial installation and setup, and then again today to troubleshoot an issue with my connectivity. Taylor really takes ownership and pride in his work and he is diligent in ensuring the customer understands the work he is doing and is left completely satisfied. From the minute he arrives, he conveys true empathy and concern for the customer, as well as an obvious interest in demonstrating company pride. If I didn't know better, I would think he is a stakeholder in the business. He treats the individual customer as if the company's success is valued and appreciated. If this young man were on undercover boss, he would be receiving a promotion as a trainer for the staff company wide. If all of your technicians operate with this amount of professionalism and customer focus, the entire Jet Communications division is to be commended as well. I have called countless companies trying to get my a/c fixed ASAP and with no luck I happen to Get ahold of Jet Industries and they were abLe to get me in thee same day! The other companies said 3 weeks out. The customer service from Tyler was amazing and he was so patient with me. When the technician got heRe. I believe his name Josh, came in the timefrAme I was told which is so appreciated and he was very friendly and thorough. He quickly diagnosed the issue and the prices were very great and comfortable. Then at the end of his job I ask about if they serviced furnaces and he replied yes anD offered to do it on the spot at a very reasonable price since he was already there. I am very impressed with this business. I just had a tankless water heater installed by another company yesterday and was dismayed to find out it needed a dedicated electrical circuit (after the unit was installed). The plumber said he knew a company that could send someone out and to expect a call from them. After waiting several hours with no call back I started considering the prospect of an ice cold morning shower before work. I began looking for an electrician myself. After a couple of calls, I tried Jet at 3p.m. They were very responsive to my situation. Sean, the electrical serviceman was out in the field when I called, but the receptionist said she would forward my info to him. He called me back within 30 minutes. When I explained my situation he said unfortunately they were slammed, the best he could do is reschedule some appointments and be there first thing in the morning (Today). They did exactly that. On New Years Eve Day. They also discovered that the gas line from the old water heater hadn't been properly capped off by the other company when they replaced the old unit, so we would be without cooking abilities on our gas range over New Year's. We called their plumbing department and they came out in 1/2 hour and fixed that too. Very good customer service and technical ability. At a fair price. Exceptional. read more

I work at a 55 and older community jet did the install of all split ac/heat units. They had 112 apartments to do. I had 30 units fail with in the first month of opening. Asked to have all units inspected told no. Left this complex for a year and a half. I'm back at this community now and one unit still has never been repaired. They are trying to blame on construction for a nail. But when I opened up walls copper was braised every 25 feet. Now they told me they would be back to finish repair today but know one showed up. I would not recommend using them. read more
