We wanted a place that was comfortable and not too overwhelming since it was the first time he would be boarded. They have a great clean space, it is on a farm, and only 4 kennels, so they don't have too many dogs at a time. They take pictures/videos of your pet and send you regular updates. They also have regular potty breaks and playtime. It was a great place and Gyzmo even made a friend. The online application was having some issues but a quick call/text and they were able to take my reservation. I boarded my pup for 2 nights, the fee for a puppy (Gyzmo was 5 months) is a little extra, but it was worth it since they go the extra mile to make them comfortable. They will be my go-to border from now on!

In February, she developed an eye ulcer and I was sure I would have to cancel my trip. I called and told them what was happening and asked if it would be possible for them to administer the eye drops every day. They were so accommodating! They made sure she got extra attention because she couldn't play with the other dogs and updated me every evening on how it was going. She came home happy and healthy. I would highly recommend them.

Our dog, Shaka, just loved spending time with her and the other pups she cared for. We were a little worried at first about his temperament being around others (humans and other animals) since he gets a little skittish, but he seemed to thrive there. When it was pick-up time, he was always happy and seemed to sleep very well from getting his exercise and socialize in. (He also smelled great on his longer stays. Thank you for the baths!) Jen is super flexible and communicative. We were so appreciative of this since we tend be rather spontaneous and would ask to drop him off the day before sometimes. We also would extend his stay last minute, for example, when we were taking road trips and wanted to stop for the night instead of driving all the way through a town. (Sorry and thank you so much, Jen!) Shaka has stayed over from one day to two weeks (possibly more), and each time, we've received text updates from her and even pictures of him happy with his friends. I always looked forward to those. Shaka passed away early last year, and I've been meaning to write this for a long time to say, "Thank you, Jen!" for being such a wonderful caregiver and trustworthy and friendly person overall. He was very polite and patient and somehow he got these two guys to comply. I contacted other groomers within the area, but none of those places ever responded back to me through the email, which was very disappointing. But I'm so glad that Woofie came through for us. They were very courteous and responsive to me through Yelp chat, and all the questions I had were answered very promptly. I'm so happy with the results and our dogs look so clean and proper now. Looking forward to the next grooming session in the future.
