I appreciate these folks and I try to tip as good as I can. The young gentleman who cleaned my car was also sweet enough to clean the baby mirror. That was thoughtful. He even walked with me to the car and asked if it was okay. It was better than okay because it was horrible before and I am so grateful for their hard work. I paid for the Platinum Wash (inside and out) and also paid an additional $20 to have my floor mats cleaned. After my car was finished, I did my usual walk-around and quickly noticed the floor mats had clearly not been touched. When I politely asked the employee about it, there was a communication issue and it seemed he didn't understand what I was asking. Once I pointed directly at the floor mats and asked if they had been cleaned, I was told "yes," even though it was obvious they hadn't been. What made this worse was how the situation was handled afterward. The manager initially didn't want to come out and inspect the issue herself, and when she finally did, there didn't seem to be much accountability or effort to resolve it. Instead of addressing the concern directly, I felt dismissed and like the blame was being shifted elsewhere. I understand misunderstandings happen, and I admit I was frustrated because I had paid nearly $80 total for a service that wasn't completed properly. As a long-time customer, I expected better communication, customer service, and professionalism. Eventually, someone else cleaned the floor mats, I still tipped, and went on with my day. But after 15 years of being a loyal customer, this experience left a very bad impression. It wasn't just about the floor mats it was about how poorly the issue was handled and how unsupported I felt as a paying customer. Sadly, after this experience, I won't be returning. I hope management takes customer concerns more seriously moving forward.
