For around $10 more on the price of a single car wash, you can pay monthly and go as many times as you want. What a deal! This location is huge... as in, for being in a busy intersection, there are many spots to park and clean out your car. This locations newest addition, the towel dispenser. Employees save time by not having to fold all the towels and there is a basket right below to return the wet used towels. This location rocks! Is it a thing where some car washes don't get the passenger side windows near the mirrors? When the soapy brush came around, this car wash didn't get it. At least the soap was rinsed off. Amazing customer service. They're the ones that let me know about the new total dispenser!

They had a good amount of options to clean the car: wax, rinse, pre-soap wash, etc. the only thing was the only get 3 minutes for $3 so you may have to pay twice or more. They take credit card which is nice or you can purchase tokens using cash. After that they have a place where you can clean your exterior portion of your car under a small shaded building with outlet plugs which I thought were cool. If you don't wanna do the self car wash they actually have a touchless car wash you can go through with a dryer. They also had coin operated vacuums. After my car was finished, I did my usual walk-around and quickly noticed the floor mats had clearly not been touched. When I politely asked the employee about it, there was a communication issue and it seemed he didn't understand what I was asking. Once I pointed directly at the floor mats and asked if they had been cleaned, I was told "yes," even though it was obvious they hadn't been. What made this worse was how the situation was handled afterward. The manager initially didn't want to come out and inspect the issue herself, and when she finally did, there didn't seem to be much accountability or effort to resolve it. Instead of addressing the concern directly, I felt dismissed and like the blame was being shifted elsewhere. I understand misunderstandings happen, and I admit I was frustrated because I had paid nearly $80 total for a service that wasn't completed properly. As a long-time customer, I expected better communication, customer service, and professionalism. Eventually, someone else cleaned the floor mats, I still tipped, and went on with my day. But after 15 years of being a loyal customer, this experience left a very bad impression. It wasn't just about the floor mats it was about how poorly the issue was handled and how unsupported I felt as a paying customer. Sadly, after this experience, I won't be returning. I hope management takes customer concerns more seriously moving forward.
