They tell you the cost of the hormone replacement therapy but they leave out all the extra charges and visits they say are required. Hundreds of extra dollars are slapped on you months later, after you've supposedly already paid for what they said the cost would be. Nobody likes surprises. This group is full of them. I had my therapy done back in February and I just know got a bill?!?! Are you kidding me. And the bill was not even correct. They tried to say I had a teledoc appointment which never occurred. On top of the real shady business practices. I have real PTSD from these guys. They butchered my ass, I got an infection that lasted just under 3 months. See attached pic. And no I didn't go back to them to fix it. They were the ones that screwed it up. Just for context, I've been getting hormone replacement therapy for over two years in another state and I never had these issues. EVER!
