JetBlue is ranked #9 on the USA Today list of top ten airlines in 2024, and #8 for economy class. The airlines on the top ten list "Strive to improve the flying experience with newer planes, better connectivity, and improved food and entertainment." USA Today says, "JetBlue caters to passengers with new and refreshed aircraft, plentiful routes, free live TV, free Wi-Fi, and generous amounts of legroom in economy class." In recent years a lot of airlines are losing market share and customers because of little or no customer service. It's refreshing to see an airline trying to IMPROVE customer service.

The armrests shrunk, the seats were much narrower and the rows were closer together!

The JetBlue terminal is very nice at Tampa International Airport. It's very clean, several restaurants and lots of electrical outlets at all the seats for all your charging needs. High tops tables with charging stations as well. Overall I am a big fan of JetBlue. BUT.....this particular A320 Aircraft was so cramped every time I moved my arm the tv got knocked off! The controls are on the armrests and the armrests are very awkward! The xtra legroom they are known for has seemed to disappear on this particular plane. The width from seat to seat is awful!! The person next to you is pretty much on top of you! Not happy! Hopefully connecting flight is a different aircraft with the room they are known for. Other than that, everything is great.

"See more months" should read "See other airlines."

REST IN PEACE - JetBlue "Best Fare Finder" I travel 2-4 times per month on JetBlue, and have been for years. One of their BEST features, the "Best Fare Finder" (https://www.jetblue.com/best-fare-finder#/) was an extraordinary tool that could show a months-long snapshot of fluctuating air fares. A few weeks ago, a "new and improved" version of the fare finder debuted, and is certainly new, but NOT improved. As I plan out flights months in advance, the old version allowed us to plug in a month at the TOP of the screen, which advanced the monthly calendar as requested. The new version has no such feature, displays only the current month, then prompts for "See more months" at the BOTTOM of the screen. [see attached screenshot] So, if I need to see flights in September, I plug in the to/from, and see... March. Then I scroll to the bottom, and click "See more months," and click "See more months" and wait... for April, ... then click "See more months" and wait... for May, ... then click "See more months" and wait... for June, ... then click "See more months" and wait... for July, ... then click "See more months" and wait... for August, ... then click "See more months" and wait... for September. If I want to change either to, from, or guest parameters, I start the whole process above, ... again. What used to be a time and money saver is now just a time waster. Screen refreshes for new months become agonizingly slow, making me long for the sight of paint drying. I have tried two different browsers (Chrome, Edge) and two different machines using two different operating systems. No joy. To add insult to injury, I've tried to contact JetBlue twice to report the issue. There was no response the first time, and the second time froze the screen - so even JetBlue's tech support is offline. Sloppy IT work, JetBlue. Here's my quick fix - when JetBlue's website keeps me waiting, I workaround by checking other airlines for fares. Time well-spent. Sorry JetBlue - you folks went from years of tech-excellence to "can't make a website work" in just a few weeks. I hope your airplanes are in better shape than your IT platform.... just saying.

    Ripped up seats. Like seriously?

I will absolutely NEVER fly Jet Blue again. The flight took off late. I booked my flight with them because they have wifi and I do work on my phone during the flight. I flew out 4/28 B6 1992 from Boston to Tampa there was zero wifi. Passengers were told they would receive a credit for the fact there was no Wi-Fi. I have been yet to receive this so called "Credit" All around inconvenience, and what a lie that is not a way to run a business. If I knew that, I wouldn't have flew with this airline. False advertisement. If the wifi don't work it's Jet Blues JOB to fix it. That's what I PAID FOR! If that's the case I would have flew Spirit. THEN I'm leaving Tampa today. 5/6 B61992 The bag check opened late, and they had CRAPPY attitudes. Left me and my elderly mothers luggage just sitting there. I had to wait for these LAZY individuals to again, DO THERE JOB! I just get on the plane, it's tore up. This is what I pay for? Some bust down airplane? They got wifi on this flight, now no USB charger. So basically Jet Blue is and hires the lowest of the low. They do just the minimum. Nothing more Do NOT waste your money

We sat there with an app status of boarding for over half an hour with no update. Boarded the plane and was met by a flight attendant named Eboni who had a scowl on her face. I asked her for a belt extender, she asked me how I was doing today while still scowling, I didn't think she heard me the first time because it was a bit loud entering the plane and she did not acknowledge my request. She snaps back at me and says I heard you the first time, I was asking how your day was, in an extremely snarky manner. She digs me out an extender and I head to my seat perturbed by the unnecessary situation. My family was in row 1 and my Wife and Aunt both needed extenders. We sat down, I asked if they requested theirs, they both said no and that they were afraid to after hearing the way the attendant talked to me. She eventually walks by and my aunt tells her she needs an extender. My wife still being intimidated didn't say anything. When the attendant came back by she started searching through an adjacent compartment and my aunt spoke up and told her we needed 2 extenders. The attendant stops, looks at her with her trademark scowl and says snarkily, I'm getting them right now. First off, we never requested 2 so how did she know we needed 2? Second off, she never acknowledges a request so how can anyone know if she heard and understood or not? She obviously had a chip on her shoulder about something, race, weight, or just having a bad day, I don't know but it was deplorable and absolutely uncalled for. She kept a scowl (and I don't mean a frown, I mean a look of disgust) on her face this entire trip except when she is on her cell phone (pretty much the entire flight) and when the pilot announced there would be no in flight service. Delayed flight, deplorable attitude and service from the attendant, plane was EXTREMELY hot even after her announcing for us to open our vents and that it should cool down in a moment, it never did, no in flight service even though they announced there would be, and on top of that, while we're all sweltering and parched, the other attendant steps to the drink area and cracks her open a drink. Could have at least had the decency to muffle the sound. Awful experience compared to other airlines I've flown (dozens of times) and even the first southwest flight of our round trip.

The ticket counters are spread out by airlines. We were on United so we found their counter. They are all kisoks for checking into your flight. I didn't realize it until I needed to go to the next tram station that the QR code didn't print out on my boarding pass and my husband's boarding pass didn't print out at all so he had to use his phone as his boarding pass. Few glitches in their kisok system. I don't recommend the Kisok, but I don't think you have a choice. Just come with a lot of time and patience to make sure the kisok gets it right and if not hopefully you'll find someone to help walk you thought the process. And double check that your boarding pass has the QR code on it. At the gate I was able to have the ticket agent print out another boarding pass for me so I could board. Other good news. Due to it was a full flight they offered to check our carry-on baggage for free. That made it easier on our next layover, we didn't have to carry around and keep track of our luggage as we waited for our next flight. Boarding went smooth. We were in group 4, but due to we had our luggage checked we went after group 2 so we could carry our luggage down the ramp and place it by the door so they could load it up. Even though it was a pretty smooth experience I only gave it 3 star due to the ticketing issues. I beeped at the gate to the tram, because my husband showed the system my boarding pass, but it didn't register, but they still let me though the gate. I was blessed that they printed me out a new boarding pass so I could board on my own without having my husband fiddle with his phone to get both of our boarding passes digitally.

I've always wanted to fly breeze since it's 2020 arrival, but the smaller markets it flew into weren't that great. Fast-forward to 2025 when they've added so many more markets, including the teeny tiny Pensacola airport which I happen to go back to when I'm not abroad and not in Tampa (the parents live there, and I run Airbnb's out of there). When I got back to Pensacola from abroad in July, I flew my daughter up on breeze and she told me how great it was. On my first breeze flight, it was a brand new plane! A first great impression for a germaphobe pho like me. I'm a bag checker so I don't know how it is to fly with just a carry-on and I feel like the plan with a check bag and Wi-Fi is worth it. You get full Wi-Fi on the plane. Only Water was served for my #Short one hour flight so I'm not certain if they serve other snacks, but there is a paid menu. For now, I'm giving this airline a five star because it was a smooth, clean and comfy flight. I'll update when I can do a round trip and also fly to a different market. After I'm done with my Southwest points Breeze will be my first look. I just hope it keeps expanding and takes Southwest place since Southwest decided it would like to be just as average as every other airline these days. Breeze feels like a better version of what Southwest was when it first started as you do get to choose your seats! I hope they keep up the great service. I wrote an article on breeze Airways upon its inauguration and the CEO at least at the time it was the former CEO of JetBlue. I remember loving JetBlue then hating it so I hope it's due to the CEO understanding what customers really want.

The boarding process was smooth and organized. The seats on this flight were much tighter than the plane from Detroit, I believe this plane was an Air Bus but not sure about this. The plane was jam packed, every seat full. Three seat on each side, narrow aisle where people going passed would bump into you. This is the first time I've flown in quite some time and I do not remember planes being this cramped. We left the gate on time but sat on the runway forever, apparently there was only one runway open so there was a huge line of planes waiting to take off. They informed everyone that some flyers may not make their connecting flights in Detroit. Once we got going the flight was very smooth and there was no delay in landing. The baggage arrived on the belts very quickly and nothing missing or damaged. Outside of the delayed takeoff, everything went smoothly, they offered plenty of snacks if you wanted any.
