I booked two tickets with Jeblue for my wife and me. ( Same reservation) Upon checking in online the system assigned seats A and F, completely opposite of the same row. At the gate, I approached one of the flight attendants and asked to put is together. Her response was that I had to pay extra for it. I was furious! She didn't even make any effort to see if my request could be accommodated. At the same time, she offered to make a change but it would cost me, basically doubling the price of the ticket. So there was actually a way to put my wife and me next to each other. If only I could pay extra. The whole episode led me to believe that the seat assignment algorithm is designed to purposefully split people apart in order to force people to pay extra, that is at the last minute at the gate. The attendant was less than useful and plain rude. She did even want to be bother with such petty demand, but of course she could have taken a lion if I was willing to pay. This is plain extortion, if you ask me. JetBlue used to have some reputation. Now I miss Spirit! JetBlue is just another crappy airline in the long list of endless corporate greed. read more

Back in the day, we thought JetBlue was a reasonably good airline. But in March 2019, I gave them a one-star review, as they canceled our outbound flight with short notice. I waited on their customer service line 50 minutes, but JetBlue was unable to help us get to Aruba that weekend. We took American Airlines on Monday. That was their pre-pandemic support level. Three years later, they are much worse. How bad you ask? My neighbor who flies to Florida frequently, now uses Spirit, a discount airline which also features a mediocre track record. The irony there is that JetBlue is trying to buy Spirit. Perhaps they are trying to prove that two wrongs do make a right! My current angst revolves around their refusal to credit a flight I tried to cancel online. I sent them the error messages I received, as the website wouldn't let me cancel. Their response was essentially, that's too bad, you should have called and waited the two-hour hold time to speak with someone. Nice! Sometimes I can't avoid JetBlue, as the routing dictates the choice. In a few weeks I'm taking them to the USVI. I tried to buy extra space seats (those are seats that have marginally adequate leg room). Their website didn't let the transaction process (their site has a lot of issues), I was getting another error. I used the online chat with them for over 40 minutes. At the end of the chat, they said I'd have to call customer service to fix it (a two-hour wait). Nope - not doing that. Mysteriously, the seats were applied about 5 days later (I still had a charge on my card). JetBlue does customer surveys. I don't know why. Perhaps I can help them save some time and money... Dear JetBlue Customer Service, It takes two-hours to get customer service on the phone. Your support system is so outdated, you don't provide automatic call back (hey even if it takes two-hours to speak to someone, if you offered a call back system, your customers wouldn't have to wait on the phone)! So, let's create a simple customer feedback formula: A+B=C... 2-hour Hold + No Automated Callback = TERIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Good news, now you can stop sending out the surveys (and save some money and improve your call intake system). You don't have to thank me, but I'd certainly appreciate a credit on the delayed flight to FLL I never got to use! read more

Okay totally were unhelpful in helping change my flight to a flight later in the day that had plenty of open seats. I am just sad. I am really disappointed and dissatisfied. I feel let down, tricked and not helped. I was only given the option to pay $100 per ticket to to change it, for each of my families 5 tickets. Do the whole round trip was 671.00 and to move it a couple hours they were going yo keep $500. No help offered, and they did not care. read more

Do NOT and I mean do NOT book with JetBlue whom are Liars. They have refused to provide a refund during a pandemic!!! I have requested an full creditcard refund and jetblue refuses to do so. I am an essential employee and will most likely (99.99%) will be unable to travel or take a vacation for sometime. They previously noted that a credit would be placed in a JetBlue "TravelBank," which never occurred and this was more than a week ago and after such I again advised that I wanted a full credit card refund both online through chat and on the telephone. JetBLue stated the flight is not cancelled and I am not entitled to a refund right now and that if the flight is cancelled then I have the ability to apply for such a refund. All the events next month (May) in DC where I was traveling have been cancelled as well. I have a family member "wife" that has a suppressed autoimmune disease, which also a significant reason including to why I can not travel. They sell credits cards on board. We have been on the phone for 1 hour 25 mins. Application was completed onboard with a promise of 70k miles. We were sent the basic card. Don't apply onboard as they are the worst . Transferee 5 times and all the reps were from out of the country. Philippines and they were lovely. Bad bad service. read more

This is truly the easiest way to fly. Limited flight options, but everyone is super friendly and laid back. Even the TSA agents smile! But at this location, people aren't burned out and if you see another passenger, they're on your flight. read more

We love JetBlue! Especially when it's out of Worcester. It's so easy, the staff is SOOO accommodating. We arrived with our checked bag that was so over weight and instead of the response I was expecting. The woman who worked with ya, Talicia, helped us to disperse the extra weight at her station and was giving us extra baggies to protect our things. Then she realized we were on our flight to elope so she called the staff at the check in r upgrade us and they personally congratulate us. Great customer service is hard to come by, but Jet Blue always impresses and this specific experience has been great. read more

I love JetBlue, and IMO much better than Delta. But what the best thing of all is, they fly out of Worcester which is only about eight or nine minutes from my house. Like all airlines, they can't do much about weather and one of the problems with flying out of Worcester at the moment is that they still don't have Worcester airport set up with Cat III for flying in and out in bad weather, so you take your chances flying in and out of Worcester. I like their frequent-flier program, and the fact that the miles never expire even though I'm racking up the miles like crazy between flying with them and having a JetBlue credit card, which gets used a little bit too much if you want to know the truth. read more

Jet Blue has always been the airlines we use. After our recent vacation I can't say this. They charge you for carry on? Their flights are delayed , they use their own terminals which cause for delays once you get to the destination or home. Maybe a direct flight would be different but do not do flights that you need a connection. We missed our connecting flight out of JFK. The supervisor for Jet Blue was extremely rude, not only to us but the 150 customers in line. She should be fired. They couldn't get us back to Worcester until the following day , would not help in getting us a hotel room, told us we would have to leave the airport and find one. Where in NY do you go when you have no clue where??? Would not look for other flights unless you suggested different airports other then the one you wanted to get to. One airport we suggested was going to Bradley in CT. We could do that at 11:35 the next day but had to fly to San Fransisco and then back to CT.. I'm in NY why would you send me from the East Coast Back to the West Coast only to get us back to the East coast????? It would take over 13 hrs. Didn't make sense. Finally after rude employees, we rented a car and drove home. I know everything is blamed on the pandemic.. read more
