I know this store very well living on this side of A2 the last 22 years. For a long time, this branch went from hero to zero. Long wait times, terrible customer service, poorly made food. HOWEVER, on the last several months they have come under new management. Charlie, the new guy, has made it his goal to turn things around, and he has done just that. We usually are ordering for 4-6 of us at home due to kids schedules. Last night we had 25 7th graders at the house. My wife ordered 4 large round, 2 breads, and antipasto salad. I picked it up. Pizza was hot, well made, salad was packed in with all the fixin's, and Charlie threw in extra sauce and ranch. Not a single unsatisfied eater. Keep up the hard work. You are doing a great job to turn things around and it will quickly become the neighbor favorite again. read more

My wife and I have been coming to this location for the past 3 years. Today was a whole different ballgame. The new franchisee Charlie answered the phone and introduced himself and said he was working to fix the previous issues. The Jets was clean, Charlie introduced himself, and gave me a deal. This is a completely different Jets than the old apathetic Jets where once the credit card machine was broken and no one informed me until I showed up. Charlie is an intelligent fanatic who is meticulous about every aspect of this business and it shows from the quality of the service to the quality of the food. If you haven't been in awhile, check them out again. You won't be disappointed. read more

I went to this Jet's with a buddy to grab some food before a study session and this is honestly one of the best experiences with Jet's I've ever had. Damn it this pizza is SO GOOD but I always pass it up as an option due to lofty prices. They offered a Valentine's Day deal too good to pass up, so my partner and I order the heart shaped pizza and breadstick combo. I order over the phone, am told 10-15 minutes, and not asked for my name before being hung up on. I call back to give my name...since that's usually necessary for carry out. Get to the store, and I hear a lot of people working, but see no one at the cash register. After I pay for my order, I see this same issue occur time after time as people walk in and are left waiting for a while. THEN we're all informed there was a "crisis" and our orders will take an additional 10-15 minutes. I get it, shit happens. But offer a comp? A coupon? A free drink? Anything?? I receive my order 15 minutes later, and am asked by another employee if I've even paid yet. I was pretty offended and over the service at this point. The pizza was good. I was a dedicated Jet's customer for a number of years; we ordered from this location for at least eight years, averaging more than once a month. We especially liked the eight corner pizza, because it was such a good deal. The deal has gotten much worse over the past couple of years, from $9.99 to $10.50 (with coupon) and now $11.99 (with coupon-I think it is $14 without, for comparison to the price at which we started purchasing). That's fine, I understand prices go up. The pizza, while not the greatest quality, was still a good deal; inflation is a fact of life. Which brings us to tonight. I went in to pick up my pizza and was greeted with a sign on the door that stated the credit card machine was down, cash only. When I get to the register, there is a sign that informed customers that they are no longer taking $50 and $100 bills. All I had in my wallet was a credit card, a one, a ten, and a fifty. What is a guy to do? So I asked the clerk if they could take my $50. He asked his manager, who implied that I was trying to pass counterfeit bills. Now, to me, this is ridiculous. How is a business to function if their credit card processor is not working, and they are not capable of determining if the legal tender cash they are receiving is valid? One way would be to have someone on hand to get change for customers who arrive at the location unprepared for the new rules of the transaction. As someone who has worked retail for many (possibly too many?) years, this is a serious lack of customer service. Not only that, it is insulting to customers to be treated as if we are counterfeiters. After all, a fifty dollar bill doesn't buy that much more than a twenty did a couple of decades ago. But more to the point, with all of the safety measures included in the modern U.S. legal tender, it lends an air of stupidity to the folks who can't, or won't, educate their clerks how to make a transaction with today's money. We ordered from the hospital and it took over two hours for delivery, when we contacted staff they lied and made excuses, including the manager who was unprofessional. This is honestly the worst experience I've ever had with ordering pizza and to our dismay it was at a time when we were visiting a loved one in the hospital. read more

Just ordered from this location and I could not be more disappointed. Typically, I am willing to pay the few more dollars to get Jets because it is a better pizza. I will not make that mistake with this Jets again. After being delivered over two hours late after the order was placed, the pizza was cold-- not even lukewarm. If I wanted sup-par pizza, I'd go to the much cheaper dominos. Very disappointed. read more

Really bad experience with Jet's tonight. Ordered at 5:41pm, estimated 45 min wait time. Called back at 6:41pm to get an update, and I was told rather dismissively that the online estimated delivery time was not right and that they would get it to me within 1 hr to 1:15 because they were short on drivers (never a good thing to hear from a pizza place). Pizza finally came about 1:15 after I ordered it. The pizza was cold and not particularly appetizing. I paid the tip online (slightly more than 20%), and the delivery driver asked me to sign a slip with the total+tip as the total line, with ANOTHER TIP LINE below it. Obviously I did not put a second tip on the order, and after I put a line through the tip line on the receipt, the driver didn't say another word to me. I told him thank you and to have a good night, but he turned and walked away from me without saying another word all while I was talking to him. I really like Jet's Pizza, but this experience has been a very negative one to me, and I would highly recommend avoiding this particular location, at least. read more

Tried this place again. Big mistake!! I placed my order 2 hours in advance, the order was 25 minutes late from the time it was supposed to be delivered. I called the store, was told the driver had already left. Which they lied about. Finally, when the driver arrived he said he came straight from the store and that my order was not even ready before now. I call store again and asked for a manager. Trinity said it was late due to weather at first, then later changed the story to it was late of the lunch rush. By the way, this was at 7:30 pm Then she stated that if I wanted my order on time that I should have just picked it up. read more

AWFUL service. I called the night before so I could be certain the pizza I was ordering would be delivered on time. Not only was the pizza an hour late, I stayed on the line to talk to someone for 15 minutes and no one ever picked up. When I received the pizza it was the wrong order. When I asked why it was an hour late they used the excuse the ovens were broken. Good customer service would be to call the person who is expecting the pizza at a certain time and inform them. Normally I love Jet's pizza but this place will never ever get my business again. read more

This pizza is fabulous. I used to order here a lot but stopped 2 years ago due to having issues. Decided to give it another shot and boy have things turned around. The service was awesome. This Jets location is AMAZING. They are always early with deliveries and their drivers are always so nice. We just had a delivery guy forget the drink and drive all the way back to go get it without us even asking. Then when there was a mix up with part of the order we placed on the phone, the same guy came back within 15 minutes with the corrected order. Love these guys! read more

Big thank you to the GM for accepting our $300 since the Jet's closer could not accommodate. However shame on Mike (I'm pretty sure his name was) the driver, was only concerned about his tip as he asked TWICE about it over the phone. He made it such a hassle between talking to him on the phone saying he couldn't drop off the food, even though the hotel told him he could. He then proceeded to send me to voice mail 3 times after again confirming the order with the hotel. The woman from the hotel had to walk outside to get his attention. Extremely unnecessary stress on a wedding day. read more
