Ordered a greek salad to be delivered to my motel room. Delivery came on time, but when I opened the bag I found no utensils and no napkins. Wouldn't it make sense that these things should be included with orders delivered to motels since few travellers take flatware with them? The salad was OK. I've had better and worse. However, with chicken on top + delivery charge it came to $19. Might have gotten out of Applebee's or someplace like that cheaper. Love jets pizza deep dish but the service and people working there has changed over the last year they wanna fight about the deals and just are plain rude and not helpful the man I talked to last night was decent but I'm not the only one talking about how there staff has changed for the worse..I'm sure there are some good ones don't get me wrong but I avoid going there often because of the attitude of the staff and the pizza has been dry the last few times but again it happens I still love there pizza and recommend it just hope there staff has a meeting and they cheer up! I love Jets Pizza. Specifically, the (square) deep dish, which is thick-ish, ooey, gooey, greasy, cheesy, crispy, crunchy + delicious. We recently ordered two of their regular (circular) pizzas, and while they were still good, the deep dish is where it's at. I think they also sell thin crust, but who cares about that nonsense. Do it right and get the DEEP. BBQ Chicken pizza was quite good. Big chunks of chx, tangy bbq, bits of bacon + a good amount of cheese. Different and delicious. Jests pizza is five star pizza of course.i really don't see how anyone could give it less then five stars.damn delicious! I actually went into the business and was reading the menu on the wall.they got some really good deals there!!! Great food, great service! Ordered online for delivery on July 3 during the Bay City fireworks festival. Was quoted an hour delivery time but it was delivered in 35-40 minutes. Food was great, delivery driver (Doug) was nice and polite. Definitely recommend!! read more

Yesterday we order a substantial order from Jet's, 2 eight corner pizzas, 1 med. hawaiin & bbq chicken pizzas, bread sticks and a salad. Pick up to be 5:00. We had people coming for the party at 5:30: went to pick up the order at 5, but they didn't have the jets bread included ( of which we were charged). Had to wait an additional 20 minutes for the bread sticks, while our pizzas got cold, and was late getting home for the party with people waiting. Good cold pizza but very disappointed they couldn't get our order complete! We weren't even offered any compensation for having to wait. Will think twice before going back. read more

every time we call to order the weekly specials which the manager told us in person and we wrote down word for word the prices.. it changes every time and we tell them the managers name and what he said and it's different literally every time we call! it's a big difference in price and we have been weekly sometimes 2-3 times a week customers for years I'm very disappointed because there pizza is usually great sometimes dry but nothing crazy but they change ppl so much they don't know how to do there job and just don't care I would suggest more training in customer service again love the pizza one of my faves but workers are rude they represent ur company and make u look bad unfortunately! read more

Beware, they hold a grudge. I placed a order over the phone. When I arrived to pick it up, I wanted to use my debit card to pay. The girl told me that their card machine had been down for the last couple of hours. I had no cash so I wanted to write a check. They said that they didn't accept checks. They should have told me when I called to place the order that their card machine was down and they were only accepting cash at this time, they did not. I left without the pizza because I had no cash. Well, I guess they blame this on me because when I called at a later date to place a order, the guy was really a jerk and says very sarcastically we don't accept checks. I picked up the pizza and paid cash. The next day I got a phone call from someone who claimed that they were an employee at jets and witnessed other employees doing gross and disgusting thing to my pizza when the manager was right there. read more
