Not too much to call out here. I think this is one of the better chain pizza places in the area that serves "Detroit style pizza". I've just had a couple customer service issues here. Most recently, I ordered pizza and breadsticks. They quoted me 15 minutes, so I went over there after 20. They said the order would be up soon so I paid. After 10 minutes, several other customers had been helped. I asked about my pizza and they said it would be up any minute. The girl helping me asked the people making pizzas about my order. She looked in their "heating locker" and low and behold, there was my order- sitting there since I had walked in. The girl didn't even bother to apologize for her error. These peeps make a fine pizza, so yummy that I want to bring them a present for X-mas - a pizza cutter. Sometimes they miss a few slices and when you pull a slice apart, your hand gets 3rd-degree burns......but God damn does it taste good!!! I'll take their pepperoni pizza dipped in their Guernsey's ranch any day over 2 days of burning sauce scars. I wasn't expecting much from a pizza chain... I was pleasantly surprised. Pretty good thin crust pizza, but the sauce needs a little spice. The toppings were perfectly distributed, and my pizza was cooked until the cheese was browned. The service was quick and friendly from start to finish. The location was clean. They sent 2 pizza's out with no sauce. Jets error on their part. The delivery took 45 minutes. Instead of making it right immediately they low ball a $10 credit for a future order. After back and forth they demand that 60% of the order be returned that they sent, fine no issue with that, however, they make us wait another 45-1hr for the correct pizzas that we ordered. My kids thoroughly enjoyed waiting 2hrs for food. The store manager was not helpful, had plenty of excuses, and failed to understand the concept of what accountability or customer service means. read more

So.......last weekend I had to have them remake my salad twice. Myself and another customer heard the employees saying several expletives while referring to the beets and what they were going to do with them, I just wanted them on the side. Today I decided to give them another try....felt the bag to ensure I had 2 Greek dressings, 2 ranch and beets on the side only to discover 1 Greek and 3 beets for a medium salad. I mentioned the amount of beets and she said 3 is all a medium salad gets. They bring the other Greek dressing and I said are you sure thats not italian...and it was. They told me my next salad was on them last time then charged me for it so I had to re rang up again........Finally get home with my ham and pineapple pizza thats under cooked.....anyone thats worked at a pizza place knows a pizza with pineapple needs to be cooked a tad longer.....and no turbo crust that I asked for on all my pizzas. Ordered carryout here yesterday, just a small square pizza and a small Jet Bread. Definitely good quality, and if you mention any coupons, they'll just take them off for you on the total. My small square (6 good sized pieces) and 10 piece Jet Bread was about $11 and change... a very good meal for 2, or since I was eating solo, 2 nice sized individual meals. Definitely a good chain, and nice friendly service. I've lived in the area for almost ten years, order from Jets at least once every two weeks and have never had an issue. The pizza is always hot, the staff always polite and have never had anything "weird" happen (ie bug or hair in food). The wings are substantial in size, unlike other places with shriveled, sad wings. Honestly, my only complaint is that sometimes, the pizza is SO hot, that the cheese can slide off... but not so much a gripe as a shoutout to the freshness of the pizza. Out of town visitors BEWARE! I ordered from this joint. The phone operator asked my phone number, he didn't know the hotel. The hotel that they delivered flyers too. I made my order, gave my card. I also gave them my room number. An hour and a half later AFTER I was told 30 min. I called. I am here with a child that is Hungary. It was 8:30 when I called back. They gave me to a manager who said they didn't have my phone number or room number after I gave it to them multiple times and had to get on my phone and tell the person who answered where the hotel was. The manager said he was sorry and he would get my order started. I reminded him that I had a child and it now past her bedtime. He said he would throw in some bread sticks. WHOO HOO. He asked if he could have my card number agin to give me some money off. I asked why not just void the charge. He said he didn't have authority. So he expected me to have yet ANOTHER charge on my card on top of the existing one still with no food and have to wait 7-10 business days for a refund.
