I have tried their cheese pizza and it was good. Most pf the pizza's are cut into small squares which becomes easy to eat. I am waiting to try the veggies pizza soon. This location was my introduction to Jet's Pizza when I moved to Michigan in 2003. After moving to another part of the county for 12 years (2005-2017), I've moved back to Canton and this is my nearest Jet's once again. I called them for delivery tonight with a twinge of nostalgia. What can I say? The person taking the order was pleasant, they quoted 30-45 minutes (on a Friday night, which was a pleasant surprise). The driver showed up 30 minutes later with a perfectly cooked pizza. My special order (extra cheese, extra sauce) was adhered to perfectly. It created a ridiculously difficult-to-eat pizza - but that's exactly what I wanted! It was ooey gooey and delicious and the crust had that perfect Jet's crispiness. I couldn't be happier. This was a well-run Jet's location when I ordered from them over a decade ago, and I'm happy to see that it maintains that standard of excellence now that I've returned to the area. This will be my default pizza delivery option for my new house for time everlasting. Give them a try for sure! read more

We've ordered from this location numerous times and it's always consistent. Staff is always friendly and pizza is always good. However, yesterday we got a couple of pizzas from here for lunch, a regular pepperoni pizza and the Eugene Supreme and they were on point!! The dough was just a tad bit thicker than usual and the toppings were over flowing. It was AMAZING and DELICIOUS!! Y'all need to make it this way every time and I'll order even more often. This location's policy/rules are not consistent at all and each mangers of shift has their own rules. For the last 4-6 months I have been ordering specialty slices of BBQ Chicken with no bacon. It's been months and I always pay $6.89 however today when I called I was told "we do not do specialty slices" I stated to the gentleman "that's not correct I been buying them for months" the then tells me "we are not suppose to be doing that" I just said thank you but I'll pass on ordering anything now or moving forward. I just do not understand how I have been ordering here for the last 3-6 months and now it's "a hard no"? I am sorry to say but this location has seen the last of my money I will start going to Hungry Howies or Dominoes. I am not angry at the young guy that said no but he put me on hold to ask him manager and then came back to the phone to say "NO". I will never buy from this location again they can get me 30 free pizza's and I still will decline this location. I guess the term "Take care of the customer" died with Sam Walton (Founder of Wal-Mart). Visiting my son's house and this location is closer to his place. Ordered pizza and boneless chicken online to be delivered. Main complain is that the pizza is not really hot at all almost like its been a sitting a while before we got and same for the chicken. The delivery guy was carrying it kinda sideways carelessly so when we open the box toppings and pizza was slide to one side. Not a happy camper at all. read more

Just moved into an apartment and got a free large pizza coupon upon move in. Husband and I figured we would give it a try... the guy that answered and took my order was very rude and even just hung up on me after I placed the order. After an hour of hearing nothing and having no pizza I called to see where it was. I told him that I never got an eta and that he just hung up on me. Eating pizza 6 out of 7 days a week; I know how pizza should taste. Jets on Palmer and Lilley always makes it taste the way I like it. When I pick it up; i'm graciously greeted by smiling faces and the overwhelming smell of delicious ingredients. My only complaint is that my burps smell funny after I eat here. Every time I place a delivery order, I politely ask for light sauce and absolutely NO Romano cheese. I'm assured every time that there will not be Romano anywhere on my order. Just received my third order covered in Romano. I work in food service. I know mistakes happen. But this is ridiculous. The best they offer to make up for it is a $5 credit for my next order? I was at this Jet's about 4:40 p.m. today on 5/4/19. I ordered a small antipasto salad and a large square veggie pizza. The food was fair and not as good as before. I waited about 20 minutes like the clerk told me it would be. I was sitting on the bench and happened to look around the store. OMG! This location looked so dirty! The floor was filthy! There was tile missing near the register. The walls were dirty and it looked like signs were removed and the tape was still on the wall. The entrance door was greasy as well as the cooler door where salads and beverages came from. The tile was very dirty as well. I saw a sign on the door for help wanted. I hope someone gets hired to clean this place up. I have not been here for a while and I plan to try another Jet's next time. I was so upset about the mess that it was hard to enjoy my dinner. I was concerned about the cleanliness of the kitchen as well. I realize that a pizza place will get greasy but the grime that I saw was more than one day's worth of grease and grime. Nope. This place is horrible! They delivered to me a salad two nights in a row and couldn't even remember a fork. The driver who appeared stoned or something that I had to put the bat signal out for because he couldn't find my hotel at the major intersection of the town his store is in would not even go to front desk to get me a fork. Told me I feel for you but I have to get home to my wife and kids. Two nights in a row?? Third time in 5 years Jet's has delivered to me at a hotel and not sent a fork. Do they think people travel with Silverware? Called the store and told the manager I should dispute the charges.
