I never really went here until I wanted a close nearby spot and decided to give it a shot. I have to admit I've been impressed with the flavor of their pizzas, especially the 8-corner deep dish pizza. The pizza ingredients seem fresh. However, I don't know how it can be so inconsistent from one pizza to the next about how burned the pizzas are. Sometimes I get the pizza and it's got a perfect crunch to the pepperonis, and other times I'll pick up the same exact pizza and the cupped pepperonis' ridges are so burned that they have that rancid flavor like they've been stuck on the bottom of an oven for 25 cycles. They need to figure out their quality control on the cooking times. Secondly, I've gotten their salads quite a few times and it's disappointing the lack of quality control there. See, they serve you your salad in a sealed paper bag so you really don't know what the ingredients' freshness looks like until you get home. I've been burned a few times with receiving rotten and/or wilted lettuce, tomatoes that are CLEARLY past their throwaway date. See attached picture. I've had to start ripping open the paper bag the salad is hidden inside while I'm still in the parking lot so I can go return it if I receive more wilted ingredients.

This place does NOT MISS. Literally the best Detroit-style pizza that has ever passed my lips. Is it greasy? Yes. But that's what creates the perfectly crispy and chewy golden brown crust. The workers here make the pizza like it's for their family. They put the perfect amount of sauce, cheese, and toppings whilst always baking it perfectly. You literally can't go wrong here.

Four slice Detroit Deep dish with pepperoni, premium mozarella, spinach, and mushrooms

Was told by a friend on IG in Texas to check out Jets because of the customizable crust. So glad I followed her advice as it was super easy to order through text and pick it up. I got their 4 slice Detroit Deep dish which came with tons of topping options. I went with the pepperoni, premium mozarella, mushroom, and spinach. I also selected the garlic flavored crust. I picked up my order a couple of minutes before it was promised and it was pipping hot. The cheese pulled as I took my first bite and it just melted. My taste buds did a serious dance as I took more and more bites. The crust had a hit of carmel, garlic, and salt. Sooo super yummy! The rest of the toppings felt like sides as the crust and cheese were "it" for me! I am sold on Jet's pizza and I will be back here whenever I get a craving for some thick, delicious, and authentic pizza--did I mention how authentic and real the pizza tasted?!? Far from commercial and just so good!

The birthday girl turned 94 and it was her first time at Rigos. She loved it and is looking forward to returning. She chose the lasagna that came with bread and salad. I got the bolognese pasta that also comes with bread and salad. The salads were fresh and a good size for a side salad. There's a wide choice of dressings and a Caesar salad as well. The salads and hot bread came out first then a short time later the entrees. Both entrees were delivered quickly and hot. Both were delicious.. The drinks are self serve and the choices are sodas and tea. When they found out it was her birthday they insisted she chose a dessert . She chose the cheesecake and shared with me and it was wonderful. Thanks to the staff for making this special birthday a great treat for our family.

I was about to order 2 but ended up buying only 1 after being surprised to see that price spiked to $35. It's not like they added any premium ingredients or enhanced it any way. Yeah, it's specialty good but not worth $35 in my book. On top of that, there's a $2 service fee for a pick up order, and when asked to get extra masala sauce and garlic sauce, I got charged extra for those on top of the overpriced pizza. Final bill reached to about $44. For that amount, I could get 2 Extra Large pizzas at Marco's. As much as I love Rigo's Chicken Tikka Masala Pizza, I just think the price increase is ridiculous. At least 1 small container of garlic sauce should be complimentary (like Marco's) but can't believe they charged me extra for that. The lady at the cashier was friendly, and gave me some crushed red pepper and parmesan cheese for free, so that part was nice, but sadly, I probably won't be returning to Rigo's anytime soon after this disappointing experience. Ambiance is small and casual space so Rigo's is more ideal for take out. | Overall Score: 3.4/5

I'm super super happy to say that everything that made this place so wonderful seven years ago is still here. The pizza is still spot on, the portions are still huge, and the value for the money can't be beat. The employees were friendly and attentive and made us feel welcome when we walked through the door and during our time eating . My notoriously picky son who was not here with us seven years ago loved the pizza so much that he told us that he wants to live here in the restaurant (and I'm not convinced that he's kidding). I don't know when we'll next be in Cary, but as long as Johnny's Pizza is here, they'll have loyal customers in me and my family. The pictures I'm going to post don't do the food justice, but by the time I thought to take pictures, the family had already started devouring everything.

Di Fara is hands down the best pizza in town and as good as pizza in NYC…read more We had a server named Barbara the last time we were here during the day who was great, friendly and gave a definite NY authenticity to the experience. I really like their meatballs. Definitely ask the price of a side of marinara before you order it. It's good but expensive. Service is inconsistent. Other times we've been here we had servers that seemed to have no interest in being there. I don't know if this is still the case, but if you order a slice to go, they don't let you sit outside and eat it at one of their tables, even if they're not crowded. For a while they had some cheesy (no pun intended) hand written signs telling you not to sit at the tables. It said outside seating is for customers only or something like that. And it was unclear that meant outside tables are for full service dining only. I can see if people were waiting to be seated or you were trying to eat food from another restaurant there. It seemed weird to get chased away for being their customer. If you're getting a slice to go you hopefully would be there 15-20 minutes at most. It was so off-putting I have to include it in the review even though it happened a while ago. Just set your expectations...pizza is 5 stars, service is 3-4 stars, cost 3 stars.

Typical pizza shop menu, decent size eat-in area as well and it was clean. Great aroma of pizza when you walk in. Several folks came in for to-go orders while we were there. We walked to the counter and ordered an 18-inch pepperoni and three fountain drinks. $25 not bad! The staff was friendly and efficient. We had a seat at a table. The pizza arrived looking like it was from a commercial. Absolutely beautiful. It was a little greasy on top but nothing a few napkins couldn't deal with. The slices were huge as you would expect from such a big pizza. The pizza was hand-tossed. It was baked to perfection with brown bubbles on the crust and a golden brown bake underneath. The cheese and pepperoni were plentiful. The taste was wonderful. A very good pizza. Definitely will be going back. Good pizza is hard to find. This place is a keeper.

This pizza was disappointing due to the presence of a greasy taste, which perhaps was from the crumbled meat trio. The amount of meat for the price was very low and although the crust was good and the other ingredients were good, that greasy taste was very distracting. The second pizza was the Why Not, a white pineapple pizza with prosciutto, pickled chilis (which we put on the side and didn't eat), mozzarella and pecorino cheeses. We found this pizza to be excellent with strong cheese flavors and very good prosciutto. The third main dish was the Wood Fired Cauliflower sandwich, with charred onions, serrano (which we did not include), arugula and tofu whip. The sandwich was excellent and I recommend it to the vegetarians reading this. Our dessert was the tiramisu, which was very good and a decent size. Overall, the pizzas were good (except for the Amat), but overpriced. The sandwich and dessert were excellent.
