Jet's is new to our area. It seems like the "coming soon" sign had been up for years and then sometime in the past week or two, they opened! So, last night we ordered, online. The total for a thin crust 1 topping and Detroit style large 1 topping was $46. I thought it was a bit much, but I was going for a taste sensation :) When I arrived to pick up my pizza at the store I was surprised how little space there was for customers. It was totally jammed with about 15-20 people in the space. All I wanted to do was pick up pizza and I wasn't sure I wanted to wait until 20 other people had ordered/picked up. After standing in line for 5 minutes or so, I could see that the folks smashed up against the wall on the left were waiting for orders, the center was used for people to squeeze by after getting their order, and the right was people waiting to place or pickup an order. It all seemed very unorganized and might work better during high volume times to have an employee outside organizing things and being a "runner" for pickup orders so not everyone is in line. Upon pickup, the cashier did apply a 20% discount which I did not know about. That was cool. I tipped it back. As for the pizza! I am a 2-3 orders of pizza per week person, and yes I show it. I lived in Detroit for many years and have had Buddy's and all the off-shoots. Around here I generally go for Via 313. So, first off, the thin crust extra sausage pizza was nothing special. Lots of sausage, but tasteless and the crust was not crispy. The crust was nothing special. Not something I would order again. The Detroit style pizza was very good. I would say the crust was the best I have had of any Detroit style pizza. And, for this style, the crust is what makes the pizza. Compared to others, I would say there was much less pepperoni than on other offerings and only one layer across the top, nothing under the cheese. The cheese was also 100% over the top of the sauce. Even so, I thought the taste was awesome. The sauce was delicious. I would just order extra pepperoni next time and ask them to place a layer under the cheese and one on top. Or, just more Pepperoni on top. read more

Good fast service. Order was ready when promised. Register is in the back of the customer area. No eating in. The kitchen is behind glass in the waiting area. Lots of activity. I love Jet's pizza I've had in other cities. The store in Cedar Park has issues. I usually order my pizza with veggies (deluxe). A few times now, the veggies have tasted and smelled burned. I also get it with Romano flavoring. I got sprinkled Romano cheese, a different experience. I'll keep trying. read more

Yes! Jet's Detroit-style pizza has arrived in Cedar Park. It's take out only - no seats like the South Austin locations. The thick crust 'four corners' pizza is as good as Via 313's and the convenience of dropping by just for a slice is a plus. Jet's salads (Greek is delish) are fresh and come with dressings that seem made in house (not sure). If you're in the greater CP/L metropolitan area, give Jet's a try. read more

Detroit Pizza! Where have you been all my life! I consider myself a pizza connoisseur being that I've lived and tried pizza's in NYC, Seattle, California and now Texas but never Detroit. Now I know why they have 5 stars and well deserved starts may I add. I ordered two different types of pizza through their easy online ordering system. Since this was my first time eating Detroit style pizza, I wanted to try two different types. I ordered a small (4 pcs.) thin crust $12.99, pepperoni and Italian sausage and to my surprise you can select to flavorize your crust for FREE! Say what!? So I took full advantage of this option and chose Romano. Other options included Cajun, Sesame Seed, Garlic, butter or you can select the Turbo Crust which includes Butter, Garlic and Romano all together. I also ordered a Detroit-Style 4 corner pizza (small, 4 pcs.) $12.99 with pepperoni, onion with Garlic flavored crust. Both were SOOOOOO good! The thin crust pizza was not cracker thin but more like a pitta chip thickness with a slight chew and the Detroit-style was crispy and had more of a chew list like how I like it. The ingredients including that cheese is something else. You can tell the difference when you have great ingredients. Both pizza's were cooked to perfection and had pizza options to satisfied my husbands favorite style pizza and mine. We absolutely can't wait to order again as there are so many more options and combinations still yet to try. I should also mention that after ordering online, Jet's in Cedar Park is about 20 min drive from where I live in Leander and by the time we got there, both pizza's were ready and hot right out of the oven. YES! This pizza is delicious. Worth every penny. We ordered their Jet special Detroit style deep dish with extra cheese and pepperonis and jalapeños. We order a traditional hand tossed also delicious. The pizza is a bit pricier then most other pizzas but it's good. read more

Went to visit a friend and was happy to see a jets nearby. Went in and got my normal bbq chicken but there manager suggested a crazy crust (sesame seed, Cajun, and turbo crust). Unbelievably poor service at Cedar Park! If I could give a rating below one star, tonight would deserve it. We went to pick up our order on Sunday night, June 9th and the attendant there had GREAT difficulty with our card on the card machine. He repeatedly swiped our card at least five times before telling us "Sorry Bro-your card doesn't work. We did not know he was repeatedly swiping our card because we were on the phone with Visa fraud dept who had called us from this idiot's action saying our card was suspended because of the multiple swipes he employee had done. Realizing what he had done, we put our hand out and asked to get our card back and rather than putting it in our hand, he pitched the card on the countertop even as he looking at our hand and snipped "cash only, Bro". This loser was not wearing a name tag on his apron tonight or I would have included it in this review to warn others to go somewhere else for pizza when he is at the counter 'serving people'. His horrible attitude and behavior toward us is enough to convince us to find another business to support for pizza. This 'Bro' gives a new definition to the term useless and is approaching worthless. The manager better intervene with this 'Bro' before sales start dropping like a rock, plus more training on how to swipe a card on the card reader would help this 'Bro' and other employees because we were not the only customers at the counter whose cards were not going through - read more

I ordered an 8 corner pizza, NY style pizza with the turbo crust and a salad and cinnamon stix. This order was over $60 and not only have I been charged twice, but the food made my spouse and I ill and we ate all of 2 slices per pizza. I called the next day (today) to try and get a refund and the best they bothered to offer was a store credit which the manager tried to say wasn't an option either since I had the misfortune of having issues with my food while they were closed. I want my money back as I'm not local to the area and a credit will mean less than nothing to me. I will be throwing out these pizzas and flavorless salad, hope the cinnamon stix can taste like $60 and make sure to redirect business away from this shop. If the customer isn't happy, and a credit doesn't make sense, a refund should be automatic. This is what I get for supporting a local business in Texas. I should've saved myself $40 and gone to Papa Johns. Lesson learned. Learn from our misfortune and do not order here. read more
