Really great pizza !!!!! Call In order was pretty easy to use it was all digital Which can be annoying but it got the order correct so can appreciate tht The pizza itself was really good a bit on the pricier side but extremely filling so you really don't eat a lot of slices or in this case squares Definitely will be going back Customer Service can't rate to much in considering it was digital ordering and pick up was a person but not enough to be outstanding Easy to find Really good pizza

Being from Detroit, I try to get Jets when it's available. This spot is no different and just as good as home and so nostalgic. Service was great and delivery was quick (within about 30-35min). Pizza came hot and deliver guy showed up as I would expect.

    $10.42 of extra charges!

The delivery person dumped the pizza on my porch without calling, texting, or ringing the doorbell. Consequenty, our overcooked brown pizza (I ordered double cheese,) had solid cheese. With $10.42 of extra charges, including a tip that they added on, one would think this would be the best pizza ever. I could have done better with a $6 pizza from the grocery. So disappointed!

I thought it was great. My wife however did not like her gluten free pizza at all. I can't judge that but their regular pizza was banging

It has been a couple of weeks since I tried jets pizza. I walked in and was surprised they had no in-house seating. It was a long hallway to where you ordered the pizza. I decided to get the eight corner with pork topping. They told me it would be ready in about 15 minutes and I said OK. Until I realized there was no place to sit and wait, so I just kept pacing up and down. When it was done, they called me over, handed me the box and wished me well. It was only a short drive to get home, so the pizza was still extremely hot. I take one slice and sit down to eat it. The first thing is the crust. Nice and crispy on the outside and the inside soft and fluffy as you get into it. Just like I like my pizza crust. The sauce is definitely from the Midwest like Chicago or Detroit. It was the sweet sauce . Since I'm not a fan of it but I ate it anyway. There was plenty of cheese and pork topping and they were delicious. It was so good. I decided to eat a second slice. The pricing was very reasonable. I would definitely order this again. The service inside the store was very pleasant. And for those that are comparing it to via 313, they are different, but both are enjoyable

Wow, it was excellent. Sort of a mix between how Pizza Hut used to have the deep dish when they were higher quality before it changed and the typical Detroit pizza. Except this ain't typical and Jet's perfects a flaky, thick, and crunchy crust and delicious tasting pizza. It's a small To Go pick up only place and it was jamming with a bunch of people going in and out in the five minutes I was waiting. From the other "Detroit style" pizza places around Jet's is easily a couple belt notches above the 313 pizza place. My favorite Detroit pizza place has always been Brown Dog in Telluride, CO and I think Jet's is on the same level. I highly recommend them and will probably become a regular now that they've taken Detroit to Cedar Park

The best Detroit style pizza in town! Our favorite is the Aloha, which has BBQ sauce, pineapple, chicken, and bacon!

Quick and fresh pizza that is pretty tasty, typically a thin crust fan but enjoy the deep Detroit style pizza. Friendly staff will be back to try more of their food.

    Pepperoni and green peppers. Detroit-style.

I ordered through their website, paid a delivery fee and tipped for the driver. Soon after ordering, I received a link from favor, tracking my delivery. After the favor link showed my driver "5mins away from picking up the food" for over 30 mins, I decided to call the restaurant in which I was told they used a third party and have no control over. (Well you chose to use favor) I went and picked up my Luke warm food and returned home within 20 mins. In this time, the favor link was still showing "driver is 5 mins away from picking up the food". About an hour after returning home and haven already eaten, I received an update from the favor text, it was a picture of my house from the curb, saying my food was delivered. No food was delivered, I had already picked it up. I actually have ring footage of this favor driver, stopping, rolling down the window and snapping the pic, never getting out. When I called the restaurant to complain about this, there was no care or concern. When I try to contact favor, I have no re course since I ordered through the pizza shop and not favor. I am hoping they don't charge me the 16 dollars in delivery charge and tip, but that's something else I may have to deal with in the coming days. As far as the food, regular pepperoni pizza was average at best, lemon pepper wings were soggy but had good flavor and butter chicken pizza had decent flavor but was cold. Only reason I didn't give one star was the flavor of the lemon pepper wings. Can't say I will ever be back. Would recommend not using the restaurants website to order.

The ravioli had a great texture--they weren't mushy and tasted well made. The sauce was flavorful, although it had a bit of a commercial, pre-made taste. Our server was friendly, the restaurant was clean, and the place has a cool little vibe that feels relaxed but still energetic. We got there around 11:00, and by 11:15 or 11:20 the place was already lively and noisy, which honestly tells you people know where the good pizza is. I had the House salad with Caesar dressing, and it was fresh and loaded with tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions, mushrooms, black olives, mozzarella, and crunchy garlic croutons. For pizza, I ordered the City Pie, and those toppings were giving -- pepperoni, Italian sausage, spinach, mushrooms, onions, black olives, and bell peppers. I'm not usually a huge fan of super thin crust pizza, but this one worked because the toppings and flavor carried every bite. The girls ordered the Queen Margherita, and it looked just as good as it sounds with fresh mozzarella, Roma tomatoes, Parmesan-Reggiano, and basil. I may visit Obsidian Brewery time after time after time after time and never find out how their beer is. This is because a) They have an outstanding bar and b) They have an outstanding kitchen. For me, beer is a hardship beverage you drink when there is nothing else better available. When I go to a bar, I can sometimes be looking for mix-mastering. Usually I am looking for outstanding top of the line hard spirits. * * * When I walked into Obsidian, I looked at their bar. It was love at first sight. In front of me were twenty yards of three shelves of the most wonderful bottles I could possibly imagine. Half of them I had never heard of before. * * * I settled on a Buddha's Hand Gin. Buddha and Gin rarely appear in the same sentence Never mind the same label on a bottle. I ordered it straight up. I went immediately to Nirvana. Forget the meditation and the austerities. The Buddha's Hand Gin was as good as a trip to the Himalayas. Buddha's Hand is an obscure citrus fruit that grows multiple protuberances the way some horseradishes do. It is golden and looks like a hand. Ergo the name. The Buddha's Hand Gin is a citrus tinged gin with an edge more like orange zest than like orange juice. The additional botanicals make it strong, attention grabbing, fruity and yet combative. I was absolutely fascinated. Note that Buddha's Hand Gin is only one of the many items they have to explore there. I am totally ready to do more exploring. * * * The kitchen at Obsidian is also of distinction. The savvy local guide I came with adored his Thai Curry Wood Fired Rings. I went with a Cheesy Bread. This is open-faced grilled cheese on a thick slice of bread the size of a shoebox, with a wonderful homemade tomato sauce on about 1/3 of it. It is the best cheese pizza you have ever had. It is what cheese pizza is supposed to be if you don't use the standard canned ingredients that institutional providers sell to Domino's. I was as in love with my cheese bread as I was with my citrus gin. * * * The company was also outstanding. Which is just as well because Obsidian is a social place. Lots of Leanderthals having a fine time in couples and groups. This is not a loner's loser bar. You know - the dark rooms with misfits drinking their sixth beer while watching TV. This is a good folks good times full-of-sunlight place. So you definitely want to come with good folks. * * * Good food, good bottles, good people. And if you are feeling chipper, You can even have a homemade beer to celebrate.
