I'm at a lose for words on how I just paid $18 for a small pizza. $4 in delivery when they were already delivering 3 other orders to the same building is absolutely ridiculous. I will never order jets again. I suggest cottage inn, better pizza and cheaper prices read more

This ain't just any Jet's Pizza. This one has a full service bar with several craft beers on tap. They also sell movie posters and their bathrooms are Star Wars themed with the orinial trilogy (4 - 6) on repeat :). The pizzs is the Jet's deep dish pizza you are familiar with but in a nice cozy bar :). If you are passing through Chelsea and looking for a decent place to eat and refuel this is a must :). read more

We visit Jet's a couple times a year. Really nice staff, great pizza, love their greek salad, and a nice craft beer selection. We recently had an oops experience there where they made a mistake on our pizzas. They were exceptional in how they handled it. If you're on Yelp and wondering how you can give better customer service then go to Jet's in Chelsea and learn from them. We had a similar experience at Klavon's in VanderCook and they handled their error poorly - we frequent Jet's now instead, because of that. read more

We are here for the Rusted Root show. I can't even. Unprepared. I feel sorry for them. Had a $17 medium pizza that was undercooked, after paying for ViP tics. No plates or silverware. Completely unprepared. Would not come back. Thank god they backed loads of sand into the lot. At least that's fun! read more

Jet's Pizza in Chelsea is fantastic. I like Jet's Pizza, especially the deep dish, but what really makes this one stand out is the bar with phenomenal beer selection. I'm a beer snob, and they always have things that are new and different. On top of that, they have tap takeover nights and movie nights. The staff is very friendly and the owners take an active interest in making the place great. My complaint, if I have to have one, is that there's not enough seating. I believe they're planning to address that by expanding into a patio, but for now it can be difficult to find a table. Seriously though, I recommend stopping by the bar side of this place on Tuesday at 8:30 for their movie night and $2 draft beers, or Wednesday for their tap takeovers. read more

I hate to complain about a franchise simple food item like pizza as expectations shouldnt be very high but Im going to. I've given this particular Jets pizza a couple of chances to live up to a minimum standard and it simply hasnt. Ive had them deliver and I have picked up and all 3 times its been a huge disappointment. You know the saying "Pizza is like sex.. even when its bad, its still pretty good?" Well That doesnt apply to the crap Ive been given at this Jets. BTW. This is not the first Jets pizza Ive ordered from. The others were more than adequate, so my expectations were higher Zero sauce on the pizza, (so essentially cheese bread) overcooked, chewy crust and if you have it delivered you can guarantee it will be like day old pizza. Perhaps in a bad economy businesses may want to cut costs, but if they cut quality they will certainly not last. Especially in a town that has multiple pizza choices. I'd be ashamed to serve the pizza I have received.. And people tell me I'm too nice on here. read more

I would not go there for the pizza, but I certainly would (and do) for the beer. Jet's Sports Room is the only place in Chelsea with a decent selection of Michigan beers. The dining room is clean if uninspired, light, and family-friendly. read more

This by far the coolest Jets I've ever been to because it has beer and not just any beer but a huge selection of multiple micro brews and Michigan beers. The pizza is typical of most Jets. If you haven't had it it's a thicker style with those burnt cheese crusts. I like it. This place can sometimes have an odor would be my only complaint but overall this place is awesome. In my opinions Chelsea has two of the coolest pizzerias in the state with Thompsons and Jets. Pizza goes great with beer!!!!! read more

Only picked up and had delivery a few times. Typically picking up their version of "hot and ready." Sometimes its pretty darn good. Other times, it is luke warm and "meh." Obviously a factor of when the 'za was made. We have been debating about going in for the beer and pizza version, but I think the pizzas haven't been quite good enough to really want to do that yet. My wife and I are from New York. We LOVE our pizza in NY. We had ordered a medium cheese pie and a pie with half pepperoni/black olives and half green peppers/onions. We also ordered wings and garlic bread and a salad. It was a pick-up order but our truck broke down and we wound up eating inside. It was terrific! Our boys who barely eat anything polished off the entire cheese pie. My wife and I were very pleasantly surprised at how much we loved the pizza and wings. She also polished off the entire salad and was in love with the salad dressing. When all as said and done, we were even given a lift home by one of the owners!!! The decor was great, the Tigers were on, the root beer on tap was perfect. I'll definitely be ordering from there at least one if not two more times before we head back to New York next week. WE WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND ORDERING FROM OR STOPPING IN HERE. read more

Jet's was a welcomed addition to Chelsea and seems to be enjoying great success as one of (surprisingly) very few sit down restaurants in the city. The staff took care of my today! I plugged in and did some work on my computer (using the wifi) while enjoying the well stocked salad buffet. After I was done with my meal, the staff came out with an unexpected but much appreciated "snack" (i.e. hot and delicious cinnastix) to top off my meal. Thanks Jet's! I'll be back soon! read more

GREAT beer selection with 40 beers on tap. Good Michigan selection. Although my favorite is Fat Tire. Food is good. Jets pizza is one of my favorites. Staff is very friendly. Good atmosphere with sports on multiple TVs. read more

Simply amazing! This is my favorite Jets, and am convinced no better Jets or pizza-bars will ever come close! The Star Wars theme decor is great and fun for kids. The beer selection is hands down the most diverse in town and the owners have great taste in beer reccomendations and always give me free samplers first. Service is great and the owners usually are out among the patrons delivering food and taking orders. Only downside being that the resteraunt fills up fast. read more

Jets Chelsea is a bad community member. Their obvious lack of concern for the bands playing the Sights and Sounds community event July 7 is a recent example. Community is what binds us together, but they apparently have no desire to create or enhance community. Please do not support this vendor. read more

Best deep dish pizza I get anywhere. I travel a lot and this pizza is the best. The crust is really good every time. Priced right too. Takeout and dine in is nice too. A lot of nostalgia on display there. read more

Clean your oven please :) For over a year now I've received food from this location with large quantities of black specs (carcinogens, baked grease from an unclean oven). As time goes by pizza, subs, & bread sticks have more of this crap in it. Otherwise... Pizza tastes good and faster service versus other pizzerias. read more

I feel compelled to write this update because as much as Jets in Chelsea has ensured the Pizza is amazing, the delivery is wonderful and the person taking the order is wonderful and courteous, today I encountered an absolute jerk on the phone who sounded like he was lying in bed while taking the order. One could not understand 80% of what he was speaking on the phone because he was garbling everything. Secondly, he was arrogant and just plain disinterested in doing the job....thirdly I just feel that if this guy continues to represent Jet's in Chelsea he will push people away including myself. And I will start giving my business to Cottage or Thompson's Inn. What a shame that businesses go ahead and employ clueless aholes who take minutes to ruin the reputation that took the owner years to built. What a shame! I HATED speaking to this jerk right now and hope I don't speak to him again so I can continue to have a pleasant experience transacting with Jets in Chelsea. I started out with FIVE stars but feel compelled to take down my rating to 4 solely due to this donkey. read more

Wow, what a place! I can't say enough great things about jets. If u like jets pizza, you'll love it even more getting it straight from the oven. I mean melted cheese on an 8 corner fresh from the oven is quite an experience. Then there is the beer. 20+ taps of the greatest beer available at a great price. They also have beer events every month and all of chelsea comes out for it. I mean if your not there, then you'll hear about for weeks ( i missed the shorts brewery tap take over). This place has the largest tv in Chelsea and is the place to watch the game. Sometimes they crank up the sound and its like your at comerica watching Verlander and the boys. The service is remarkable. I mean, the staff is genuinely concerned about your experience and it shows at every interaction. I was sitting there the other day with a pint of Hopslam and some hot wings watching the tigers game and thought "it doesn't get better than this". I usually dont write reviews but more people need to know about this place. Do yourself a favor and check them out!!!! read more

Last night took the family out for dinner after a long day of work and an hour plus in 88 degree muggy weather. It was the best ending to the day.
