I've had this location not make good food before like accidentally put the wrong sauce before. But normally they make pretty good vegetarian options and they make it nice and cheesy. The service is good sometimes they will forget things so don't forget to check to see if you have all your items before you pull away from the window. This inside is beautiful and nice people work here and is great to eat inside actually. As a local I would recommend this location over other Taco Bell locations. read more

The workers at this location are very friendly and will correct an order if it's wrong. at this location you have to check your Taco Bell bag to make sure you get everything you ordered. this is coming from a local that's been living here in Michigan all my life I only go to this Taco Bell location. I remember when this once was a Taco Bell/kfc at one point. I only have great memories of this place the food quality is superior and I order of the vegetarian menu. my favorite thing to order from you guys is the app exclusive veggie meal for too. If someone orders vegetarian items I would want them to be kept separately from the non vegetarian items. Sometimes at this location I would order the veggie meal for two and my fiancé would get the luxe box this location doesn't do the boxes you are supposed to get with the luxe boxes just the cardboard box it comes in and they are normally all in the same bag and it's a bit confusing. Besides that I would make a point to only come to this Taco Bell and I think everyone else should. Was starving for SOMETHING to eat after my Taco Bell fiasco in Ann Arbor. Drove 20 minutes to the combo Taco Bell/KFC in Chelsea. Order taker is actually awake and super-friendly which is a good sign. Ordered a #8 combo (crunchy tacos) and $5 two piece box . The workers had to get out a large catering take out order (over 100 pieces of fried chicken) and my order was the victim of the push. Tacos were assembled without any attention and the worker who made my tacos smashed them into oblivion. Taco #1 was literally taco innards and pieces of hard shell. Eating it was an interesting wrapper-assisted affair. Tacos #2 and #3 were eaten with the KFC spork which was forgotten in my order but I went to the front counter to ask for one. Fried chicken excellent. Got extra-crispy instead of original but still tasty! No complaints. It was overall a "below-goals" day for tacos. Average of the chicken and tacos is three stars. read more

The store never has enough people to work and the algorithm when you order on line your order is deprioritize to drive thur services. If I could give a negative review, I would. The district management needs to do something about this place. We apparently annoyed the manager by requesting 1/2 xtra crispy and 1/2 regular to the point she lectured us on how to order a meal (Michelle). When we told her we'd be contacting corporate about her rude behavior the other manager on duty, "Sam" (not sure if that's his real name since I got it from "Michelle" after he wouldn't tell me when asked and HUNG UP on me when I called the place for his name) came to the window, screaming at us and threatening to call police????? For what, telling the rude person we were dealing with that we are going to complain???? Didn't know that was illegal. In any case we've already lodged our complaint with corporate for whatever that is worth. The real kicker is when we got home we found they never did get the order right! Low class, rude, nasty people....and those are the managers...wow. Will be following up with my complaint religiously after this incident. We just flew in from Orlando, FL and staying in Chelsey , Mi for an upcoming major surgery. I was so excited to see this Taco Bell and we couldn't wait to go in and have tacos. The dining area around 2:30 pm was disaster! Every single table was dirty and we wiped our own table. As I looked around the floors looked like they hadn't been mopped and dirt food remnants all around the entire area. I was shocked that Taco Bell can't check the dining area after Lunch and do some cleaning. This excuse of not cleaning due to covid or lack of employees unacceptable. There was plenty people behind counter working and "chatting" as we were the only guest inside! I love Taco Bell. Yet seeing the dining room was a disgusting mess. If you are reading this - Owner! You need to seriously go to your store and surprise your working staff ! There's no excuse for leaving such filth in the dining room. It ruined my meal. Looking around and seeing all the dirt. By the way , your automated dine in orders so not welcome. We were told to use the machine to order - except I was paying cash! And they were not happy about it. The person that helped us who came in from the back was very cordial. I wanted to tell her to look around this place. Disappointed is an understatement. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. This location is just awful but it's the only Taco Bell near us. Where do I start? Every single time we've been there they have gotten our order wrong. There have been missing items, including entire boxes/meals, as well as incorrect proteins (beef instead of chicken, etc.). The last time I was there, I ordered off of the app. When I got there (and I got a notification that my order was ready to be picked up) I was informed that my order couldn't be made because they were out of beef, chicken, and steak. When I expressed I would no longer like the order (which they hadn't made yet) they told me they couldn't give me a refund because the manager's refund code "wouldn't work". I know it is just fast food and it is my own fault for going to this location time and time again when all they do is get the orders wrong but come on! I'm honestly surprised they haven't been shut down yet. I've learned my lesson and will never be back. read more

The slowest restaurant in the state at least. It is faster to drive to the taco bell 10mins down the road and drive back than wait at this one for service. And dont even try to order KFC after 3pm. When it's finally your turn to order they tell you their drink machine is down and so you won't get a drink unless you pay extra for bottled water despite already paying for a drink with your meal. And when your meal comes it will be poorly made, at best. Also despite a line of cars waiting for service, there will almost always be 2-3 people outside smoking instead of working. Terrible location, hope another franchise buys them out soon. read more

What an experience. I went there and ordered some Taco Bell, and my order was butchered. The box I ordered came not in a box, but in a plastic KFC bag shoved in my face by the employee. I asked for no tomatoes on anything, and two of my three items had tomatoes. My chair was so wobbly I was sliding around in my seat as I ate. It was very claustrophobic. When I went to take off my jacket, my arm crashed into the neon sign dangling next to my table. Drive through was not moving, so went inside to order. There were about 10 people waiting for order pickup when I got inside. Ended up waiting 25 minutes for a small order, then when I got home, I found they forgot the black beans, ridiculous! This is a perfect restaurant if you're not in a hurry. Thankfully, I was the first person to place an order during the lunch "rush" that included all of about 7 people (3 of whom gave up and left) - otherwise I may have starved to death and decomposed right in lobby. Like sailors marooned on an island- I heard talk from other customers about the casting of lots to determine who might be the first to be killed and eaten so the rest might live. This Taco Bell had successfully driven them to forget civilizations code. With great relief I received my food in a reasonable 15 minutes after sipping on a Mountain Dew from a soda machine I suspect had its syrup lines switched with the Zep Chemicals from the kitchen. Had I not starved to death, succumbed to game-of-chance-survival-cannibalism, or chemical overdose from the cleaning products in my soda...I most certainly would've frozen to death because just like adequate staffing isn't a concern of management, neither is the heating of this restaurant. This Taco Bell-KFC combo should be avoided by all means possible. I am almost certain their profits are used to support ISIS. My obese friend could not even finish his burrito as the sour cream proportions were all out of wack and near critical levels. The line workers thought it was social hour when they should be paying attention to making orders.
