I've always loved Jet's pizza but haven't had any in the last 6months or so, until today. Ordered 8 corner jet 10 and 8 corner pepperoni. The pepperoni was ok but my favorite jet 10 way too much pizza sauce and was cold in the middle. I requested extra cheese but it hardly had any on it. Please do not spend your hard earned money here. After purchasing two pizzas, I noticed hair in the pizza I was eating. I returned to the store and nicely requested a refund for both. The manager that made the pizza said I I will only refund one made me furious. Long story short I was refunded for the two pizza after the manager threatened to call the cops on me and stating to call corporate because the complaint will come back to him. This store use to be a good place to buy pizza. Now it's a dump that needs new leadership. If you like the Jets brand go to another location. read more

Food: best pizza in town Service: variable -- I use the app to order pizza but had trouble making the app function correctly. I then called the number listed and they answered and I ordered my pizza. When I went to pick it up at the store on Madison Street, it turned out that I had ordered from the store on Fort Campbell Blvd. 20 miles away. So nearly 1 hour later, I got home with lukewarm pizza. If they had merely answered saying "Jet's Pizza Fort Campbell Blvd.", I would have known I had called the wrong number. When I was at the MADISON Street store, someone answered the phone there and then just said"Jet's Pizza" without telling the location. A simple, small change might improve with customer experience. I wonder how often this happens. THEY HAVE A TERRIFIC PRODUCT and most of the workers are pleasant. I cannot fault them for poor service training on answering the phone. It is sad that they still cannot get their app to work properly after at least one year in my experience. read more

Never again. Either the sausage or the pepperoni was bad, but there was some kind of "funky" taste to our pizza. After this bs, we are going back to frozen, less expensive and i can add my own toppings for a fraction of what thud cesspool charges. read more

Got our order wrong. Ordered a large all meat pizza with extra mozzarella Nd pepperoni. Plus add onions and mushrooms. We received a thin crust pizza with mozzarella pepperoni onions and mushrooms only. A $38.00 + pizza was ordered. The pizza we received was cold and cheap. read more

This pizza was dry and burned. Got garlic enchanted crust, couldn't taste any garlic. I had Jets at home in another state and remember it being much better then this. You would of thought getting 4 toppings, their would of been so much toppings it wouldn't of gotten burned. Very little toppling and the sausage was as hard as a brick. Just called to place an order for delivery with my citysaver coupon and after waiting what seemed like forever I told the girl on the phone that I had a coupon and she said delivery is an hour to an hour and a half wait. I told her that was fine, and immediately put me on hold. After another wait on hold the general manager came on the phone telling me they don't have any delivery drivers available and they can't accept city saver coupons anymore because the door dash drivers that they have to use don't bring them back. And then she hung up on me!!!! No apologies, or "goodbye". Just hung up. This customer service is horrible. Dont tell me how long delivery is and take my coupon and then send me to the general manager to tell me u don't have any drivers. Waited 2 hours for a pizza that I ordered from Jetts. Beware we used their website to order, but they use doordash for their delivery. Called twice and was hung up on twice. First time the lady said my pizza was delivered and straight hung up on me. The second time the man was nice and helpful (even admitted they have had problems with doordash). When I questioned if I was getting a pizza that was sitting for an hour before it was picked up I was hung up on again. Spoiler alert; the pizza arrived cold and nasty. Jets pizza-Clarksville customer service sucks!!! Placed an order online. Was told it would be ready in 25 minutes. Showed up in 35 minutes and was told it would be another 25 minutes! Cancelled order and was told I wouldn't get refund for 3-5 business days. Spoke to manager and he suggested we don't place orders online!!!! Update: the owner of this Jet's Pizza location reached out to me and apologized. I felt he was very sincere. He gave me a credit but His apology meant more to me. This is not good pizza. It's like eating a bad frozen pizza, only more expensive. The pizza I ordered was round...they cut it into a bunch of tiny (like 2 inch long) square pieces. Made it hard to eat a normal sized slice. Toppings are sparse. I would not order from here again, I would rather make my own pizza. They deliver so that's why they got two stars. read more

NEW FAVORITE PIZZA PLACE IN CLARKSVILLE!!! This place is so yummy. Ordered two mini pizza. One for me that was thin crust pepperoni and one that was deep dish supreme for the hubs. The pizza in the past was brilliant, but last time I ordered the place seemed to be slipping. Besides being chronically understaffed, there seems to be a push to avoid making non-specialized pizzas. I told the clerk what I wanted and he seemed to have concluded that it was one of their specialty pizzas.
