I was told by the person who answered the phone that my order was canceled because the drivers don't want to drive that far. It's is only a 12 minute drive to my location. There was no communication that my order was canceled. They couldn't let me know my order was canceled but they could charge my card. Offering delivery service then cancelling an order because your drivers don't want to drive is one of the most unprofessional things I've heard from a pizza place.

That's why this experience was especially frustrating. Today, I ordered two pizzas and was really looking forward to their cheese dip with the little dippers. When we received our order, the cheese dip was missing. Mistakes happen, so I called to let them know and see how it could be resolved. I had paid $7 (plus tax and tip) for that item. The first response I received was that the manager said "sorry" and that they would make sure it didn't happen again. While I appreciate the apology, that doesn't fix the fact that I paid for something I didn't receive. When I asked if I could at least receive a credit for next time, I was told no -- they could only credit the cheese itself, valued at $2, because of store policy. It's disappointing to learn that when a mistake is made, the policy is not to fully make it right. After being a customer for three decades, this experience has unfortunately changed my perspective
