For the second time, my crust was not delivered as ordered. I paid a premium to order off of Uber eats and Uber did a great job. Jets provided its customer an unacceptable product. The managers answer was "a custom crust is a free option". No it's not free when you order something specifically. At that time the crust holds the value of the whole pizza. The employee and manager were however nice. It is disheartening that this is the second time it has happened. Very poor attention to detail. read more

Has always been a favorite until lately. They have cut back on the sauce which was the best part of their Pizza. The takeout service is not great, they forget you're sitting waiting and stick your pizza in a warming oven until you let them know... again...that you are there. A month ago I was threatened with violence by an employee of Jet's Pizza. I made a posting on their corporate Facebook page about the incident. The next day, my contact information was requested, and I provided. A day later I was informed that a customer service representative would contact me shortly (this was right around the time of MLK holiday so I decided to give it a full week +). 11 days later I still had not heard anything. When I inquired the reply I got was: "Jet's Pizza 1/27, 8:45am Jet's Pizza Adam, I am so sorry to hear that. I will personally talk to our customer service manager and make sure that your case is brought to her attention." Well we are now at February 6, 2014, just under a month from when the incident occurred. I must say that I am thoroughly disappointed in the response of your company. While I wouldn't agree with it, I could understand blowing off a customer who had an undercooked, or poor experience. But when a customer is threatened with physical violence by an employee that represents you as a company? I would have thought one would be jumping through hoops to make sure that customer was satisfied, especially after you promised to address the issue. You disgust me Jet's. read more

Wow... I don't know what to say... I read all these awesome reviews about this place and couldn't wait to bite into there pizza.... WELL...... To begin with, I did NOT know that it's carry out ONLY!! I order a deep dish pizza... I HAVE NEVER HAD SUCH A BLAND AND GREASY PIZZA IN MY LIFE!!! the sad part is, that since it's CARRY OUT ONLY, I didn't realize that it was suck a piece of crap til I got home.... I open the box and the 1st thing I notice is a puddle of grease in the box... Yes people, I said a puddle of grease!!! Then i taste it... It was like chewing on soggy pizza bread out of the frozen food aisle!! Just to make it ALMOST edible, I had to salt it, add cheese to it and then it was still just mediocre!!! I read reviews on other sites about how wonderful this pizza is. So we went there today. First, we did not realize it was take out only. Nevertheless we ordered since we assumed it would be awesome. The place where you wait did appear to be clean inside. The girl that took the order was very friendly and cheerful so that was nice. When we took the pizza home we found it to be bland. I needed to salt it and added some fresh parm. My boyfriend's half was Hawaiian and mine was veggie. His side was very greasy. He also said he didn't feel full afterwards. I just felt guilty for eating deep dish. There was nothing special about the pizza. It wasn't bad but certainly not worth $16. We will not be back. Many better options. read more

Freaking LOVE this place! They're FAST and the pizza is AMAZING no matter what you get. The deep dish rectangle ones are my favorite, featuring just enough cheese, a soft crust so easy to bite into but crisp enough to feel. Not swimming in sauce, and warm enough to be hot, but won't burn your tongue. They warm well in microwave too, not turning gummy on you. I've truly never had a more perfect pie. Super polite on the phone, always a smile on their faces and never have they messed up the order, even when we were super picky and creating half pizzas. We're normally Johnny's pizza people, but the discovery of this place has made me order-in more than once, especially on those "damn I don't wanna go anywhere" days. We had jets for dinner tonight. Initially I placed our order for delivery online and after I had paid it said it would take an hour. I was pretty irritated because there was no warning it would take that long till after I paid for it. Normally when I want pizza I'm not very patient and want it right then. But I just called and said we would pick up instead my hubby was back in less than 20 minutes. They easily refunded us the 3 dollar delivery fee. We ordered a large deep dish half Hawaiian, half pepperoni and sausage. It was seriously delicious. The Hawaiian was better than the other side but I really like Hawaiian. The other side with sausage and pepperoni was still quite yummy though. The Hawaiian had small bits of bacon on it and added a delicious salty element to the pizza. We will definitely be back. They are delivery and take out only which doesn't bother me when it comes to pizza. If you want to sit down for pizza go across the street. read more

I haven't a complaint for this place. I have dealt with some crappy pizza places in my time and I would definitely have to say nothing but good things about this Jet's Pizza location. I have yet to try another location of Jet's but every order is knocked out of the park. I usually order online but my phone orders (Amazon Local promotions) have gone off without a hitch. I do see this place tend to get busy from time to time so maybe that will attest to how good the pizza is. I must admit I don't order fancy pizzas but their crusts (Turbo and Parmesan) make up for whatever ingredients I am lacking. The crusts are so buttery, toasted to perfection and delicious. I prefer just simple pepperoni or cheese but I ask for extra shredded Parmesan which they appropriately accommodate. I have to give this place five stars on the account that I can't find a complaint other than greasiness. Show me an ungreasy pizza and I can tell you it's probably not all that tasty! Can't believe it took me so long to try Jet's. My boss generously got one for lunch at the office and I was impressed. We ended up ordering it again for family dinner on Saturday. Got the Party Tray. It fed 6 adults with leftovers to spare. We get the deep dish with the garlic crust. Price is reasonable for the portions and quality. We also got it on Uber Eats really quick. Wings are also delicious. Dinged one star for the salads. They're not so stellar, but it won't keep me from eating there. read more

Atlanta isn't a pizza mecca, but if you remember how good Pizza Hut's pan pizza used to be, this comes close. We get the biggest pan they sell and it doesn't last long. I'm not a fan of flat, greasy New York pizza like Pie In The Sky so we always go here. It would be nice if you could dine in, but then you might have long lines of people waiting to get in. Until recently Jet's Pizza on Jiles was our absolute favorite in this area, and we ordered almost every week. We could reorder online using our prior purchases and depend on getting a very tasty quality pizza in just 20-minutes for a reasonable price. For whatever reason Jet's corporate elected to change the online ordering process a couple weeks ago and, not only lost all repeat customer data/preferences, but the ability to easily design a new selection. The new system is totally useless for ordering. After spending 35-minutes, two online attempts and two phone calls later I was finally able to get something ordered. It was not very good and my wife swore we will never go through this exercise again. Goodbye Jet's, wish you luck in rebuilding your customer loyalty again. read more

This is my go-to pizza spot. When I'm looking for something, it's the Jet's 10 Deep dish with sesame crust. While their round pies are good, I like their deep dish better. The pizza's are always delivered on time and still hot. I've rarely had a problem with them and even when I did, they fixed it right away. Good food and good service. read more

We've been ordering from these folks for about a year now since we moved into Kennesaw. Usually we get our stuff delivered but yesterday I decided to pick up because I was going right by to go to Kroger. Those folks in there are polite, professional and the atmosphere in there was extremely pleasant. Got the pizza and boneless wings home in time for the Falcons game and it was delicious as always. Falcons lost like the bums they are but Jets always provides a great experience. This is by far our favorite go to for pizza, wings and bread. We have loved Jet's Pizza since they opened up in Kennesaw. We ordered pizza and salad yesterday evening with much disappointment. Much of the salad was brown. We did not desire day or two old salad. The Pizza here has always been very good but this time it was doughy in the middle with no crunch. I had half a piece as did my wife before it went into the garbage where it belongs. Management here should be embarrassed to deliver this uneatable crap to someone's house. Total waste of $30. read more

Great pizza bad customer service. Called in for delivery I was told 20 mins, after 45 mins I called back to ask on the status of the delivery after 10 mins of the girls trying to figure out what to do she then tells me I think it's on they way, called back 15 mins later to ask again where my pizza was and they tell me whomever took the order rang it up as carry out instead of delivery, she said it will be 35 mins to deliver it. Why it was so hard to tell me that the first time I called, no clue, they really need to step up their customer service skills! read more
