We didn't feel like cooking so we went out for a quick bite. Just wings and pizza. The wings are perfectly seasoned and fried delivered to the table nice and hot and crispy. Honestly one of the best wings I've had anywhere. Very meaty flats. Yummy! The pizza is also delivered hot and melty. Lots of cheese. This pizza was clearly premade as pepperoni, then they tossed the rest of the toppings on afterward. The vegetables and ham were raw and clearly never went into the oven. Nothing was cooked properly. It seemed forever until Zucca's finally opened but was well worth the wait! The luncheon menu is great! Good choices and prices! My personal favorite is the hamburger plate! It's a full half-pound Burger that is soooo delicious with choice of side. The servers are really nice and they don't forget ya! The surroundings are very clean and nicely laid out. My family says their pizza the best! Great variety and delicious. Usually take one to go. Monday is Wings Specials Day and Wednesday night is Game Night which is a lot of fun with some good prizes. read more

Tikka is the best there as far as bartender/server! Their pizza reminds me of the Zucca in Smyrna back in the day. It's great! Their chicken parm is awesome and so is the calzone. This place is pretty bad, called in a half pepperoni half cheese pizza. Covered in grease but no big deal right? Well when you lift up a slice the cheese literally slides off, bread wasn't cooked. So we brought it back got a new one that was better cooked but it the sauce tasted watery on this one and still was not properly cooked in the middle. read more

Love this spot! I'm so happy this went in as a smoke free restaurant. Only bummer is you can't sit next to the separation door or you will smell the smoke on the other side, but just don't sit there. While Ralph's has been a staple in the area for years and has decent bar style food, the addition of Ralph's Zucca Pizza has been a welcome addition...what they lack in smoke, they make up for in tasty Italian fare! We have dined here twice, one dine-in and our most recent via takeout. We really have not had a bad thing from this spot with a few favorites being the Calzones, Stromboli, Baked Ziti and Lasagna. Favorite Calzone is easily the Pollo Verde Calzone, which has grilled chicken, artichoke, spinach, ricotta and mozzarella! My only grips is the ricotta builds up at the fold sometimes and is not fully distributed throughout, but it is still absolutely delish...and comes with enough marinara on the side to drown a small animal. While I have not had it personally, I have heard the Chicken Parm dishes (sandwich, roll, plate) are quite tasty as well! Other than the food being good, the prices are great! Where else can you find a full size, well stuffed Calzone with fresh ingredients for only $10! Our recent takeout order had two pastas, a Stromboli and Calzone...all for under $50! I enjoyed the food and the atmosphere, but was completely unhappy with the service by two individuals, the owner and one of the servers. We complained about a service back about 2 months ago because we asked for assistance and we essentially were ignored after waiting quite some time. Then, we came back a couple days ago and we were minding our own business and was told by the owner that you are no longer allowed back in here. This is because of the one incident held 2 months ago. My girlfriend was also confronted by the server a few weeks later and was told off by the server. Very unappreciated. I was excited to see a new pizza place, but I was so underwhelmed by Ralph's Zucca Pizza. There are so many rave reviews with one review that had 4-stars but a bad written review, so I decided to give this place a shot. I originally saw a sign up for "Zucca Pizza" and it's my fault that I completely missed the fact that it had Ralph in front of it just like the Ralph's Tavern next door. I noticed it once I pulled up to pick up my order and was going to give it the benefit of the doubt (see Ralph's Tavern reviews). I also have to give major props to the guy who made their website because it looks like an upscale pizza place, but it's just a bar setting once you get in. I ordered a Margherita pizza, calamari, mozzarella sticks, and fries and it wasn't cheap. Got home and the pizza was cold and the sides looked like they were fresh from the freezer. I was really excited for the pizza since I love NY style pizza and especially margherita pizzas like the good looking one on their website. The crust was not crisp at all and the mozzarella wasn't melted (see photo). You can see the photos of the other items ordered and judge for yourself for the rest because I feel bad doing a bad review for a "new" place during these times. I wish the food wasn't just tavern food and the pizza was actual NY style pizza. I was craving pizza and wanted to trying something different then the places I normally go to. I came across this place, the reviews were good, so why not. It was Thursday night, they are next to a bar but also have a bar as well. I was able to order a few drinks with my friend while we waited for the food. The crowd was light so it was a good time to have a conversation and catch the game. The bartender was very nice, and the drinks were good. I ordered the Margharita pizza with pepperoni added and the pizza was actually pretty good, not the best but definitely worth a try. My friend had the lasagna and they were also happy. We also got one of the specials the Caramelized onion dip with the tavern chips and it was delicious. The tavern chips were so crispy and the dip was amazing with the chips (had to save some to take home for later ) . Server was super nice and friendly and very attentive ( really wish I could shoutout her name but it just said pm bar) . We attempted to dine here for the first time, but upon being seated, the server informed us that no dogs are allowed. OK, if it were a large dog, I would understand, but it was a puppy of a tiny breed (Italian greyhound). The garlic knots were swimming in butter and garlic, and they were delicious. The waitress was very kind. The restaurant had a cool vibe to it, and it makes me want to come back on trivia night! As a nearby resident, we have been anxiously awaiting the opening of Ralph's sister venue and pizza place. We really enjoyed the food and ambiance of Ralph's (just next door) but the smoky atmosphere is a little much for me. That all being said, we finally made our way over to the swankier Zucca pizza next door. Looks chic but relatable, I couldn't help but smile when I walked in. Then our lovely server handed me the wine list and I was full on grinning. Great selection and pretty reasonable pricing! I got a glass of my favorite Pinot noir Meoimi and my husband enjoyed Tropicalia on tap. Both of these standards combined with all of the TVs and the smoke free environment allowed us to declare we'd be back before even trying the food. We had high hopes on the food since next door was so good, and Zucca did not disappoint! We shared some garlic knots which were yummy. My husband ordered a stromboli which looked incredible (pretty big portion) but he finished it before I even got a bite. I was torn on what to order and ended up getting an appetizer, the "meatballs and mozzarella" as my meal with a side of crinkle fries. The meatballs were amazing. I am very particular about meatballs but these were so flavorful and tender. I loved the hot melty cheese, but the cool ricotta wasn't my favorite. I'll admit I'm not a ricotta person, but neither is my husband and he admitted he didn't even taste it when he finished off my plate. Everything was very tasty and satisfying. I've been here twice and this place hit both times. I'm a stickler for Caesar salads and yes if the salad is great then I usually know the entrees are gonna be outstanding and they were. We went there last Saturday night. It is a weird concept. There is a main door and then two more doors, one for a bar, and one for another bar that serves food. I liked the way the pizza place side looked when we walked in. Sadly, no one greeted us. There was a sign by the hostess stand that said seat yourself but I guess I was too close to it to notice. Another customer eventually pointed it out. We sat down and several minutes later the bartender came by and offered menus. It was a much slower response than I would expect. The service was pretty good from that point on. We ordered a large pepperoni pizza, a large salad, and cheese sticks. The sticks were good. The salad was ok but a lot of the lettuce was brown. The pizza was huge but it wasn't good. It was very greasy and the bottom was burnt. I honestly think big chain delivery pizza would have been better. I think the place has potential as a bar but not so much as a restaurant. They had a lot of TVs and a good sound system. One other thing that bothered me was the food runner leaned across the table to pick up some dishes while he was talking. His breath smelled like smoke so bad it was as if he was still smoking.
