Very good pizza. Typical jets. As far as the customer service it is "okay". They will not greet you when you walk in or smile a lot but they will take your order and get your pizza out to you as fast as they can. As of today 3.19.19 this location is closed for renovations. Anyone that knows me, knows that this is the only pizza I eat. I never write reviews but today was the day. I understand busy/peak times, but being left on hold for over 5 minutes is one thing, but after I place my delivery order, I give him my card for payment, he says, 'be there in about 45 minutes *click* and they slam the phone down?? Friday night. Exhausted from a long work week. Decide to order pizza for my hungry, tired family. Jet's costs more than many, but ok with it. Order at 5:45.pm. Order is not delivered until almost 7:30pm. The pizza is cold, hard and gross. Driver apologizes because they are "short-handed". Not my problem. I've been coming here for years, though only a few times per year. Every time it has been consistent with quality pizza and timeliness.

Being a traveling musician I spend a lot of time consuming less than healthy items on the road. Pizza might be my biggest weakness, and Jet's quality in no way let me down. Delivery was quick and the temperature piping hot. As a fan of deep dish I'd also say that this buttery, crispy, cheesy, square of heaven was worth every cent. read more

Called an order in a day ahead of time, nothing huge, just two large pizzas. They called 30 minutes prior to the time it was supposed to be delivered and said they would be an hour late. When I responded(obviously and rightfully) upset they told me they could deliver the order this time but would be banned from subsequent orders. If you want the worst possible hoagie , come here. Disgusting, not even on true Italian bread, was store bought cheap tasteless rolls. Gross lunchmeat sliced too think. Hope you aren't thinking about ordering online! I placed my order for one large pepperoni pizza with a salad online and waited the 20 minutes suggested time to go pick it up. When I arrived, the manager said he "just received the order" and asked when I had sent it.. I showed him the receipt on my phone and he acted like a complete dick. I would think he would be a little nicer and offer me a discount or SOMETHING. Instead he acted like it was my fault, asked for my money and said, "well it's gonna be another 20 minutes!" UGH fine.. Just ordered pizza online, paid with my card and got an email confirmation with receipt. Go to pick up the pizza 25 min later. Richard claims the order just came through and payment did not come through, and we have to pay again. WHAT?!?! I can see the charge in my account, he told me I was wrong, and it didn't matter cause he didn't get the payment. We order here a lot cause we work just across the street. NO MORE... We've ordered from this store for seven years. Drivers are great, food is good enough. But, usually when the MSU students arrive, phone service is horrible. Tonight, I called five times and could hear someone on the other end before being disconnected. The last time, after saying I heard the employee laughing, I was told "F" you and hung up on. Every time my brother invites the family over for dinner its Jet's. Best pizza in the Lansing Area by far! We always get the Jet's 10 with cajun crust and a BBQ chicken with cheese bread. The bread is so good that it's never made it back to his house without a piece or two getting stolen by his soon to be wife. read more

I was not satisfied at all. Normally I have no problem ordering online, but this time my order apparently never went through even though I received a conformation email and got charged for the pizza. When 2 hours went by and still no pizza, I called and by then they were closed. The kid working explained that sometimes the online doesn't work, and to call back to talk to the manager the next day. Which I did. He was too busy to talk and had to call me back later he said. He left a voice mail saying the the charge should be reversed now. I never even got an apology or a coupon or anything.
