I've never eaten at Jets before this time the food was very good I had the steak and cheese boat it was hot and fresh I enjoyed it . I also ordered a salad and I'm usually not happy with people salads and I said I was done ordering to go salads but I still ordered I ordered a Greek Salad and the guys working there really know how to make a salad I was please it was fresh and I will definitely go back! We rarely order out but Jets sounded so awesome today! And what an awesome choice it was from the minute my husband went in to order our pizza until the time it was done the gentleman that helped him could not have been better......it was like they were going out of their way but it was actually just how good their service is. Hit & miss! Ordered on Thursday night and it was the best Mexican pizza in the world, I don't think you could of got a better pizza anywhere. Today following Monday, terrible, well not terrible but nowhere near as good as last weeks, I was really let down. My boyfriend ordered a pizza after getting off work and when he went to pick it up and the girl behind the counter chastised him saying 'I know you order here a lot but one if these days you're going to miss the cut off'. He felt she was being very passive aggressive and that he needed to defend himself by tell her he just got off work. Every store and restaurant either of us has ever worked at, or heard of before, keeps taking orders until close. If your hours are 10-10, you take orders from 10-10 not 10-930. If you are open you take orders otherwise change your hours and quit being rude to people giving you money. read more

This place has really gone down hill. The last three pizzas I've gotten from here have been terrible. I think that they went to subgrade ingredients to save money. Not sure. I am extremely upset and frustrated. I order from this Jet's location ALL the time and I always order the same thing. I have always had a pleasant experience up until today. I placed an order for delivery a hour ago at 9:44PM and was given an ETA of 45 minutes. It is now 10:54PM and I still have yet to receive my pizza. I called Jet's to see where my order was and was told it had already been delivered!!! My blood is BOILING. I told them I had not received anything...so they said they will remake my pizza and resend the driver. I, then, stated if they were resending the SAME driver who claimed to have delivered my pizza the first time, that would defeat the whole purpose. Whomever I was speaking with said "Ok, we'll send a different driver" ...then hung up. Did not even bother to apologize for the inconvenience. I've been waiting for this pizza for now going on TWO HOURS!! I'm going to be SUPER pissed if it's cold read more

We tried to give this place one last time. I am so disappointed. How wrong can you get pizza, salad and bread sticks.

I've seen that they sell slices all day long and decided to grab a couple today for a late lunch. 2 slices and a 20oz drink for $5. Couldn't beat it. Got home a dug in. Every bite had a slight toasty crunch to it you could just hear every single time you chewed. Absolutely the best crust of any pizza place around. Not to hard, not to soft, just perfect. The crunch of a pizza crust is kind of the same signature sign of a great hot dog, it's gotta have that SNAP. Pizza crust has to have that CRUNCH and Jets has that crunch. The flavor of the pizza is always amazing at Jets, today included. I'm personally not a huge fan of pepperoni because of how greasy it usually is, but you don't have to worry about that at Jets. The pepperoni isnt very greasy as all. It's minimal at best. I don't know what kind of pepperoni they use but it's a great choice. It's not too spicey and it's got just the right amount of seasoning added for taste. Usually the pizza is great by itself and you don't have to add any dipping sauces or extra flavors but today I added on some of their Jets parmesan cheese and it punched up the flavor. Every time I went there or had a pizza delivered I was disappointed. Overpriced, not many toppings, looks nothing like the ads on television. Maybe two pieces of pepperoni and the pictures show four or five per slice! Tastes OK. Complained to corporate, they wanted me to give name, address and date it happened. I placed a delivery order and they over charged me- the "owner" Brian gets on the phone and was extremely rude and told me he don't have time for this so he's giving me a $6 credit. I told him i don't want a credit I want the money back he overcharged me, he said he can only give me $4 back then and hung up on me. He was very rude, and this isn't the first time they messed up my order and overcharged me. I wouldn't recommend this jets pizza to no one unless you want to be ripped off and spoke to like crap. Would have been nice if they told you when you call place your order that there credit card machine is down. Had to goto atm. When I came back with cash the manager couldn't find the slip so I said this is my second trip back. She did round down .She could care less. Nothing like cold pizza. Pizza should have been free.
