Ordered 3 large pizzas, 2 cheese breads and boneless wings(chicken nuggets) for my mother's birthday on November 30th. We were NOT HAPPY with one of the pizzas. Everyone did not like it and it was just a simple pepperoni and bacon pizza! I've been coming here since 2016, I've not been surprised with the staff coming and going but as of recent I had the best service and food from the young lady manager who was working there, the one with piercings and tattoos, since she has left, this place has severely worsened, this is your worst month to go back to Marcos and buy pizza now that she's gone. Ordered a pizza and bread on 1/19/26 for the total of $19.72 (email confirmation with payment says this total and debit confirmation says pending 19.72). All goes well I get my food and eat, then I check my statement the next day and it's $23.27. It looks like the driver gave themselves a 3.55 tip after the fact. This is out of line. read more

Apparently, Marco's no longer employs its own delivery drivers. I ordered dinner last night for my husband and I. Now that Marco's uses DoorDash drivers, the service is horrible. My driver barely spoke any English, and he got lost trying to find my address. I had to go outside and look for him myself! Then, the driver did not want to give me my pizza! He said that DoorDash assigned him another customer without paying him for my tip. I nearly ended up calling the Riverview police on him! Because of what happened, we ended up eating a COLD pizza Instead of being hot out of the oven. I am wondering if any pizzerias still employ their own drivers. I would not pay $7 for this burnt sub. If it were a restaurant I would've sent it back but it's carry out and you don't realize it's burnt until you're already home. Not worth going back to fix it. The pizza was good but the burnt sub really was a bummer. read more

Well I just had my first pizza from Marco's. It was very good. We ordered a special and a cheese pepperoni. The special was very good. The sauce was slightly spicy which was good. It was also plentiful it had lots of sauce especially near the crust. The Italian sausage was good but way too big. Like small golf balls. I think it would have been better if they were quartered. Then they could have been spread out more. They cheese pepperoni pizza was good also nothing over the top but good. We had an order of cheese bread too. Very good. The guys working were very nice and really helped when my wife called with a coupon issue while trying to use the app online. Absolutely horrible service. Put in an order at 4:57 PM on 10/31/24. Called for a status on my order at 7:00 PM. They pushed the blame on the door dasher. I did not go through door dash. I ordered directly from Marcos Pizza on Fort street in Riverview, MI. I live in Riverview, MI. My order shows up well after 7:00 PM and it was incorrect. The managers on duty were Steve and Katie. The first time I encountered Marco's was in the Ann Arbor area about 15 years ago. Great pizza. I was happy when this one opened up a mile from my house. It became my go to pizza for a while but the quality has been slipping. It is still an ok pizza but there is better to be had. I hope they address quality issues soon. read more

I really have nothing bad to say about it, it's your average chain store pizza place. everything about it was average. if you like heavy sauce you will have to tell them as the sauce was a little on the light side. the cheezy sticks tho are a different story, they are the best anyone has ever had, very fresh, airy and doughy, five stars. so if you want a average, super fast pizza, this is the place. Ordered online and the process was seamless right down to paying. Listing a few specials was helpful. Delivery was quick and on time to their online prediction and the person was clean and very polite (very important to me). The pizza was HOT, fresh, and very flavorful. I'm not a fan of the fluffy chewless crust. It's just to light with no denisty (think of Krispie Creme of crust). The other draw back is as a first time customer they should have given me a menu and coupons so a bit disappointed there. Although we rarely order pizza delivery, we ordered from Marcos last night and pizza was a real treat. Online ordering allowed me to read menu and get a coupon. I was hesitant to do so, but they promptly acknowledged my order via email and said would be delivered in 30 minutes. Other places have promised same in past and an hour later we still waited. Not Marcos!! A hot delicious meaty pizza was delivered by friendly driver before said time! First I want to say that we wouldn't try a place twice if the pizza wasn't good or delivery/service sub-par. Well we will order from Marcos again! We ordered their meat special and the bacon was the crispest, most flavorful and was generous in portion size. YUM!! Crust was done perfectly and not soggy. This is by far our favorite carry out pizza around. Make sure you add the garlic crust. I love when they make the pizza thick. You just have to ask them to use a large dough for a medium or the extra large dough for a large. It makes the pizza even better. I love the Hawaiian pizza but be careful with the chicken on it. It can be very dried out. I always substitute it for a different topping. It is worth the cost and they always have coupons and specials. Highly recommended. read more
