I was hesitant to order from here because I'm a thin crust girly and hardly ever order deep dish. However, I am happy that I did! The pizza was delicious, even the left overs were tasty! I ordered a 4 Corner Pizza with Pepperoni & Jalapeño & accompanied it with an order of wings. I wouldn't say the wings were the best out there, but definitely better than a lot of pizza joints. I ordered online & the order was ready at the allotted time. Staff was also very pleasant. It definitely won't be my last time! read more

First time trying a Jets deep dish pizza and was pleasantly surprised. Although inline with others "deep dish" styles such as Pizza Hut or Blackjack, I found the sauce more flavorful and cheese to be of a higher quality. The 8 corner that we ordered was considerably more expensive ($28) than others, it seemed somewhat worth it for the overall taste profile and add-ons for the crust. read more

This was my first time ordering from Jets and I ordered a Gluten Free pepperoni and mushroom. The pizza seemed per-made, the mushrooms were cold and the cheese was not melted. The flavor of the sauce and crust was good. I'll try it one more time but order in the store and not via text to make certain it's fresh and hot. read more

Put an order in over the phone because the text service wasn't working. Placed our order of a hand tossed pepperoni pizza and a salad. Estimated time was 30-1hr. It had been 1 hr. And 20 minutes and I always am understanding for longer wait times. Once it was 1hr. 30 minutes we called and our order had been voided. I was super understanding and was told our order could be put in and that was at 8:20pm. Fair we can wait. The order came by 9:00 which was great about two hours later than expected and it was incorrect. We had ordered a had tossed and got a deep dish. Frustrating. read more

I was craving pizza and when my friend said give this place a try Jet's did not disappoint. Real Deal Detroit style pan pizza, my only criticism or personal preference would be to have more red sauce dropped over the top. We tried 3 specialty pizzas that night, the Eugene Supreme, Buffalo Chicken Ranch, and the All meat. Everything was great besides my previous comment above. Overall excellent food. I wish I lived closer so I can order carryout again. ENJOY!!! read more

Parking: This location shares a parking lot with surrounding stores, but I have never seen this lot full. Tonight it was almost empty. Easy to find parking. 4 stars. Ambiance: This location is for pickup or delivery only, there is no seating inside. 2.5 stars. Employees: The guys working here were super chill and competent at their job. 5 stars. Pizza: My favorite pizza is a placed called Gioninos in Ohio, but I've ordered Jets pizza 13 times in the past month. It is one of the best franchise pizza places that I know. But, unfortunately I have to stop eating pizza so frequently or I'm going to get chipmunk cheeks. 4.5 stars. read more

Was so excited for the food I forgot to take a 'before picture'. If your ingredients cost $.02 to source then you can throw a business on every street corner (Pizza Hut). Jet's doesn't do that. Their dough is incredible, their cheese might be the best I've had, and their toppings don't cut corners. There's no way they could ever have the same number of stores as Domino's or Pizza Hut because their food is so much better. This is the only Jet's I've tried but it's simply better than any other chain pizza place. The staff are on time, ALL the food is delicious, and they run constant sales on their website. read more

First time, last time. What an absolute mess this operation is. The delivery driver was visibly hopped up on a controlled substance and could barely speak after stumbling to our doorstep, standing there like a scarecrow without ringing the doorbell when she finally made it to the door. We only knew she was here thanks to our Ring camera; otherwise who knows how long she'd have been standing there. When I opened the door and asked her if she was okay after it was clear she was on another planet, she looked like she'd just seen a ghost and almost forgot she was there; she couldn't even put together a complete sentence. Scary. Even more scary, the when I mentioned this to a friend, he knew exactly who I was talking about. Not good, folks. Anyway, I've tried contacting the store owner and corporate to no avail as of this review, but I truly hope this gal gets some help before she hurts herself...or heaven forbid someone else. As for the pizza, well...it's an afterthought at this point but let's just say we won't make that mistake again. read more

The pizza from this place is AWESOME! If you can get it! I was at this location this morning @ 10:20am. Hours of operation indicate they open @ 10am. Door was locked. I waited until 10:30am and still no action. I could peer in the window and see no one. Also, I could see a metal container of sausage topping on the counter. Was it left out over night? Was anyone even in the building? Who cares! You obviously don't and you just lost a sale! Plenty of other options for an early lunch in this area. Bye-Bye! read more

Bunch of real geniuses working at this location. Get my order wrong. When I politely call to let them know, they tell me "we are so busy tonight, would you be ok with a credit?" I say sure. Then I can here the tyrannical manager telling the person I am dealing with that since I ordered online they cannot do it. Then am told if I want me original order THAT I PAID FOR delivered they are gonna charge me extra. I told them I will never order again. You lost a customer who was in a helpful, understanding mood and has ordered hundreds of dollars of food from your business because the 19 year old dictator (the manager) likes to enforce the rules. Good work knuckleheads. read more

Service tastes like sad. Decided to try this place since it is new. Pizza was ok, crust was good. Service makes us not want to go back. Asked if they had garlic knots. She said no, asked for garlic bread. Ordered that and two one topping pizzas. Garlic bread has zero garlic, it's more like cheese bread. They messed up the pizza toppings. Two toppings total and it was wrong. One pepperoni and one pineapple. See the picture. We also asked if they could bring the order outside we were standing in front of the store and the store wasn't even busy. She said yes she would do that. After what seemed to be a long time went in to check on our order and it was just sitting there. It was a non busy time and that was the care of service. Disappointed. read more

I'm not usually one to leave reviews but not too long ago I came to order a pizza with my family including my 14 year old LGBTQ+ daughter, and one of the workers, Braeden upon noticing her pride flag pin, called my daughter a homophobic slur followed by a serious of unkind words and proceeded to spit in our pizza and laugh about it. I am disgusted by this behavior and I hope this gets dealt with and no other customers have to deal with unpleasant interactions with this worker. I am extremely hurt and as someone who has managed in the food industry before I would want to know if one of my workers was behaving this way towards loyal customers. I hope to return and see the issue as resolved. read more

This place had been bookmarked to try for a minute. The counter service is friendly and the menu has some great choices. We went with the pepperoni crowd pleaser option and a lemonade for the little one. This is NY style, through and through, Great sauce and the rib cracks just right. You'll eat more than your share and it will be all good with the world. The one really important point I missed about this place is that it's carry out, there's not a seat to be found. We just routed our guests back to our place. Oops, my bad! read more

Ok, we have been looking for a go-to pizza place in Littleton. Some that we used to visit apparently had a staffing issue and the quality plummeted. BUT JETS! We ordered delivery from Jets about two weeks ago and it was excellent thick pizza! So tonight we had a second experience only it was thin crust this time and I picked it up and made it a custom pizza and...wait for it....wait for it.... IT WAS EXCELLENT. Always order delivery from Jet's, and it's amazing everytime. I'm also a Doordash driver, and the staff is always so kind and funny when I'm picking up my orders and serving other customers. The pizzas are all hot and yummy, and I will definitely recommend getting the 8-corner pizza. It's the fancy type of pizza you'd get at an Italian restaurant, but in a box. For only $20, it really exceeds my expectations read more

Perfect. My husband and I used to drive to the location on S. Broadway. He had the pizza originally in the late eighties in a neighborhood in MI. Each time visited we visited family in MI, we ordered Jet's Pizza. He was thrilled when the first location opened. We were happy to hear that a location opened close by our house! This is my new favorite pizza place. The staff was really friendly and my food was ready quickly. The store was very clean - which I always appreciate. Onto the food, we ordered the spinach and feta Jet's bread (added jalapeños), a Eugene Supreme, and cinnamon sticks. I have zero complaints about anything, it was all amazing! Would recommend. As it is served with two I chose one meatball and one sausage. It is a very large portion so a lot was taken home. Everything was cooked well and I had the homemade spaghetti for my pasta.
