I'll write another 5 Star True Honest Tasty Review Again for Jet's Detroit Style Pizza On Halloween! Jet's Pizza has been in business since 1978 in Detroit then franchising out in the State of Michigan celebrating 45 years last month. They had a special 45% Off Coupon offer that I naturally enjoyed. I have many Photos posted because their dough, sauce, toppings and oven baking is what gives My favorite deep dish Pizza crispy! My opinion and Review: This location has many fast, efficient, polite and dedicated employees rotating from Winter, Spring, Summer & Fall. They always make, bake and sell delicious Pizzas, breads, and salads in a friendly and productive way. In the winter I tip their drivers well for their safe delivery service for My holiday parties till Spring. :-) $$$ They always offer a special flyer coupon in my mailbox, email or personal text message for their pizzas and cheesy bread. I use their online ordering, phone APP or call my order in with a polite staff member who always repeats back my order too. Thanks Taylor! Yum! I haven't had Jets in a while but since I moved out to this area I finally ordered from this one. I used Jets online ordering to pick up my pizza and Jets bread and it was ready quickly (only 20 minutes). The guys working the store were friendly and made my pizza exactly how I liked it and their was SO MANY topping on it without me even requesting extra. It was delicious- so much so I couldnt even wait to eat it before taking a picture lol! Highly recommend this location and I definitely will be back to visit! read more

Sadly one of our favorite pizza places near my hosue shut down and we wanted to buy some pizza. I did not realize we had a Jet's Pizza so close to our home. I decided to give this location a try and I was quite impressed. I uploaded a photo of the deep dish with black olives. I was quite impressed with the ampunt of black olives and my fiance was super happy to have so many. The mushroom and pepper pizza was super delicious. They added quite a lot of toppings as well. The bread was cooked perfectly. They did give me extra ranch as requested for my pizza. Due to the quarantine they did have pickup outside with an interesting line. We pulled up and told them our name and they brought the food out to us. It was super easy and fast. read more

Consistently Awesome. Never had a bad experience here. Pick up or Delivery these guys know what their doing. Is it the cheapest pizza around, No. It is a pie worth putting on the table when you want a solid pizza with crisp corners, melted cheese, a flavorful pizza sauce & just the right amount of items in each bite. The cheese bread is always a house favorite, your choice of ranch or sauce, we usually go with ranch. If your looking for something to add to your order the salads are good & so are the boneless wings. I'm sure for every 5 Jets fans there is someone out there who can't stand them, but this is a solid Metro Detroit chain & would recommend to anyone looking for a good deep dish pizza. Jet's is one of the better pizza places in our area when you need a quick lunch or dinner. We've never had a problem nor have we ever had a bad, cold or old pizza. They're always hot, cheesy and have plenty of the selected toppings. The employees have always been professional whether talking to them on the phone or walking inside to place your order. I especially like the five dollar lunch. You get two generous sized square pizza slices and a bottled soft drink that you can choose from their refrigerator on the way out. It's a filling and popular meal and I've gotten it many times. If you're searching for something different for lunch, this is the place to go. read more

i ordered a lg New Yorker with sausage and onion and well done , a small antipasto salad. The pizza was soggy nowhere near well done. The salad was not fresh also soggy tasting , very disappointed. It will be a while before I order again from this location. read more

Pizza is one of my greatest weaknesses. This day at work, I wanted Jet's Pizza, but I did not want pizza; something was definitely wrong with me. But I do not believe I made a bad choice because it led me to order something that I had not had before. I kept it simple and ordered the Spinach & Feta Bread with pizza sauce for dip. Where has this been all the other times I have ordered pizza? The feta cheese crumbles paired with spinach, then topped onto Jet's Bread may cause one to salivate. "I will neither confirm nor deny" (Mission Impossible) if this caused any salivation. Then to top it all off, the patented Jet's crunch at the end of each bread stick makes the experience all worth it. read more

As many of us know, jets is one of the better options for pizza in the area. I would say that for the price it's the best but that might not be the case for you if you prefer thin crust. The texture, sauce and cheese flavor are all above average while many pizza shops miss the mark on at least one of these areas. I'm leaving five stars for the value, quality/price. If you are in a rush to eat they have two slices and a bottled drink for 5.50 at most locations and if you go during lunch or dinner rush they usually have your slices ready in a couple minutes. As far as this location my only complaint is that one time I waited inside for over thirty minutes for my pizza just to find out it had been made and they forgot to call me up to take it. read more

I recently ordered from Jets at 21/Garfield last week. I was told that my order would be ready in 30 minutes. I came to the store after my order was supposed to be ready. When I made my payment I was told that they were busy and my order was "almost" ready. When i received my receipt it stated that my order was just placed. After it was all said and done, I waited just under 90 minutes for a small pizza and an order of wings. The initial order was never put in and simply telling the truth would have been better. Being strung along like a puppet did not help. read more

This is the closest pizza place to me, therefore it's the one i eat at 1-2 times a week. The pricing at this particular shop is crazy low compared to all others which is a major plus. I usually get a medium one topping for $6.35. Not bad. Everyone that works there couldn't be better, yet my only complaint (which is very minor) is that about half of the times i call to order they make me go through the whole rigamarole of giving my name/number/etc. I eat there twice a week people. Get it together. It's called computers. They should just say, "jeff?" yep. "the usual?" yep. "bye!" later. Other than that A+. Get it from there. read more

Pizza with hardly any cheese, you would think it was measured out. Very disappointed! Almost $ 30 for a pizza, salad, delivery and tip. Defintely not worth it :( read more

Every time I order pizza from this jets they tell me to call the jets on 17 and Garfield, but when I call the jets on 17 and Garfield, they tell me to call this jets location. I'm really confused and really annoyed that they aren't on the same page. I also don't appreciate being told "not to order from this location anymore". Well, I'm definitely never calling them again, so they got their wish. read more

I like this jets pizza location, I order very often and have not been disappointed yet. Delivery is always less the 30 minutes even when they say 45. The pizza, salads, jetzees are always fresh. The order is correct. Once on a busy time they added meat to a veggie but compensated and got us a new pizza and they were very nice about it as well. Pick ups are nice and easy and the staff is friendly. Prices are good I mean, you get what you pay for and if it's over priced than people should stick with hot and ready. Ordering a buffalo chicken now let's see how it turns out. Mmmmmm read more

worst place to go to. the delivery guy was so rude & took forever to deliver. they got my entire order wrong and it wasnt what I wanted. called to see if they could help me out and I got nothing but a $5 credit to my account. Not only does this Jet's location have the best Jet's Pizza, their employees make it a pleasant experience. Special kudos to Sidney (sp?) for delivering to our vehicle. This USED to be my go-to place for pizza, but has been in a steady downward spiral over the past few years since they revamped the menu , not just losing jet boats but in over all quality. Half the time when I open the box it looks like a Tony's frozen pizza that defrosted and all the topping slid off , other times they forgot to put sauce on it. On a Large square pizza does anyone else expect more than 3 slices of mushroom or is it just me? Our LAST order from 21 n Garfield was the saddest , ordered 3 topping pizzas1 end had a few shrooms A pepperoni and sprinkle of sausage the other side had only pepperoni .. and salads are a crap shoot too sometimes antipasto translates to give me half a bowl of lettuce and hold everything else . And with the curb-side crap there are no receipts , unless there was a $10 upcharge for curbside dump off I was severely over charged and no way to prove it since didn't get a receipt to prove it. If I'd been thinking at the time I would have snapped a pic of those sad pizzas. They USED to be good, now a days you're better off getting frozen stuff or hitting Green Lantern , cost more & it'll take longer but at least they take pride in their product .. Ordered a few times. Way too much oil in squares. Over priced! Also they make you have the coupons!! Why offer it if you have to have the coupon. Many places just give the coupon price anyway. Stopped ordering and I go elsewhere read more

I have had Jet's pizza at other locations in Macomb and Detroit. This location makes the best, hands down. I don't know what they do differently, but their pizza taste so much better than the other locations I've had. It's been about 3 months from the last time, it doesn't matter how long, the pizza is still outstanding!! I've been patronizing this location off and on for the last 8 years, they're still the best! 21 and Garfield is the place!! read more
