We are new in town and ordered delivery from Jets. Definitely up there with one of our best jets orders of all time. We ordered a large pepperoni and a small Hawaiian with some cheese bread. We also added some marinara and ranch sauces. Jets has some of the best ranch out there. Everything was as ordered, delivery was on time. Food quality and taste was great! Today was the 3rd pizza we have ordered that was not as good as it's been in the over 20 years ordering pizza at this location. The pizza used to be amazing BUT lately the quality is way down. There are minimal toppings and they have been undercooked. Not the yummy buttery crunch but floppy and undercooked. I don't know what happened here but I will be going to another location from now on. They definitely have many things to work on. read more

The people at the New Baltimore Jets Pizza did an excellent job on our pizza. It the best we've had in a long time from a Jets location. To tell the truth, we stopped going to Jets at other locations because they wouldn't put anything on our pizza's. I can't have cheese so if you have a Jet 10 without stuff on it, it's just pizza dough with I thin layer of sauce. Not worth the $30 we paid for it. We will happily drive the extra miles to go to New Baltimore for our pizza. Job well done! read more

Looking for a place to deliver pizza and this looked like a good bet. Better than the closer pizza place. We ordered the 8 corner pizza using their texting function. 20% off the pizza if you use the texting order method. Pretty cool how it works. We wanted it to be delivered to our campsite at Northpointe Shores RV Resort. The driver found our campsite with a little help. It was delivered in less time than promised by 30 minutes. Delicious Detroit style pizza, a first for us. We have some leftover and will enjoy it for lunch later in the week. read more

I was initially upset when I called to place an order and there was no answer. So I drove there to place the order and found out they were closed, I believe because of spring break and they lacked the staff to handle orders. Pizza ok with occasional misses but wanted to let others know..... the discount with text or ordering online comes with a price (literally). It is cheaper to call to store. Very nice people in New Baltimore store, was a driver there and was having a problem with my GPS during my deliveries. Worked for "Lyft" for 5 yrs and everything was automatically generated in the GPS. I told them I was having a problem and they stood mute.(Management) Employees were helpful and kind. If a Manager would of sat me down and kindly showed me how to correctly manage my GPS I would have a Job still. Probably a 3 min fix to my issue concerning my Job. So I delivered a pizza late due to GPS issues and the customer threaten to beat my ass and wanted me to throw the first punch and his wife said get a real job and she said don't you know how to read so I guess I got fired because my GPS didn't work perfectly. I am so sick of marginal pizza! It seems everyone is selling the same overpriced uninspired product on the East side. Not just Jet's but everywhere! Get a lease, a credit card, and every rube is opening a pizza business. The franchises have taken over pushing soulless corporate product disquised in fake Italian imagery. Rationed pies for the masses! It's gotten so bad that I actually bought a book how to make pizza at home like those old New York Italian bakeries. You know I'm desperate when my fat-ass starts making pizza at home. Clearly Jet's business model is based on the franchise. There are like one million locations in Michigan (hyperbole), all cannibalizing each other for sales. Selling the same product every 5 mile radius. Same old, same old. Like any franchise, Jets strives for consistency, however in actual practice each location has a unique vibe about it with some making better pizzas than others. I found a new Jets location hidden in Marine City that makes a better pizza (3.0 stars), however this location is far away, hidden on a side street, well out of my usual food range. Let me start by telling you that I live in Royal Oak and we have a boatload of fancy pizza places around. We have vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, super crazy wanna be gourmet pizzas and I have also worked out quite a few of these pizza places but, this Jet's Pizza is honestly the best Jet's pizza I've ever had in my life. Yes, I would preferred to have vegan options and all that blah blah blah but I am housesitting and three times this week I have been wondering what types of pizza to order because I know that the Eastside has a lot of great Italian restaurants and Italian pizza. I've been out here many times and I've had some fabulous pizza and Italian dishes but this particular Jets' pizza is really really good. The people that I am housesitting for don't usually go to this particular location because they pick up their pizza. I thought I would go to this location because I wanted my pizza delivered - which is something I never do as I preferred to pick my pizza up - but let me tell you the last three meals I have ordered from this particular Jets' pizza have been freaking Amazing. Not only have they never messed up my order, they have made it so tasty and fabulous that the next time I am on the east side I will make it a point to go to this particular jet's pizza whether it be pick up or delivery because they have been that delicious. Honestly, I am scared that when I go back to my neck of the words I'm not going to be happy with the pizza I usually order LOL. Yes, delivery charges have gone up in the last year due to businesses being unable to stay open for carry outs, sit down eating, and other issues but if you are ordering delivery I would definitely tell you to give this jet's pizza a try. Take this from someone who worked at quite a few fancy pizza places and considers themselves a pizza snob. They are polite when you call them, they get your order pin point perfect online, 10 point perfect on the app, the delivery is fantastic, and the food is great. Also, I'm not a super fan of pizza franchises but this Jets pizza is the best Jets pizza I've ever had in my life. Jeez. These two reviewers are goons... Jets is fine and good ... truth be told, their BBQ Chicken Pizza is one of the best that I've had. The only downside to Jets, I think, is their crust... really dry/chewy/bland. Not a fan. It's not great pizza, but I can name places that aren't as good (Uhm. Passport? Get the hell out. Hungry Howie's? Rather gnaw my elbow.) Not quite as good as the Louie's a bit further down the road, but it's always good to have options. read more

I stopped by 2 times now for a quick lunch special. 2 slices and a pop. Both times I asked before I played if they were fresh. Both times they oh yeah. Both times were absolutely dried out. The first time i took it got in my truck opened the box and threw it in the garbage. The next time the employee put it on the counter and took off before I could say anything. This is my absolute favorite pizza place. All the food is good every time I order. The only thing that gets me is I order the jets boat like every time and it keeps getting smaller. It's my favorite and can't find another place that makes it like jets so I keep going back to jets but this time I was really disappointed when I opened the box up. I've even asked last time I order if they could make a bigger one for me and charge me extra but was not able to. First picture is from earlier this year and second picture is from today. Jets pizza does not (stretch the dough to make it into an extra large.) For one an XL pizza is deep dish only, not round. Square dough: which uses different flour then round dough- Must be prepared by pressing the dough into the pan it will be baked in. This then sets for 2 hours before put the dough can stored inside the cooler. A large is the same way for deep dish pizza. But larges come round as well, unlike extra larges. Round dough: Is prepared with a different flour. Once prepared it is cut into various ounces for each size! They do not stretch the dough- trust me you can tell because it would be very thin-stiff. Once cut it is then rounded and put onto an oiled tray. Round dough is immediately stored in cooler this dough can not sit out or it will over-rise like the square dough. (DEEP-DISH) ***Deep dish pizza is known to be well done, if your complaining they are burnt i suggest you ask to get your food lighter cooked... If you see a tint of brown or even black on the edges that is the pans/ and oil they are backed in. Pizzas in a cast iron pan do the same thing. Jets pizza is cooked at 500 degree oven to satisfy the crunch and get the perfect charcoal savoriness true pizza lovers crave. read more

The last couple of time I've ordered a small deep dish with pepperoni it has been over cooked. The crust tastes a little burnt and the cheese is scabby. Once in a while it's really good but it's over cooked most of the time. I usually go to the Jet's on Harper avenue in Mt. Clemens but this one is way closer. read more

We always order pizza from here versus the one on Gratiot in Chesterfield for many reasons but the main reasons are: #1 They always get our order correct. #2 Our food comes perfectly made and piping hot plus their delivery drivers are very friendly. I love Jet's pizza, it's not the pizza that is bad, it is THIS Jet's. The pizza is consistently bad. Sometimes they pull the pizza's early when they have a rush and you get uncooked pizza, other times there is no sauce to be found on the pizza, other times there is WAY too much sauce on the pizza, but you cannot adjust your ordering one way or another because you never know which way it will be. The pizza is just way below average for Jet's. The ownership/management at this place must be lacking. I have tried and tried again and given them plenty of chances to win my business, but the only thing they are good at is making me not want to go back. Steer clear of this Jet's. read more

I have bought pizza a few times from this establishment and never had a problem...until tonight. I ordered and it took well over an hour to receive my order. When I called to ask why my order had taken so long to be delivered less then 2 miles, I was told that they sent it with another order that was 5 miles in the other direction. I still bought the pizza because my children were hungry and had already waited too long to eat, pizza was warm(not hot) and bread was cold. I still tipped the driver and asked him to tell the owner/manager to call me because I was not happy with the service, I also explained that if I was not contacted I would no longer order from them..... they never called. Second time went to get some slices for lunch and was told slices were fresh. Checked inside the box and they were clearly not . Asked for some fresh slices and was given an attitude by the manager in charge. It was old pizza they were trying to get rid of . But there was pizza takin out 5 minutes earlier. Everytime I order here they are "so busy" they forget to deliver my pizza!! I don't get delivery alot, I usually will get pizza from different places, usually pick up. But will not order delivery from here again. The place is 1 mile away. When I called 1 hour after placing my order, she "forgot" to put my ticket in, another 20 minute wait. Had many friends tell me Jet's is the best. Ordered a round 10-piece pizza on 9/1313. The pieces were fair until we got to the crust. It could NOT be chewed. There were three of us, and we all had a difficult time trying to bite the crust and chew it. It was TERRIBLE. We had two dogs we tried to feed the crusts to, and they knawed on it like rawhide.
