It was ok. The bad; it tries to be nice restaurant, but where we were sat, felt like you had the 'outdoor' seat at Wendy's. I went for my birthday.. don't do that. Pretentious without having a lot to back it up. We were the only people there and the gnocchi was inedible and my salmon was slightly overcooked and rice too salty. I wouldnt go here for a $30 plus a plate, don't think they can cook. Maybe $15-20 because ingredients, but skill is lacking or they had a bad day. Also ,the interior doesn't feel nice. I was embarrassed to bring my party there. Waiter talked too much, no training and big ego. Um.. I'm thankful they brought something other than Sysco to the neighborhood, but they need a new manager to fix these silly issues. Really regretting my reservation. I'll start with this - Ava was an amazing server, and Feast would have only received 2 Stars were it not for Ava. I brought my aunt for brunch (see photos), and right off the bat I was surprised by the horrendous condition of our booth seats, which were NOT in good repair (see photo). Continuing, there were no rolls/bread or breadsticks served with anything. To be fair, we didn't ask for any, so maybe they have bread and/or breadsticks but you have to ask for them? Ava, our server, greeted us at the door with the most amazingly beautiful and kind smile ever. My aunt immediately fell in love with her, which made my appreciation for Ava grow. Ava continued to answer questions, talked with us (without talking for too long), laughed and truly made the experience much better than it would have without her as our server. Because while the ambiance (IMO) is very nice, the food was not. The Seafood Tower for 2 LOOKED amazing, but the Lobster and King Crab Legs were boiled in water with way too much salt and lemon. The oysters were not perfectly cleaned (I understand it's difficult, however) and the mussels were incredibly tiny (I PROMISE I'm not a size queen, but...). The scallop marinated salad wasn't very good at all either. The only things I enjoyed was the boiled shrimp (hard to F up) and the sweet potato garnishment (yup, the garnish tasted better than the seafood). Because my aunt rarely gets out and was so very happy with the food and Ava, I didn't mention how poorly executed I thought the food was. Beyond Ava's innate ability to make my aunt smile, there WERE two good dishes. The Calamari was amazing and the sweet sauce SLAPS! Also, the Caprese salad was delicious, pairing nicely with the dressing and arugula. I doubt that I would give this restaurant another try due to the high prices, which WOULD BE worth it if the food was prepared better, but to not knock it out of the park and to pay premium prices? Sorry, no. I hope this place values Ava's role, because without her even knowing she turned a potential horrendous experience into a pretty good one, by caring about her guests, being present and showcasing a level of affability that most servers fail to ever achieve. So glad we ventured here for something new and an excellent dinner to celebrate my husband's birthday. Love the ambiance, the bar area is beautiful. Since my husband is in the Salt waster fish hobby, he really enjoyed the gigantic fish tank. Our meals were excellent. Try the spinach salad, the dressing is heavenly! For dinner my husband had the surf and turf (MKP $85) and his steak was cooked perfectly and the lobster was generous. Only complaint is they didn't serve it with drawn butter. I had the Mahi, it comes with tamai veggies sautéed with rice. I loved it. Now let me tell you about the best part, dessert! As someone who is gluten, usually my only option is creme brulee , which gets boring. But Feast offers a flour chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream and a delicious cherry sauce. Omg it was the best flour less cake I've ever had. Hands down. Amazing. My husband had the chefs feature dessert which was a chocolate crunch cheesecake. They served it with a candle which was cute. My husband and I decided to try Feast again for date night 6-1-25. The restaurant is beautiful, the bar area is one of my favorites aesthetically. The drink I ordered was delicious, maybe a bit too sweet, but served in a beautiful coupe glass. Even my husband who only drinks miller lite liked it. We went in for a few appetizers to start. We ordered the truffle fries and the ceviche. The truffle fries were delicious, a little soggy, but good flavor, and the portion size was hearty. The ceviche left lots to be desired. The fish in the ceviche was good, but it was mostly bay scallops which just frankly aren't good. The ceviche was served with just three small toast points (it's traditionally served with corn chips, so the toast points weren't it) cucumber and avocado. The avocado was very bruised in several areas, I wouldn't think a restaurant of this caliber would serve avocado in that condition. We were still a bit hungry, so we ordered the steak bites (fillet tips) these were delicious, great flavor, lots of onions, and mushrooms. We enjoyed this dish. The interior seemed nice, although we were out in kind of a side room that was lacking any type real theme or decoration. The food was actually very good. There were 7 of us and everyone enjoyed their meals. Half of us didn't receive our drinks until after we received our meals. Their drinks were horrible. My friend and I got the margarita flight. We were surprised at first to receive the three margaritas not on a typical "board" but individual glasses, and not the same type of glasses nor brought to us at the same time, Not a big deal, but just odd. The first sip real changed my mind about how nice of a place it really was. The tequila used had to be the cheapest you could get. I would normally just drink it anyway but it was so bad that I couldn't choke it down. Our waiter was super nice and apologized up and down for the drinks and even took them off our bill. One of my friends got a margarita by itself and it was the same thing, he couldn't drink it either. Another got a draft beer and she said it was bad and sent that back. Actually out of the 6 of us who got alcohol only one of them was good (another draft beer). I don't know what is going on with the bar but I would definitely not order anything from there. Also there was a woman that kept coming by refilling water and asking if everything was ok (I'm assuming manager or owner) She walked past us as she asked but did not slow down to listen to us even answer her. I was invited here for a friends birthday party. I'm glad I went. The service was wonderful and my flatbread was very delicious. I chose the pig and fig and happy that I did. It was a delightful change out of my comfort zone. Our drinks were poured perfect but we didn't care for the lemon drop shots (tasted too much like lemon rind in them). Ordered lobster Mac and cheese, full sized Caesar salad, wild mushrooms, full sized arugula salad, truffle fries, scallops with asparagus. $108.12. The bread isn't too bad, although harder and chewier than expected. The whipped butter is slightly sweet, it's good. The crackers are good. The Caesar salad is yummy. The arugula salad is ok. The arugula is lush, green and crisp. The toppings are plentiful. The full could be a meal. The mustard dressing is super light, could use a bit more vinegar and bite to it, as it was rather bland. The truffle fries are shoe string. Wouldn't mind the size if the pieces weren't so small. It's cumbersome to eat. Need a fork to get anything substantial or of substance. Taste decent nonetheless, just too much work to gobble them up is all. The broccolini and asparagus sides are good. The scallops are so-so, on the salty side, but nicely cooked. We have been wanting to try this place for a while. There isn't a lot of fine dining in Chesterfield and we have been just about everywhere in our area. So we were happy to check it out. The outside of the building was nice with a large parking lot. Parking was easy and the outside was quite nice. When you enter the building you are greeted by a hostess. We had reservations for two at the bar. It wasn't crazy busy and we honestly had no need for reservations but when I get an idea in my head I want to make sure my plans don't fall through. We sat at the bar and I was pleased with the decor. The place was chic and romantic. Beautiful lighting and lots to see. We loved the ambiance. Our bar tender was friendly and helpful. I enjoyed a drink called the King and he got an old fashioned. He ordered the filet and I enjoyed the surf and turf. Our filets were cooked perfectly and melted in our mouths! My lobster tail was delicious! The potatoes were amazing and asparagus is one of my favorites. I got a glass of Pinot which paired perfectly. Overall our meal, and the experience in general gets 5 stars! We both enjoyed our experience and would come back! Feast is a much needed addition to Chesterfield's restaurants. Feast has a private lot and nice decor. They have a nice water element outside and a large fish tank on one of the wall. The bar area is nicely designed with big accent lights. Feast does have a lounge upstairs which can be reserved as there were only prom kids heading that way. In good weather, there is also outdoor seating. Feast does take reservations. The service was good and polite. We went to Feast for dinner which is on the pricey side. I enjoyed a side salad($5) and the Lobster Mac & Cheese ($23). My husband had the delicious Salmon($25) with tall beer. Overall, the food was tasty and cooked perfectly. I can't say enough about FEAST! We had such a blast celebrating our staff party last night. I've been here before for dinner and drinks, so I thought this would be a great place to host our event. Upstairs is the Parlor, a Bougie lounge vibe with beautiful chandeliers & a fantastic bar. I reserved the space to accommodate my staff along with guests. the Parlor is large enough to host a party under 100 people. We had the best time. FEAST Michigan tonight was not great. Still just feels like Rosie O Grady's with a facelift. For a place with a Wood-Fired Pizza Oven, the flatbread was not prepared in it - nor did I see it lit when I walked by. My bistro steak was seasoned with Montreal Steak Seasoning, there was also zero merchant sauce (whatever that is) on it that was advertised. The charred tomatoes were cherry tomatoes that were hit with a torch or in a pan for a second, just a weird additive to the plate. Server was punctual but a little overbearing and it felt like he was pushing us into only ordering the most expensive things. Known for "their steak" but not a steakhouse. The fries were good and the only thing I can say was spot on! I really wanted to like this place but can say for the pricing on all of it, I won't be back. read more

Was excited to try this new addition to Macomb and it was decent. I wouldn't say it's great. The fig pizza was good but I don't think I could eat it all in one sitting. Too sweet! The risotto was good but not great. I added chicken for some protein. I'm just not getting the flavor depth I look for...maybe it was just an off day for my tastebuds. First time here. Nice atmosphere and very clean. Our waitress / bartender was fantastic. Bread is a deal breaker for me and the bread was delicious. Hubby ordered fish it was fresh and cooked properly. My filet though was a disappointment. It was not much thicker than a hamburger patty,dry and way over salted. Love the ambiance of this place. Food: we ordered the truffle fries and this portion is huge! To me it was more Parmesan fries vs truffle though (coated with cheese). Calamari was good it had a sweet chili sauce and was perfectly fried, the portion of this dish was smaller than expected especially for the price but flavor was there. Seared scallops: I think this dish would've been perfect with a different sauce (it was a little sweet) or put the sauce on the side because the scallops get soggy sitting in the sauce. Carrots didn't do much for the dish. The pasta was really good. They sat us at a booth by the fish tank where we didn't realize the ac was hitting us until we got our food and that got our food cold pretty quickly. Overall pretty good flavors and with a few tweaks this place could be amazing. read more

I love that an upscale restaurant found its residence in Chesterfield, MI of all places! This place is pretty big, but very welcoming with its warm decor and friendly wait staff. It's beautiful inside and out. I got to enjoy the amazing food with a good friend and we absolutely loved our meal. We got the east coast oysters and calamari for our appetizers. The calamari is topped with some bourbon sweet chili which hit the spot. For the main course I got the pan seared duck breast, it was medium rare, with a gastrique sauce and perfect. It comes with herb smashed potatoes and some vegetables. There were also some green grapes under the duck and I loved it. My friend got the filet, also medium rare and it was cooked perfectly. For dessert I got the bread pudding and he got the butterfinger cheesecake. I absolutely love bread pudding and this was exquisite. I definitely recommend it. Great place to checkout. Had brunch on a Sunday here in the late afternoon. I'm a fan of Bloody Marys and found out they had a Bloody Mary toppings bar set up for brunch. That was good albeit a bit picked over from earlier in the day. To eat we tried the charcuterie board which was good. It might have had too many sunflower seeds and raisins ( 2 types) but the meats and cheeses were good. We also had the Pig and Fig flatbread. It was delicious. Some on Yelp thought it was too sweet but what I had was great. The prosciutto, arugula, and blue cheese balanced it perfectly. read more

My co-workers and I have a monthly get together after work to try new restaurants. Two of my co-workers suggested Feast restaurant, as they had both read great reviews about the restaurant! But in the time between them suggesting, and when we actually able to meet, both of them went with their family to try it. And both have average ratings for the food. But since a few other co-workers still wanted to try it, we still went. The restaurant definitely had a nice ambiance! It felt nice and cozy in the restaurant, there was a fire place, and a nice bar area. We had reservations for 4:00 pm, on a Friday, and there was a nice amount of customers in the restaurant at that time, but it wasn't packed at all. So this is where some of the issue began, was with our waitress. Maybe she was having an off day, but she seemed really aloof, and just not with it. We knew from our co-workers experience, that we should expect to get bread on the table. We ordered our food, and drink orders (which took a long time for our beverages to come to the table). But once the waitress came back to the table with the drinks, we asked about bread. She stated she was waiting for our orders to come out to bring the bread. So that seemed odd, seeming usually bread/crackers are served before the entrees are bought out to the table. But once our food arrived, she did bring bread. And to her credit, once asked for extra bread, she gave us extra bread and crackers. After receiving our food, our waitress didn't come back for some time to ask if we wanted refills on our beverages, extra napkins, if the food was good, etc. I feel customary questions. We had to track her down a couple of times for the things I stated. The beverage refills and extra napkins. Once we all received our food. Everyone was ready to eat, but after we finished our food, the consensus was that the food was ok. I didn't care much for my order of Lobster Mac and Cheese. And neither did another co-worker. I also ordered the Salmon. I did like the crispy salmon and the rice. But I probably could've bypassed the mac and cheese. I wish the service would've been better. I would be open to trying some other options on the menu if I were to go back to the restaurant. read more

Really good food!!! My wife and I stopped by for an early dinner as it had many great reviews. Wow. I had the seared scallops, and my wife had the Chilean sea bass. Both were done to perfection. My scallops had just the right amount of sear. Tenderly cooked with crispy edges. Likewise, the sea bass was breaded and pan-fried with great seasoning. The unsung heros wee the starches. My dish came with wonderly done baby potatoes topped with a seasoned parm cheese, presumably from the broiler. My wife's side was a creamy orzo with distinct notes of citrus. Both also came with a decent mixed veggie. Our dessert was their homemade bread pudding with a gooey sauce and vanilla ice cream. Heavenly! We'll be back the next time our travels take us to the New Baltimore area. Really good! My tip is: if the weather is nice, take the outdoor seating. Our waiter, Joey, did a nice job taking care of all of our needs, and got us all we wanted with a very pleasant demeaner. The food & service were amazing!! We started with drinks & apps- we got calamari & the charcuterie board, the wine or grape cheese was delicious! It all was great but that cheese was new! I had the fillet with whip mashed potatoes & asparagus ( perfection) my partner had the pork chop - he loved it. The others at our table tried the halibut & the seafood pasta & they both said it was delicious. ( did try a few pasta noodles & they were good from scratch, but I'm not a real fan of seafood pasta so I'm not the best judge) We ended with 3 desserts ; 2 bread puddings & a slice of the flourless cake , I haven't had bread pudding that good since my grandma & coffees all around! One of our go to places. Manager Tanja is so friendly and makes sure all tables have a great experience. Chef Jeff has an eclectic menu including wild game and exotic meats like alligator and kangaroo. My husband loves the venison, elk and bison. I love the crab cakes and scallops. We both love the carpaccio! Only place we have found it outside of Spain. Also best whipped potatoes in Macomb county. Not to mention the arugula salad, Sunday brunch and craft drinks. This was our first experience trying Feast and it was a good one. With Leo as our waiter he said everything was good and he was correct. We had the risotto with chicken, and the fried chicken. The Fried chicken had a beer batter that had crunch with the meat being oh so tender and juicy. The risotto was creamy and right on point. We went on a Friday, the weekend of July 4th so we were able to get seating rather quickly. I can't imagine how busy it would be had it not been a holiday weekend. The layout is similar to the restaurant that had been there. The bar was in the same place, definitely an upgrade. The upstairs is the parlor and the setup was well done, dark and nice quality furniture. I ordered Scallops and a Caesar salad. I was happy with what I ordered. Portions were smaller but perfect for me. Steak frites with augratin potatoes. The steak was cooked perfect. The grilled tomatoes weren't grilled, they were actually on the vine and cold. The potatoes were disappointing, under cooked. Formagio pizza, the kid (daughter) loved the pizza. We ordered two signature drinks one was the Caribbean Orchard and Vanilla Passion. There was absolutely nothing wrong with Feast, but it just wasn't what we were looking for out of our date night! The food options are extremely optional, and the prices are extremely fair! The service was a little on the slower end though. It took a very long while to get our drinks, and our server kept forgetting little things here and there! Again, there was nothing wrong with Feast, but it wasn't the date night vibe we were thinking it would be! I wouldn't recommend the duck because is was just blah, and the lobster Mac was more on the pasta water side than cheesy side!
