Jet's Pizza on Novi Road (across from Guernsey's) delivered 5 piping hot, multi topped, deep dish pizzas and several orders of Chicken Wings (for the under 5 year olds) fresh to our doorstep promptly at 4:45 as requested. Our gathered out-of-town family fell upon my home made Greek salad and the Jet's Pizza like wild famished wolves. We then celebrated a surprise birthday with a cake from Cantoro's for cousin Mary - only wish I had the camera ready for her shocked expression. Our Delivery Lady was sooo cool and the crew at Novi Road franchise was very smart to offer a modest courtesy discount on such a large order. Jet's is it for us in Novi folks! read more

A picture is worth million words. When called to complain about over spiced & over cooked the worker admitted that they have a new guy making the pizza that might of over spiced it and over baked it. He went to ask the manager about remaking them. A manager came to the phone & asked how he can help us. When I stared to explain for about 30 seconds, he asked to hold, for 2 minutes. Then he came back & asked what is wrong, I explained, he would ask so is the pizza came missing some pieces. That is as rude as hell, was he making fun of my accent? I've been in the country for 40 exact years since age 10. Anyway, he refused to replace them at the beginning & instructed me to order them light Cajun and lightly backed, say what? I've been ordering from this exact location for 4 years & never had to give any special instructions. After 20 minutes on the phone he agreed to replace the pizza as long as we bring the ones back, which we did. This is going to the headquarters and the local district manager to see. read more

This location delivers to North Center Brewing in downtown Northville. Our Bold Fold with double spicy pepperoni was delivered in less than 40 minutes on a Saturday evening, still hot and fresh. Crust was not quite NY-style, but it was a very good thinner hand-tossed. I usually get the deep dish from any Jet's - their BBQ Chicken is amazing! I'm moving this to a 4-star mainly because it's unheard of for a restaurant manager to reach out about a complaint, and I truly appreciate this. It shows that they actually care, which is unusual for most places esp. during this COVID epidemic. I do understand that people make mistakes, and I'm looking forward to a much better experience with Jet's of Northville. I've eaten at, ordered from and worked in enough Jet's locations to know that this one is a top performer. This particular location has GREAT pies! My special lady lives nearby and when I get the chance to order Jet's I'm always a happy guy. They're doing a good thing here. Their food is always top notch. The service is good and I find that the cashier usually throws a coupon onto the bill so we walk out paying less than expected. Eat better pizza!! Go get Jet's!! My review is for carry out; this location does not have a dine-in option. I ordered online, which was an OK experience but nowhere near as easy as Domino's online order site. The food was ready when promised. We ordered two small deep dish pizzas and honey bbq bones chicken wings. One pizza was vegetarian - olives, mushrooms, ring peppers, and onions. The other pizza was pepperoni, bacon, and pineapple. Both were tasty, but both could have been cooked a bit longer. There was an option online for "well done" and next time I will choose it. The boneless chicken wings were very tender and the sauce was the right mix of sweet and smoky. I thought they were great, hubby wished for a bit more crispness on the outside. Our usual pizza place is Domino's, but this is nice for a change and I'm sure we'll order here again. read more

There was a good discount going on at Jets for a holiday so I ordered a couple pizzas and got a 15 minute estimate of when it would be ready. I came into the store 20 minutes after the order was placed and was told by the employee, they were still working on it. Saw there were many other customers waiting and just thought they got backed up however 15 minutes later I got fed up waiting and went up to the counter to ask what's going on. The manager responded that they ran out of dough.... He said sorry and gave me a refund and that was it. I had to drive down there and wasted an hour of my time just for a sorry. I am in L-O-V-E with the 8 corner pizza!!! I've been an avid Jet's fan for quite some time and I was really surprised that there weren't more reviews about them!! This location especially always hooks you up with coupon deals without having to present them when you pay. Just ask them if there are any deals and they'll give it to you!! The wings are also amazing b/c they put them through the pizza oven so they're kinda charred on the ends. The salads are made with iceberg lettuce so I would stay away from that unless you're a fan of it. The pizza boats, aka calzones, are also pretty darn tasty. As for the different pizza toppings and combos I tend to either get the BBQ Chicken Pizza or a simple ham and onion deal with a side of ranch because ranch just makes everything taste so much better (thanks MSU for teaching me this bad habit which resulted in my Freshman 15!) read more

Usually when I eat pizza it's for a couple of reasons. I'm either tired or not feeling well; either way it's total comfort. Jet's is a delivery deal for us, we seriously have never been to the actual store. With getting it delivered I won't have to leave my couch, and pants are optional - score and score! This Jet's literally always gets our order right. That being said we are pretty easy and not too picky anyways. The only main thing is that my husband insists on having light sauce, which they happily oblige to. We typically end up with a sausage/onion combo, pineapple/jalapeno or most frequently bold pepperoni; the crispy grease cups of awesomeness. We've tried the new meatball topping but the consistency is really soft which threw me off, I couldn't do it yet my husband liked it. Recently I've discovered 'turbo crust', this stuff is the shit and it's free. It probably adds a ton of fat and calories to your slice, but eh - it's not exactly healthy to start with so.. whatever. Speaking of not healthy, in Europe pizza places deliver pints of Ben 'n Jerry's.. you'd think this is more of an American thing, but I haven't found it here yet. Can we get on this, Jet's? I don't know what the difference is, but when I'm taking pizza to my grand kids in Northville, they love the Jets Pizza from here. I like the pizza here better than the one in Westland. It seems to be less doughy with more toppings and we also love their pizzza here, especially the square pizza. 4 stars. read more

Had I made this review a couple of weeks ago, I probably would've given them more stars. I have food allergies, so eating out is generally a more difficult task for me than most. I always make sure to identify my allergens and what I need and expect from a place while ordering. This location of jets has never had a problem until tonight. First, we were told a half hour wait and we had to wait an hour before getting the incorrectly made item. When I opened the box and explained the mistake, none of the staff members were apologetic or understanding. In fact, they tried to say that it was because I had placed the order on the busiest night of the year- implying it was my fault. Oh, how I wish they could understand what a challenge it is for me to eat out and THEN to be treated like I should be accepting the fault for them messing up my order. They offered to fix the mistake rather than issue a refund, so I took them up on the offer. We were asked to wait another 10 minutes and did so, patiently. I asked on the progress of the food after about 10 minutes and they assured it was coming out anytime. (I might also add that as we had been waiting, people were walking in and PLACING their orders and receiving them faster than those of us who had phoned ahead) When I got my order, I checked to ensure the top of it looked correctly and we left the crowed lobby. When getting home, I opened up my jet boat to find that they didn't even bake it correctly and that both the top and bottom of the inside was doughy and raw. Disgusting! First off, I waited and gave them plenty of time to bake it correctly, I was not rushing them to the point where they would've felt pushed into making it quickly. Secondly, it obviously is not safe nor healthy to eat uncooked, raw dough. I called the manager and he basically stated the same thing as when we were in the store, that we had placed an order on the busiest night of the year so although he was sorry, we needed to understand. I feel like "being busy" should never compromise the quality of food if you care about providing good customer service. Especially when it's a matter of safety. It's extremely disappointing to have had this experience, and I can assure you that I will not be going back here anytime soon. I will gladly take my business elsewhere, where I will be treated with the respect that I should have received tonight. You should be ashamed of yourselves, Jets. read more

It's hard for me to put into words how much I love this jets location, but I'm going to try my best. During Quarantine, it has been difficult for me to feed my family at times, and just like everyone else, I get great satisfaction from stores like this that just grind out great pies and stores that can keep the pizza OVEN HOT when it's on my doorstep. I had a dream about this pizza the other night. I am so happy while visiting my hometown that I was able to have a slice of this delicious dream pizza again. I highly recommend getting a square pizza rather than a round. Of course their round pizza is good, their square pizza is just plain amazing! The crust is slightly burnt to perfection and the sauce isn't too heavy. Just pure heaven. Just, also found out that there are locations in the Chicago land area which I am totally pumped about. For take out/delivery pizza it doesn't get better than Jets. I recently participated in a taste test at my work which was trying to find the best catered pizza in the area. We tried 6 local pizza places that cater and Jets was not only my favorite, but the favorite of all the testers. The pizza is not too greasy but just greasy enough to be good. The toppings are in good portions such that I'm never yearning for more. And of course the crust. The crust is delicious as well. This is my favorite to-go pizza joint. Yummy! read more

Great pizza- most of the time. I have had my fair share of bad ones here, but when it's right- it can't compare to anything else. I'm willing to bet the bad experiences are a direct result of the revolving-door high school and bottom of the barrel staff creating training, quality, and consistency issues. The BBQ chicken is awesome! (my favorite) Unless you get some nasty fatty, chewy chicken. Always go with the square pizza! The crust is kick ass! The bread and desert sticks are nothing special. The ranch is good. I've heard its made there. But I've also heard 'don't eat the ranch' by past employees. (see above comment about questionable employees. They didn't give details, but I suspect food safety or tampering issues) They used to have a sign advertising slices, but they never had them. They'd always say they could make some, but it would be 10-15 minutes. Meh, no thanks. If i'm going to pay a premium for a few slices, AND have to wait, I'll just place an order for the same price and get toppings I want! Isn't the point of slices for a quick grab and go lunch? Kinda pointless If you have to wait... A little pricier than other chains, but it is a better tasting pizza. I would avoid waiting to pick up food late at night / after dark. Surprised it was pretty good at work - I'd eat Jet's again but its not likely I will order it

they get the order wrong every single Friday, without fail. it's actually become a joke in this household. we order from this location every Friday but not anymore. don't order delivery from this location. you wont get everything you ordered or something will be wrong. don't order for pick up without checking your box before you leave. overall negative experience. I would rather drive an extra 3 miles to pick up from the next closest location/give the driver a bigger tip for driving the extra distance than order from this Jet's again, so that's the plan. read more
