Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me thrice, shame on me. Just what on God's green earth is going on with the Parker, CO location?!? This is the 3rd time I've ordered from Jets and the order has taken nearly 3 hours to arrive. I ordered at 5:05 and the driver just now pulled into my driveway at 7:24. I know deep dish takes time but wow. I mean 3 hours for any food is absolutely untenable. This is pizza not brain surgery. If I were to judge the Jet's brand on this location alone three adjectives come to mind: unhurried, rude and unbelievable. I don't want a free pizza... or to order from here ever again. I would rather this location close to spare the other unfortunate souls the grief of ordering pizza only to drive to Taco Bell. To spare another person's children the disappointment of another PB&J when after a long week all they want is just some pizza. To not have to tell my kids "sorry, it looks like the pizza won't be here until after bedtime again." And they forgot my dipping sauce... again. read more

I called at 3:45pm on Tuesday November 9th. Once the employee answered he recognized my phone number and asked me if I wanted the last order as last time. I said yes. He said $46 and will be ready for pickup at 4:10pm. I walked in at 4:05pm and the dude had no record of my order. He had no idea what this Jets location phone number. There were 3 other employees laughing and joking around. None remembered who answered the phone at 3:45pm. Poorly trained staff. First I want to say that I could only give Jets's Pizza 5 Stars if I could it would have been 20 Stars . My wife ordered a small deep dish with ham & onion with garlic crust. We live here in Parker and everyone needs to buy Jet's pizza. It was the best I have ever had. It was cooked to protection and the flavor was outstanding. It was so good I just had to call the store and talk to the manager Chris and let him know how great it was. My daughter Sarah told us about Jet's pizza, but just moving here I have never heard of them. Sarah was correct it is the best. This is the most poorly ran operation I have ever seen. This is the 3rd time that I have been led to believe my food would be ready at a certain time and have had to wait over an hour beyond that expected time. The latest was ordered for delivery, after 2 hours I called and they said that they were short on drivers and it would be another 45 minutes. They said I could switch to pick up, which I did, drove down there and they said it was just in the oven and would be another 10 minutes. The manager and owner should be absolutely embarrassed for the lack of efficiency and customer service. This will be my last order from Jets. read more

This is the best pizza establishment to come to Parker in a very long time. They have THE best quality of ingredients, taste, and selection of products. You can really tell how much effort they really put into each pizza and that's what sets Jets apart from the others. It is always fresh, no matter what. Super fast delivery time except on a super busy Friday night(expected) and I'm okay with a two hour wait for the quality of this DELICIOUS pizza. Gotta remember how many other people are ordering this tasty stuff!! Worth the wait and I know the people at Jets bust their tails to give us the best. Ultra greasy sometimes, made right others; very unpredictable. Food isn't bad but NEVER trust their rwady-by/delivery times. Whatever time it says, you can easily double it. Seem to never be concerned or apologetic that people wait for 1hr+ outside (on top of the "ready within 25mins" order receipt). Done with these guys for good. read more

I was so happy when I saw the delivery driver in my neighborhood! I've only had Jets when visiting my family in Detroit. The customer service is top notch, their pizza is better than anyone nearby. Every time I order they are friendly and extremely nice which a lot of pizza places could care less. I ordered pizza tonight and ordered 1/2 cheese 1/2 Hawaiian and they made a full Hawaiian so they fixed my order and gave me both pizzas! When the delivery driver showed up he was apologetic, which he didn't even have a reason to be as I received the right order plus a free pizza, it came on time and was very fresh! This is the only Jet's location I have any experience with - and I realize that they are a franchise operation. But this location (and perhaps corporate) needs to define their delivery area and policy as well as work on their communications overall. They used to deliver to us and then - without any notice or warning - changed their delivery area. The website wouldn't let me order and it wasn't until I called to phone in my order I found out that the delivery zone had changed. No emails; no updates on the website (no info at all ever about delivery zones); no updates or info on FB; etc. Delivery option was the only reason we started ordering from them. Never mind that it was overpriced IMO - their communication is poor. The reason they gave for changing their delivery area was to keep their delivery times down. I have never complained about the length of time for delivery - only once did I have an issue and that was because not only were they late - they couldn't give me an estimate on how late they would be (I even asked within a one or two hour period and they wouldn't commit). I only gave them 2 stars because the food was ok, not garbage. But if I have to go out to pick up my order anyway, I'll drive past Jets. read more

Great pizza and excellent service. Zack and team take customer service to a whole new level. Pizza is very good. You can taste the fresh toppings and the cheese is full of flavor. Jets is a great change from a lot of the other pizza places in Parker. Highly recommend the deep dish. Hard to find a good deep dish in Parker and was very glad I did. Salad was crisp and fresh as well. Deliver is always a gamble but pizzas were like they came right out of our oven. Glad we found them and looking forward to many more orders. read more

We have seen Jet's signs and their delivery vehicles in our area. Decided to give them a go. Ordered a X-Large, which only comes in deep dish style. It was fantastic!!! Even hot when it got here! It was for my husband me. He said he was starving. We only made it through half of the pizza. That was fine as we had an excuse to indulge in the leftovers a day later. The pizza is very comparable to Uno's, which is gone. It was our favorite lunch place as it was near our office. Now we can get pizza that is just as good and delivered! So happy! No one answers the phone or text messages. And the pizza was normal pepperoni, not the triple we ordered. Service needs to improve. read more

Too bad, I was really wanting to like these guys, seeing that they deliver to my house. The fact that a large vegetarian cost me over $27 and then add a tip. This pizza was NOT cheap so I think they'd better step up their service level. I grew up on Jets in Detroit. The Jets in Littleton is on point but the Parker location was chaotic, and just not that good. I walked in and it took over 5 minutes before someone approached the counter, then they told me they hadn't finished making the salad I had ordered that it would be right up. After about ten minutes I asked someone else and they pulled it out of the fridge where it had been waiting all along. There were a lot of very young employees who didn't seem to have a whole lot of desire to be there. I'll go back in a few months and hopefully update my review. read more

After being told our go-to staple (Papa John's) was on a 55 min wait for carry out, we decided to try out the new Jet's Pizza in Parker. The pizza was good, but not worth the $$$. For two large pizzas, we ended up paying $30 and that was for carry out. I don't mind paying for a premium pizza like Perry's Pizza but Jet's is, in my opinion after having it, on par with the other delivery chains. With that as my reference point, the pizza was overpriced. Probably won't be back unless there are coupons or specials that bring it in line with Papa John's or Dominos. read more

I ordered delivery from this Jet's location for the first time last night and am now a huge fan for a number of reasons. Pizza - I ordered the "Jet 10", my default pizza has been a Pizza Hut "super supreme" since dinosaurs roamed the planet... sorry Pizza Hut but I have a new favorite pizza! Just wow! My kids absolutely loved this pizza! Wings - ordered a batch of Honey BBQ wings as well, just gone! Want to try other flavors! Great value for the money! Service - I placed my order online and apparently not all of the details made it to the store... so what did they do? Living in Parker has much to offer: good schools, low crime and still retains a small town feel(for now at least). Sadly though, Parker lacks much in the way of good food. Most notably: pizza. Yeah, we have our corporate and franchises in town, but they fall short of expectations on service and quality. I was lucky enough to order a take out pizza from Jets on their opening day. To put it simply, I'm impressed. And this is coming from a Chicago native who LOVES pizza. The toppings were generous (meats and veggies) , good portion of cheese and a crust that was crunchy on the outside and soft and buttery on the inside. Since I live in the Pinery, not much in the way delivers to my residence. I was glad to hear Jets does deliver to my area!! Have ordered twice - Pizza is just ok in my opinion. A bit on the expensive side so was expecting it to be better.

Website indicated my order would be ready at 6:55. I arrived early (6:50) & was told they were just waiting on my wings-no problem. At 7:07 I went back to the counter to see what the problem was & was told there was 6 minutes left on my wings and they take 10 minutes to cook. I did some quick math & said "so they got put in the oven 13 minutes AFTER I arrived?" The gentleman seemed upset that I wanted the wings removed from my order. Got my pizza home & it was barely warm. The pizza was quite good, but I won't be going back. Sad, because I miss my Buddy's pizza from Detroit. read more
