This place is horrible. We ordered online, tried to call and add an additional pizza. Continued to be hung up on, or listen to their stupid recording continuously. After 15 minutes of calling I drove there, and asked them to just cancel the order. I understand this is a vacation spot that's overwhelmed on July 4th, but basic customer service (answering the phone) is ... pretty basic? Food here was fantastic, I loved the ranch when I went there and overall the service on the phones was overall helpful compared to that bot they have, The lobby was packed when I got there but the guy on counter got around to me quickly and my food was out shortly after. Solid Detroit style pizza. Love the 8 corner with pepperoni. Definitely going back in Petoskey. Tip: When reheating frozen Detroit style pizza in the air fryer, be patient. Use bake setting at 325 for 12-15 min. But it's just as good as fresh, maybe better. read more

I love Jets pizza. Order it all the time when we go downstate. We tried.... and I mean tried at least 5 times to order from the Petoskey store today. I was hung up on twice. Once after the guy asked me to hold and once while on hold. Once the phone kept ringing and went dead. The auto bot was stuck and kept repeating itself my first call. Another time an employee answered put me on hold and I was on hold from the time I left my house in Indian River until the time I drove by Jets where I noticed an empty lot with a sign that said open and an employee outside the side door smoking a cigarette. It's petoskey, we were trying to find a fish place to eat but all the restaurants around here suck. Didn't really find anything exciting in this neck of the woods. So we decided to order pizza for dindin instead. We opted for pick-up instead of delivery since we can at least step out of the hotel room. The inside is your typical pizza joint. Everybody is busy buzzing around inside. It was the dindin rush when I entered the establishment. Pizza was dope,, we had the Jets 10 with anchovies on the side. They did not skimp on the fish either. Caesar salad was delish. They even let me score a thing of garlic powpow. Im from Jersey, we like garlic powder on our pizza. Best thing I could say is that when I entered, the guy at the counter automatically fixed his mask to cover his hanging nose. Plus plus plus! I definitely pick up in person here again. I just have to give this Jet's a five star rating. First off the pizza was just absolutely perfectly cooked and delicious. I purchased a small deep dish 4 corner 2 topping pizza and when I opened the box every piece was perfectly cut, toppings were almost identical on each of the four slices and it just looked like someone took some pride and care in their work. Had high hopes to try something that we normally don't try, I called and specifically asked if they had anything comparable to a BC pizza offers, which is called a "pie on the fly" a little locals secret, which is a discounted one item large pizza for 7$ , the person answer the phone said yes and when I showed up, it was a personal pan pizza I was giving my money back instantly ,ordered from good old reliable BC, I did get a chance to try some of the cheese bread from jets and they're pretty good but definitely not paying what they attempted to charge me for a personal pizza when somebody directly next-door offers a large one topping pizza that can feed a small family for only seven dollars . This was hands down the BEST, hands downs Jets Pizza I've ever had. My son had a local soccer tournament, and the only thing that my 10 year old son wants to eat was pizza. I visited the local establishment and was greeted by smiling faces that greeted my son and I. My son has peanut allergies, and assured us that they were peanut free at this store. They put our minds at ease, and were delighted when we ordered there Corner Pizza. Half Hawaiian and Half Cheese. My son was so amazed, he ate all his Cheese pizza. The way this staff interacted with my son and I was tremendous. They went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. All the staff on that day asked how his tournament was going and how he was feeling? My son was impressed we only ate lunch and dinner at Jets. I thought for sure the tournament would've had that place packed. The flow was steady, and the staff was on par with the food. I want to thank the entire staff at Jets. Everyone in our group arrived a little later than anticipated to Boyne yesterday so we decided to order Jets Pizza for dinner since we still needed to grab groceries. We stopped at Meijer on our way to Petosky to pick up the pizza, and despite the ~30 minute car ride back to Boyne from Jets, our pizza was still warm by the time we dug in. We got five large deep dish pizzas and two Jets bread and everyone loved it, even those that were from out of town that had never tried Jets before. You cannot go wrong with Jets! read more

I called shortly before closing, but I was told that the store was actually already closed. I stated that it was not yet the hour at which the store was supposed to be closed. I was informed that the ovens were off, and therefore, the store was closed. Naturally, I intended to discuss this with the management at a later time, however I subsequently discovered that I was already speaking to the manager. Carl (the manager) proceeded to berate me for expecting the restaurant to be open during the stated hours of operation. I was assured that since it is Carl's family who owns the store, I should expect nothing better. Tragic, because the food is SO GOOD. But this Carl person apparently cares only for himself and his status; providing a positive dining experience for guests is clearly nowhere on the priority list. Because happy cooks make happy food, I have only to assume the other employees must be at least marginally content to work for such a childish man, so good on them for enduring it. As a result of this experience, I have not ordered Jets since 2016, and I do not intend to until I know that Carl has retired. I can only imagine the horrid ways in which my food may be violated if my order happened to be the one that kept Carl from returning to the video games awaiting g him in his parents' basement.
