Dirty water cup

I imagine this place gets a lot of business due to them being open when all other options are closed. To start off, they don't take names for a seating list. Everyone stood in an unmoving line and whoever was next in line got that table. So there was no option to walk around. [[HIGHLIGHT]]We were given a noticeably dirty water glass.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They put the 'slim' in their Slim Jim, and the smoked brisket sandwich had such little meat, it tasted like roast beef, was fatty, and the horsey aioli just tasted like plain mayo. Fine if you are desperate but don't expect much.

Food is great but service was very questionable. The salmon entree is fresh and delicious. The toasted raviolis were unique with their parmesan crust which I LOVED. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It has a great patio with the marina view.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

[[HIGHLIGHT]]We had a great dinner out on the patio with our dog.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Andrew was an excellent server. We got the brisket nachos and short rib burrito which were delicious and above average. My husband loved the Bells Anniversary Russian Stout. And had a yummy apple pie cider.

Do yourself a favor... [[HIGHLIGHT]]Sit on the patio overlooking Round Lake for brunch[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]], order the Breakfast Pizza or Breakfast Burrito, and pair it with one of the many great craft beer options! Incredible. Friendly and professional staff! Their rating should be much higher than it is.

We had a great dinner at the Bridge Street Tap Room; the spot is perfect to look out over the lake and take in the views. Sadly, the spot isn't super big, so you're definitely going to have a wait during busy times. Also, we sat inside, which was a bit stuffy since it was super full - I think it may be better to sit outside. They have some great beer options, along with many different options of seltzers and ciders - which was an awesome change for people of our party. The food was pretty good - mostly bar food, but it was a step above other bar food spots. I really enjoyed the Chicken Parm Grinder - it's a different take on the chicken parm. The burger was in high demand and not small; if you're looking for a solid burger, this place has them!

I was here for lunch recently on a girls trip. We chose the location since it was near the harbor with outside seating. The food was tasteless. I shared a brisket sandwich which was more like warmed up lunch meat and without a smokey flavor which was a bummer. The highlight of the plate was the potato chips which I think were homemade?. They did have a nice selection of beers to choose from. The service was good and our server was trying her best to hustle along everything considering that she was insanely busy. I probably wouldn't go back except for the location.

We are visiting the area and like to check out lunch locations and chose Bridge Street Tap Room. We asked to be seated on the outdoor patio which has views of the lake. There is also a draw bridge next to the patio which we saw in operation. Cool! The menu is wonderful with entrees that aren't on many menus. I had the 1# of mussels simmered in a white wine garlic sauce, served with bread and a glass of Chardonnay. They were moist and tender and the sauce was delicious. My wife had a scrumptious grilled cheese sandwich with a superb cherry cider. Great value. Good service.

Great service, fab selection of beer, and yummy food that goes above and beyond typical bar fare.

We love this place. Hard to get into sometimes in the summer but that is true for all of Charlevoix.

I got a few vodka sodas, a fountain coke, and my husband and I shared the giantest (yes it's a word) dish of nachos in the world. They were great. We brought the leftovers home to our in laws and although they were cold and soggy, they got demolished in minutes, ha! The service was efficient. Our server wasn't overly friendly but she wasn't rude either, just wanted to get the job done. Would definitely go back for nachos and a drink!

Easily the best bar in Petoskey and honestly one of the best ones I've been to anywhere. Yes, as a…read morehometown local I'm a little biased for sure but there is something very genuine and honest about the Pub and the people there. No pretension, no putting on airs or trying to impress anyone, everyone coming as they are. You'll rub elbows with local blue collar and service industry people, trust fund kids, wealthy summer residents, everyday folks of all kinds etc. I think a lot of reviews here are from visitors expecting The Pub to be like the Perry Hotel or one of the more tourist oriented places that bends over backwards and caters to summer vacationers. One even mentioned threatening to "Go ski somewhere else" for not being coddled I guess, which I found hilarious. They also seem to mention food a lot. For what it's worth the food is pretty darn good here, though my experience is usually over some appetizers later at night shared with friends over a few drinks. Solid burgers, can't go wrong with the fish & chips and their cheese curds are surprisingly good, easily rivaling anything you'd find in Wisconsin. That said I've always seen this place as a bar first and a place to drink with friends that just happens to have good late night food too. The service is good and the people working are top-notch and good at their job, but sometimes the Pub can get a bit too busy as there's just not a lot of competition that truly rivals it downtown. That's what happens when barely anything is open late in the post-covid world and businesses seem to be closing left and right. If you can keep your ego in check you'll find a pretty rare and valuable thing here which is a local pub welcoming to anybody and truly reflecting the full breadth of the local community.

Ordered wings and an order of chips (fries). Both were excellent! Bartender offered us more blue cheese dressing without us asking. Small thing, but nice touch; her service was excellent. It's very "pubbish" and comfortable. Great vibe. If you go to the island, I highly recommend this place. The prices were actually less than I thought they would be...a big order of fries was five bucks. Beer on tap was eight bucks. After, go to Kilwins for a cone and sit on a hotel porch.

So we went down to the pub and luckily we were able to get a table right away. I should note, we also chose this pub because it had Gluten Free options and we had someone with us who could only eat Gluten Free. We were provided water fairly quickly, but to order took a little bit, about 20 minutes. I would say there were only two waitstaff working on a busy afternoon. The pub is kind of small, with seating at the bar, along the sides and then two high top tables in the middle. Once we ordered our food didn't take too long to get. I ordered a Reuben, and got the vinegar coleslaw. Rueben was good, I wouldn't say great for being an Irish Pub. The coleslaw was actually cream based so based on the menu saying vinegar I was a bit surprised. Two others ordered hamburgers which they said were just ok. All in all, the dining experience was alright, nothing spectacular but because we got seated quickly and were hungry it was good for us.
