terrible experience, ordered pizza an hour and a half before it arrived at my house 5 minutes away from the restaurant, order was messed up and pizza was obviously cold because of how long it took to either get made or get delivered. ****SAFETY ISSUE - NEEDS TO BE REPORTED TO HEALTH DEPARTMENT**** We ordered a small pizza and small antipasto salad - went to pickup and when I went to the counter the guy working grabbed it off the wire rack that is next to the counter and NOT the refrigerator literally right behind him. I didn't think anything of it and figured it had just been brought up, but when I got it home all of the cheese had already started to melt and was one giant glob sticking to the top of the container! The salad was already starting to turn colors and the meat looked miscolored as well. It makes zero sense to not keep refrigerated items refrigerated- this is simple common sense and when I called to talk to the supposed "manager" Andrew he said that they did not have room in the fridge because they had other items in there. This again doesn't make sense and I told him that other locations ALWAYS have their refrigerated items in the cooler right behind the counter. When asked about it the manager just simply said "I guess I don't have an answer for that" as to why it wasn't put in the refrigerator. It is very possible in some instances that the salad could be out for 15-20 mins which is a health issue. This will be reported to the corporate office and to the Michigan health department because this is ridiculous- I have no doubt that this will not get a response from the GM or owner of this store because looking through the other reviews this seems to not be a surprise that this store is operating like this. We will not be patronizing this store moving forward and I would recommend all others to avoid it so you and your family don't get sick. read more

I love Jet's pizza, I love the sauce, I love the bake, I love the toppings. I also think they have the best antipasto salad around, as well as decent chicken wings. This location is our go-to carry out when we're visiting my mom, which is often. Orders are invariably accurate and service is friendly and efficient. read more

Had today via UberEats. We ordered the deep dish with sausage, onions, mushrooms and turbo crust topping. Somehow the pizza was very bland . Has to be the sauce, we barely could taste it and the mushrooms were canned! Wont use this location next time! read more

One star is super generous. We have had 2 bad experiences with this location which is sadly the closest one to our house. Please note we have only gone to this jets 2 times! First time our pizza was greasy, and I'm not talking a little glistenie...it was swimming! But alas we trudged on and ate (small children that wouldn't have held out for something else). Needless to say the blasting gas and diarrhea ensued! That should have been lesson learned ESPECIALLY with the rude way the manager and then general manager handled the situation effectively calling me a liar. Also note that I am certified for safe food handling for a real restaurant that has actual standards to adhere to. After multiple calls and the general manager insisting that he talk to my husband about the issue, obviously my lack of testicles was an a front to this man, he did refund our money however only after proving that we didn't eat the pizza. Our kids who usually demolish pizza left all but 6 bites in total and said it tasted funny. Skip forward almost 6 months, in a desperate bid to not drive 20 minutes out of our way we decided to take the plunge...again and try the jets by the house. BIG MISTAKE. Now that I can peal myself away from the toilet and dial a phone I called about the most recent incident. That did not go well at all. They were Unwilling to do anything about the illness they caused or listen to reason. They also did not refund any money or apologize in any way. After waiting over an hour for a salad and bread I called to cancel my order. they were incredibly indifferent and rude said they would just tell the driver to turn around, did not offer me any credit or discount or apology. they have become too busy to care about customers anymore, absolutely do not order from this place. Great customer service! I called in my order thinking that I had enough time to swing by cvs before picking it up. Time flies by and and an hour has passed before I am on my way to the store. So, I called ahead to make sure that they had my pizza and even though my pizza was still there, they ended up making me a new one!! Better yet, the guy even ended up walking it out to my car!!! Absolutely horrible, ridiculous service. Workers do not even wear gloves while making the food and will go on their phone midway through cooking, then run their fingers through their hair. After waiting an hour for my order that was supposed to be done at a certain time, I called and asked when it would be ready and they acted irritated and through the window I could see them complaining, taking their time to make the pizza, also texting right over the cooking countertop. I have had few disappointing experiences with this store. First, they have been late on promised times. You have to wait outside for your order to be made ready. My wait times have varied between 20 to 40 minutes beyond promised time. The employees say it is better to call in your order vs. online ordering. I am not interested in doing this. As you have to provide your credit card number to the store employee. Also, they have their windows covered. Makes you wonder if they've read an earlier review here complaining about unsanitary practices inside the store. read more

Although this place is only a few blocks from me, this is the first time I have been there, and it was worth the visit. I ordered a pick-up by phone and they got everything correct. It was not an easy order. I wanted a Greek salad without tomatoes and onions and a pizza with light sauce. They got it right and everything was ready when they said it would be. The Greek salad was delicious with lots of fresh feta cheese, tasty beets and a lot of olives and a nice Greek dressing. The pizza had a lot of peperoni and a unique flavored crust. A lot better than other pizza places I have used. We don't order out often but I will certainly use this place again. read more

I have to admit, I love jets pizza, but sometimes they can't do anything right! I was with my friend and we wanted to order jet bread from there. We called the place and I specifically said "delivery" when the guy asked. After waiting an hour for our bread to come, we called back and asked where the hell it was. They lady said "it's been like sitting here for like 15 minutes". I was so pissed off because they couldn't do the simplest thing on earth. After telling them that we freaking said delivery, they said "oh sorry. We will make another and it will be ready in 45 minutes". Are you kidding me?! We don't get a discount?! I really like Jets. It is one of my favorite chain pizzas. I love their salads and deli boat too. My only problem is that about 80% of the time they get my pizza order wrong. It seems like every time we order pepperoni on the whole pizza and mushroom on half they make it pepperoni on half and mushroom on the other half. They seem to make any other pizza we order right just not this one. The receipt always reads right but it's just made wrong. It's too bad because I really like the flavor. read more

I had to cool down before writing this review. I was very angry with the terrible customer service. I hope dear reader you appreciate that possibly any other positive reviews written here must be from the managers themselves or family members and not real customers. I am new to the area. I pass this location on my way home. I have occasionally ordered pizza here for pickup. I purchased a pizza for my wife and her sister who had stopped by to visit. (By the way, no one in the restaurant is wearing hair nets or gloves). My wife took one bite and asked if I had ordered it a long time before I picked t up and brought it home. No, why? "It is very dry. Very little sauce and very little cheese". My wife and her sister picked the toppings off the pieces they had already bitten into, put the breaded part back in the box and pushed it away. I called this location and asked to speak with the manager. I explained the situation and asked if I could receive a credit for the pizza at my next purchase. He said no, but if I came back to the store he would remake the pizza. I drove back, asked to speak with the manager and was told he was busy making a pizza. A minute later a different person came out and asked if I was the person who called. I said yes, are you the manager? No, the manager just left. What? Yes he left. Will he be back? (It was 7 PM). No, not for two days. This person asked what was wrong with the pizza. I showed him. He disappears with the pizza and comes back saying it is how they always make it. I pointed to the photo beside the cash register and asked, does my pizza (a pepperoni pizza in the photo) look like the one in your photo? The pizza in the photo had a continuous covering of cheese from edge to edge. I estimate that my pizza had one fourth that amount of cheese. Here is where it gets interesting. He replies, when you get other toppings we have to put on less cheese. I asked, less sauce also? Yes or the other toppings won't cook right. WHAT?!?!?!? He went on, "There is nothing wrong with the pizza and look, you already ate all the toppings off two pieces." So I asked, "Does this mean you are going to do nothing?". His comment, I can make another pizza but it will be exactly like this one". Out I went. I called another nearby Jets and asked for their manager. I asked for the phone number for Jets Customer Service. He was very helpful and respectful. I will continue this review when I get a final response from Jets Customer Service. I have now had two bad experiences with this particular Jets. I picked up my pizza and salad order for dinner one night only to get home and find that my order was wrong. We asked for no onions on our salad and "surprise" they put onions on it anyway. Annoying, but not the end of the world, so I didn't call and complain. But then after placing a large and expensive order a few weeks later online, I got home to find that the order was entirely wrong. It seemed that something had gone wrong with the online ordering. I called hoping someone could help me out, since I had just spent $60 and didn't have anything close to what my family wanted on our pizzas. The manager was nothing but unhelpful and told me that I accidentally ordered the wrong thing, and that they had no control over the online ordering (which doesn't sound like it should be my problem). I wanted them to deliver the correct order to my house (I live less than I mile away), I would have settled for me coming back and picking it up. But all I got was incompetence, bad pizza and out 60 bucks. Really regretting the great tip I left them when I picked it up. I will never go back to this location. read more
