When you see tip jars, I think the least they can do is provide napkins... Maybe just me?! Pizza was solid but not amazing. Ketchup on a piece of cardboard would probably have been better. I've had frozen 79¢ Totino's pizza from Kroger that tasted better and had more toppings than the grossly over-priced Jet's pizza. Yelp really needs a ZERO STARS option for places like Jet's. The only reason I gave Jet's a star is that it's the lowest score Yelp allows. Jet's does not deserve any stars!

However, with a friend picking up the pizza I'd ordered, they charged $29.90 stating that their prices had recently changed. That doesn't sit well. A 50% price increase upon arrival is not right. It sounds like the person who took my order and quoted me the price was thinking of the prior specials under the original ownership, and even though I ordered with those prices, they did not want to honor it. The manager was very argumentative, and I offered that I would return the pizza for a full refund or he could refund the difference. After 5 minutes of back and forth, the manager finally agreed to refund $6 to make it right. With the new ownership and massive price increases, I guess that's the last I'll be ordering of PizzAroma.
