I'm a big fan of Jet's, but for some reason or another I usually end up one at 12 Mile and Orchard Lake Road. I had a coupon and it said I could use it at any location show so I chose this one instead of that one, and I ordered an extra large barbecue chicken pizza and a large pepperoni. I'm docking a star because the parking is so busy here, it shares a lot with Plum Market so that's why. Their barbecue chicken pizza is my favorite and the extra large is huge, it contains 12 slices. My coupon was $10 off $25, I think I got it from doing a survey for them, so I sprung for the XL this time. I also threw in a large pepperoni. Their pepperoni is good, but I much preferred the barbecue chicken pizza. Overall, their pizza is very good though, and I recommend it. Check the deals section of the site, they had five dollars off specialty pizzas like this one and a bunch of other deals, too. read more

The crew members seemed to be working hard, attentive and friendly. No dining area but a small bench is provided so you can sit and wait for your order to be called. mostly takeouts. Jets is one of my favorite places to get pizza. I think that each location is very hit or miss, but this one has seemed to be very good thus far from my experience. I've ordered both from their app and even through door dash and each time the pizza is still hot and tastes great. I always go with the BBQ chicken pizza which Is my personal favorite for Jets. this use to be the best jets and tonight it was terrible ordered extras sauce in it and was nearly bone dry, crust wasn't crisp was soggy and you could tell it wasn't fresh. so chewy my jaw hurts. I called to ask a question that couldn't be answered by submitting an online order and was treated like an inconvenience. AND it costs more to order via phone. I love Jets pizza but I wouldn't order from this location unless you want your order to be completely messed up. Either they overcook your pizza and you have to ask for lightly baked just to get a normal baked pizza or they underbake it! Same with their Jet's bread. I realize that a lot of places are shortstaffed but standard still should be followed through before delivering pizza to someone's home. And if told that you're going to get a credit but it's going to take a couple of days for it to reflect on your bank account you can count on the fact that you will never ever see your money again. That has happened to me as well. This time around was the last straw where we got under baked literally raw Jets bread delivered to us tonight. When I called the young man was very pleasant but his manager was a very busy man and couldn't be bothered to get on the phone and only offered a partial refund for the half baked bread. The owner Patrick will call you and promise to credit account and then doesn't. Not happy w them at all and I've been a regular customer for years! This is a must when in Michigan. Jets pizza is amazingly delicious. We always get the 8 slice deep dish with pepperoni. The crust is heavenly and the flavor is always great. Hands down the best pizza in town. You just can't go wrong with their 8 corners. I moved to the US a few months ago and the single best thing I've had since moving is definitely Jet's. I've always held a place in my heart for Jet's Pizza. When my family first relocated to Canton, Michigan in 1996 it was one of the first places we went for pizza and we were hooked. Last week I moved to Michigan yet again and found myself hankerin' for some Jet's! I pulled them up on my phone and my order was taken with ease and promptness. 15 minutes later I was walking out of their West Bloomfield location with a large square pepperoni, hawaiian "Jet Boat", and a large Jet Bread. I have to say that in the 14 years since I first tasted a Jet's pizza not much has changed and that's a great thing. They're incredibly consistent across all of the locations I have been to. Great cheese, sweet sauce, and spicy pepperoni. The Jet Boat was cooked to perfection, and the Jet Bread is always topped with a few shakes of Parmesan which adds a nice sharpness to it. If you want to support a locally owned chain of pizza joints then try out Jet's. You won't be disappointed! read more

Wow - where are all of the reviews for this place? It's fantastic! The people here are great and very helpful. No BS and they take care of their customers. My experience with them has always been positive. The pizza is great, cooked perfectly, and tastes amazing. I get the Buffalo Ranch Chicken and a customized Pepperoni, black olives, and mushroom pizza with a turbo crust. They do a great job from order to pick-up/delivery.
