Our entire HVAC duct system was very thoroughly cleaned by him, and the furnace, heat pump and mini split were maintained and carefully cleaned as well. He also figured out a way to upgrade our older wireless thermostat to do what we wanted without requiring wiring. He showed us all of the work he was doing as he was doing it and did not charge suggest or charge for anything unnecessary. The pricing was fair and transparent, and his expertise in HVAC was clear. They were able to come out very soon after my initial request, and all communication was prompt and friendly. After being frustrated with not so great service from two other vendors in the past, Peter and Pure provided hands down the best HVAC experience we've had and we're switching over to Pure for both annual maintenance and to install another mini split later this year.

They moved furniture and tore out the damaged carpet in 2 rooms. The communication between the insurance company and Superior, then to us was seamless. The horrible situation of the flood was made much easier due to the exceptional service provided by Fidel and Ramadan. I've read some of the other poor reviews which seem to be a few years old. So perhaps some of the issues the other people experienced have been corrected. Also, perhaps working through the insurance company takes some of the headache out of the paperwork issue. My experience was extremely positive and I would use their service again (but fingers crossed I won't have another flood!)

Most of those reviews are pretty old. My experience was in June 2023; this team got an A+ rating in my book. These are organized and hard-working folks. I felt really comfortable having them in my home and handling my items. They even found a gift card and brought it immediately over to me. ***I want to personally thank Cody, Jerimiah, Travis, Angel, Shawn, and Waldo for the work they did for me. As well as leaders Thomas, Wendy, and Vicky.*** A few more comments for those who want to read further... We had an excellent Project Manager Thomas C. Thomas was professional and knowledgeable. He did a walkthrough of our house, documenting our moving needs and asking questions to clarify my requirements. Thomas took care of the insurance billing and advised me when I should contact the insurance company for items like extending our vault storage. Thomas was easy to get in contact with and responded the same day to my questions. Our pack-out occurred over 3 days, we had a team of 5-7 people on site supporting us each day. We worked with two site leads Wendy & Vicky who are experts in packing protocol and cataloging our personal items. Vicky and Wendy kept everyone coordinated so the work proceeded quickly with everyone knowing their roles. I adored our moving team; the crew was personable and careful with my items. The team answered my packing questions and accommodated me when I wanted to pull something out of the pack pile. Everyone was respectful of my property and my pets who were still onsite. Nothing was damaged during our move. The team also worked hard even in the 85-plus-degree weather. At the time of this review, construction is still ongoing, so we have not moved back yet. But I trust my Project Manager Thomas will work with me and I hope to see some familiar faces working with us again. I said ok...then they told me they would have to take the carpet to their shop but could do it at that time. I called back in a few days and set an appointment for Thursday. We waited all day....did not arrive. Called Today (Friday) and asked what time they would be available. They said they would not be able to. One out until January 2 ( a week). I needed this done right away but he refused to send someone out to pick up my rug(9'x7') small. When I did not like his response he said he thought I should try another company. I asked to speak with the manager. He said he was in a meeting and could not be disturbed. I cancelled and won't deal with Coit again. Very poor customer service and because of that I doubt the work would be any better A two because the original woman who scheduled us was very pleasant. Definitely not even a two for Coit

Debbie was quick to respond as well as putting my mind at ease that she would get moving on a team to respond quickly. Debbie called me back within minutes to let me know that Rick would be reaching out and that a team would be dispatched and at my home within the hour. Fidel and his partner showed up quicker than expected and immediately got to work assessing the situation and getting the proper equipment into my home. He as well as Rick and Debbie assured me that they would work directly with my insurance company thus adding another layer of customer care and value which helped ease my unfortunate problem. After speaking with my insurance adjuster I found out that Coit provided great price value as they work to close out this portion of my insurance claim.
