I would select zero star rating if it was available. These people will lie to you, not stand by their contract with you, will allow "renters from hell" to destroy your home, as happened in my case, and not hold the renters accountable for the damage they caused, regardless of their agreements with renters that "say" they will hold them accountable. They will not! I've lost all of my $75,000 of sweat equity from remodeling my current home, and the previous remodeled home's equity that I invested in my current home. I set the occupancy of my home to 4 people, because 2 of the 3 bedrooms were very small. They allowed a family of six in my home, which is a clear breach of contract. These people destroyed my home is less than 2 1/2 yrs. after I worked so very hard to remodel the entire home and property. They don't check on the renters compliance for agreements they signed with them, and will allow them to do whatever they want, because no one is checking up on them. They will lie to your face that everything is fine and going well (as documented in their emails to me), when they haven't a clue. My home is now full of toxic black mold in my kitchen, bathroom, laundry room, hallway, laundry room closet, water heater closet, pantry, living room and one small bedroom and master bedroom, all except one small bedroom. I now have to face a second Winter in my destroyed home that is full of toxic black mold, as documented by a reputable lab and mold remediation company (LifeSpan Systems).They ruined just about every surface in my house, which were all in new or like new condition. My home was ready for sale; clutter free, weed free, clean, and in great shape. My dishwasher and kitchen range are toast, one of my French doors fell off, my roof is leaking from people walking all over the low sloped roof, my back door and French doors won't close without force etc. Their insurance company found no liability with the destruction of my home and 1+ acre yard. What a joke. I'm filing a complaint with the State's Attorney General under the Consumer protection Act for deceitful and unfair business practices. Hopefully they can put an end to Jevons criminal behavior of its clients, whether renters or homeowners. This is a horrible crime that they have committed against me. I've heard other horror stories from a mold inspector. If you value your property, and financial well-being, DO NOT BE FOOLED BY ENRIQUE JEVONS LIES AND schmoozing (smooth talking tell you what you want to hear), DECEIT, INCOMPETENCE AND NEGLIGENCE. They only want your money and don't give a damn about you or your property. You have been forewarned! Don't do it, or you will regret it. If I had the money, I would sue, sue, sue them! I am disabled with severe arthritis in my hands, and they have walked all over this hardworking, responsible and decent woman of 58 yrs. DON'T LET THEM DO THIS TO YOU!!!! PLEASE!!!! After reviewing just a small sampling of damage photos I've provided, please, please, please do your self a favor and have a trusted friend manage your home as a rental. Jevons is a self-serving (we can do no harm) that doesn't give a rat's a_ _ about your property! A friend would never do you such an injustice to your hard earned equity or property or friendship. With Kimberlee H, this property is an unlicensed business housing adult males that are not to be in the community alone alarms on all doors, the newest addition is intimidating and the police and/or ambulances have been there at least once a week since this tenant has moved in. the fence board has been torn off, pretty sure due to an attempted escape. When calling Jevons they say the lease is for 1 person when in fact I witnessed when they moved in well over a year because I called due to the continual activity, there were 5 refrigerators as well as 5 of these individuals moved that are not on the lease, the "tenants" change shifts every 12 hours as they are caregivers in an unlicensed facility. I cant even look at my own garden without being chased of by one of the "tenants" now I see two washing machines added to the back yard as well. This is not zoned for a behavioral health facility. The owner is clearly a slum lord. I will be filing a complaint with the city as well as the police department, I should not have a male or anyone stancing over my fence while I overlook my own garden. And they need to fix the fence, remove the rat attracting washing machines. Jevons needs to be held as accountable as the owner of the house. read more

Sorry to say because of that I have lost more money than I would ever have paid for an agent. 12 years ago I acquired several properties in Yakima. Because I live North of Seattle, for the first 6 years I traveled 10,000 miles to Yakima and back to repair, rent, and collect rent. One day while going over the mountain one more time the light came on. I need an agent to do all of this for me. On the wall of the apartment down at the end of my street was a Jevons Property sign. I called them and Enrique himself came right over. I liked what I heard and we connected. Now let me say this, there is no magic bullet in the rental business. But for me, Jevons Property Management comes really close to being one. Things happen. Now I call or text the manager ( she feels like my personal manager) Katie Windsor and it gets fixed or rented. They start by removing the dumpster which is included in the rent, then they tack on owed monies to your online auto payment account without explanation, they knowingly allow pimps to run prostitutes on the property and allow prostitutes and narcotics mules to squat on the property never having to pay any money for rental charge, they sit furniture outside full of bugs and lice and allow street people to sleep on these furnishings in front of rented apartments while these squatters attempt to open locked windows, knock on the windows at all times of day and night begging for showers, clothes, food, tobacco, money or to live in a rented apartment, they allow properties to become physically dirty with VD crabs, roaches, lice and mites and then attempt to gauge when the renter is not home and then enter into the property to sit on, lay on any personal renters furnishings inside of the apartments, they attempt to thieve WI-FI internet and they are RACIST RACIST RACIST, removing white people from the properties that are not involved in narcotics and prostitution. read more

I selected Jevon's rather blindly since we live across the state and had no personal knowledge of companies. I have been very happy. They alert me immediately when something needs to be fixed, getting permission first, and then handling all the details. I have been happy with all aspects and would recommend them to other homeowners. Nothing is ever perfect, but Jevon's has been about as close to perfect as humanly possible. She made sure I understood how to enter my notice to vacate through the online portal. A friend of mine will be applying to the unit I will be vacating from, and Sarrah gave me advice on how they can apply sooner rather than later. I also had a concern about a refund. It's good to have a pro on your side when your A/C goes out at the beginning of a heat wave! Edwin responded to our service request quickly and got a technician out to fix the unit in record time despite such technicians scrambling to keep up with public demand. Edwin kept on the case with updates and a lot of behind-the-scenes work to make sure the unit was functioning properly.
