I think you may want to retrain your staff on how to handle customers in the future. Well, almost 1 week later customer service was good enough to get back to me and I gave him the information they needed never heard back from them. Granite, I ordered the wrong item, but I guess they still won't take it back all it was with some coffee filters. Future online buyers beware if you order something wrong, their customer service claims to be concerned to handle good customers but for us never got back to us.

I had to wait two hrs for a script they messed up on and it was still wrong. The Pharmacist stated she was going on lunch in 30mins and would not be to look at getting my script corrected for at least an 1 1/2. Why does my insurance want me to use them! I also walk out frustrated.
