Prices have increased quite a bit, so this year I decided to keep it simple and order just the lamb. The online system didn't allow me to select the date I needed, so I called for help. That's where things became frustrating. I spoke with Chef Jose, and communication was difficult. I asked if he spoke Spanish, since it's my native language and I thought it might help. His response felt dismissive, mentioning he speaks Italian and other things, but the interaction itself came across as borderline rude and unhelpful. That impression was later echoed by the front desk, who suggested I contact another chef. Chef Doug, on the other hand, was the complete opposite. Even though we played a bit of phone tag, he consistently followed up with a helpful and kind attitude, which I truly appreciated. Overall, this is still a market we want to love. It has been part of our routine and community. But between the recent produce issues and inconsistent customer service, it has been a bit disappointing compared to what it once was. I'm hopeful they find their way back to the quality and warmth that made them our favorite local market in the first place. BTW, one must place the order all the way to the paying screen to be able to select the desire pick up date.

Never get your medication sent pharmacy. The Pharmacist Mallisa won't fill your prescription if your address isn't locally. My thoughts if this has som to do with all Osco pharmacys, because my step-dad is still waiting. Meanwhile this is our locally pharmacy and my step-dad is from Chicago although my mom called here prior to see if they had his medication before having his doctor to send it thereafter his address is from Chicago..Meanwhile, my mom have it sent to the Osco Pharmacy in Glen Ellyn which is 30mins away prior to sending it ther they said they also have the medication.
