I got my ring back a week ago and took it to different Jewelers in the surrounding area and all said, "the prong work leaves alot to be desired" - they were to replace a prong on my sapphire and tip the other 3. There are ripples in the tipped prongs and they are so bad the Jewelers reviewing it would not attempt to tell me which one was replaced. I have had this ring for over a decade, it is well loved and in sterling silver, which is soft but the sapphire is not centered. There is a huge gap and the stone is pushed to one side leaving it diagonal. There are several prongs on the accent setting that needs replacement, that was never even mentioned to me when I brought it in. This ring was giving to me by my father when I was 19, it was 1,000 almost 20 years ago, my father passed in January. There is no amount of money too great for this ring. I added photos so you can see how poorly this ring was done, every jeweler I've spoken with said they would not return my ring to me like this. The stone they lost, I went to pick up my ring and was told the jeweler forgot to put the stone in. Why was my ring not inspected before it was put in a bag as completed? The ruby was not in the bag and they only told me it was lost thr next day, because the color did not match and they had to order a new ruby. THE COLOR STILL DOES NOT MATCH! In the sun you can see how pink the stone is compared to the others. And the ruby below the ruby they replaced has been chipped in the same spot the prong lays on the stone they replaced. This ring is "well loved", it is almost 20 years old. But none of my stones were chipped when I brought it in. There was no mention of a chipped stone when it was brought in. I know there are no photos of a chipped stone because my stone WAS NOT CHIPPED! The prong that broke was on the opposite side of the ring. I've included a photo of how my ring looked before it was brought in. I am devastated this all happened. I'm angry how this was handled. Every jeweler was surprised this was Oz's work and so am I. I will be taking this as far as I can. I'm an accountant, I have money Melissa and the ring you messed up means more to me than you will ever know.

He checked and replace all the prongs on all my diamonds because he noticed they were very worn (been on my finger for 30 years!) so he replace all 12 prongs as well as setting the new stone. And cleaned the ring too. I was overjoyed when I got it back because it literally looked brand new. All the scratches on the gold were buffed out and it looked fantastic. Price was extremely reasonable and the turn around time was phenomenal! Oz has been my families go to jeweler for 35 years. I can't imagine getting anything new or having a repair done anywhere but with him. The entire staff is absolutely awesome! Highly recommend Oz's jewelers for that special piece you're looking for. The plants are beautiful and I always buy too many. I always find something new I love. Today, I bought several herbs, including a Spicy Orange Thyme. It smelled so good - might be nice in a a stir-fry or an Orange Beef dish. I also bought a Calla Lily. They had half a dozen colors, but the one I couldn't resist was a bright orange-yellow and it reminded of a Torch Lily. The prices on some things are a little higher than I want to pay, but there's no question that they're grown well and look great. The Basil today was huge - a plant that I haven't been able to get to live for the last few years (bought from a different nursery.) The staff are extremely knowledgeable and always friendly and ready to help. Be sure to take a look at the giant plant they have growing in the greenhouse. Gotta go! I've got to plant all this stuff!

While he did the tasks I requested, his attitude was appalling. He has been with Verizon over a year and should have received customer service training. His flippant attitude was uncalled for. Most of the hour spent there, I was the only customer. No reason at all to be in a hurry. Hoping Verizon ups their customer service training. Tech knowledge is important, but, even more critical to a sale is a kind attitude and positive customer service experience.
