Excellent service and highly recommend. I contacted for a quote to replace a battery and Howdy quoted $8.50 and when I went to the store, he realized that it was a lithium battery and said it would be $10, since he quoted 8.50, he just charged me that price. I had taken additional two watches for battery replacement and he volunteered to give discount of $1 each for all the watch battery replacements. I went in to talk to Howdy. My wedding ring was damaged and he assessed the situation. He told me how he could fix it and improve the structure of the ring. He replaced some of the components and basically reassembled the ring with me parts while keeping my stones intact. He did ask this for an amazing price. When I showed him a pair of earrings that other jewelers said were not fixable, he said he would do the best he could for free. He got all the work done in 3 weeks. I bought a watch and needed a few links removed from the metal strap. I heard about Jewelry Limited from a family member and decided I'd stop by to see how much they charged/remove those links. They were very friendly, hospitable, and prompt. When I asked how much I owed, they told me it was on the house. Removing a couple of links only takes a couple of minutes and costs around $10, but the fact that they didn't even think of charging me for it speaks volumes.
