If I could give a zero star now I would. I purchased bangles offline. When they arrived they were too small. I immediately call the store and ask for a refund. They told me no refunds. Yet in more than 5 places on the internet it says you have 10 -15 days to return your item no questions asked. I called back and spoke to the manager Shiva who said I can return the bangles but with a 25% restocking fee. What ? Even online it says if necessary it's a 15% stocking fee. This isn't a special order or a sale item. This is absolutely ridiculous. How can you change your policies on the phone but say something entirely different all over the net. read more

This was LITERALLY a one-stop shop for my family and I. I'm not too sure what might have happened with some other yelp reviewers, but I got service that went ABOVE and BEYOND. I wasn't too sure how the experience would be going in, since I was in to buy bridal pieces & accessories, and this was my first time in Dallas shopping for such things after LA let me down a couple months ago. To my surprise, there were multiple people working at Malani! I had two ladies, Payal & Anuska, to MYSELF....for like 2.5 hours! I went in when the sun was up, and was there till the sun was well set. They ran with me from one end of the store to the other. We looked at heavy, light, in between bridal sets & bangles/karre, rings, earrings, pendants, etc etc etc. I'm so happy with my purchase and so thrilled to be writing a review for such a deserving jewelry shop. It was DIFFICULT to find something I didn't like. I'm also super thrilled that we met the owner of the place who was SUPER pleasant as we galavanted from section to section of the shop. He held a conversation with my dad, spoke to me on numerous occasions and wasn't curt or irritated that we took a while to make these HARD decisions. Very sorry to say that I bought some bangles from them, after some months when I wanted to change the design, they tried to charge $3000 less than the original price, I also showed the receipt, but still they kept bargaining. I feel like my mom lives at this store. They have a huge collection of jewelry. Today we went in to find bangles for me and two sales ladies came to help and heard what I said on what I wanted. They price the items very well too, but keep in mind that the price you get today can change tomorrow since gold value goes up and down so quickly. read more

We are not happy with Malani Jewelers and wouldn't recommend anyone to go there due to the following reasons. The Owner Amil was so rude and not even willing to reduce $3 when we rounded off the check amount. I haven't seen any person in US with this attitude. The sales person "Varsha" was also rude and she told that Malani jewelers only decide what to sell and how to sell when we asked to remove the stud from the necklace set which had some tightening issues. The stud was defective and they were not willing to accept it. They had only few kids necklace sets and they were boosting that no other jewelers in US carry such amount of varieties/collections. I was happy that they didn't charge us for the water bottles they provided. They carry only 22 carat 916 jewellery but not hall mark. Hall Mark is one of the best quality standards which Malani is not adhering. we are totally disappointed with Malani Jewelers and told this word to our friends circle so that they would understand the real attitude of Malani Jewelers. read more
