It's not the most organized place on Earth but they do have dressing rooms and had a present attendant to assist you in getting one. I found a cute sweater that when I tried it on, felt like was made for me so I opted to get it. Little did I know that meant joining and endless line that swerved into narrow rows that if you suddenly changed your mind, you'd be trapped in. Also, I hope you don't object to children and families because I definitely saw quite a few of them here though none bothered me and I actually felt reassured that home training and good family values still happen since the family in front of me behaved respectfully, the parents were attentive and they seemed like a functional family that cared about one another. Those rows are far from boring since you'll see all kinds of items there. I opted to include a hairbrush since I needed one and you probably can't have too many of them. The line did move, I got my items checked out and ended up on my way. I haven't usually found things here but if you have time and want something badly enough to brave the long line, you might just find something that fits the bill.

I keep making the same mistake coming on the weekend. This place is super unorganized and it's only getting worse since the boom in people moving to the area. The line is always super love. I do give the people working here five starts because it isn't their fault customers don't put items back. There is a changing room here in case you want to make sure that nicely priced down dress you like looks good. I always appreciate the shoe section, they always have my size. The bedding area is where it gets tricky. You can find a nice bed in a bag but it's always a king size. It's rare for an nyc apartment to have a king size bed in it so I'm guessing that's why kings are always there. They literally have so many sizes here, there's home goods, pet stuff and electronics. It's pretty much like every other marshals you'd go to. Just remember about that line I mentioned earlier, it's a killer especially when there isn't a lot of people at the reregister.

I found their muffins, scones and bakery items to be much fresher. Expiration date a little longer than the one in Queens Blvd. I came here to get eggs. There was only three cartons left. Always check your eggs before running off to the check out counter. There were at least 1-2 cracked eggs in all three cartons. Asked staff if there were more eggs available and informed him the three cartons should be taken out of the shelves. Staff went back and came back with three cartons of eggs. I took 2. Sign up for Target Circle which is free. You get discounts every week as a member. The eggs were buy one carton get the other at 50% off. You will get more value and discounts with Target Circle. Don't forget to check Target weekly circular for sales and bargains. Tried to shop for clothes and shoes, but there were not much of a selection in the clothing section which was limited and small. For these items I go to the Target at Queens Place. Basically shop for essentials and grocery items here.

Is ok to come here and grab a thing or two while passing buy but I suggest you go to the bigger one in Queens Blvd for your real needs.

This was my first--and sadly, likely my last--visit to this TJ Maxx location…read more While the store is bigger than the one in Rego Park, it's extremely disorganized. Clothing racks are a mess, with sizes all mixed up, making it frustrating to shop. To make matters worse, the bathroom was disgustingly dirty. I don't understand why there's a code on the door when the restroom isn't maintained at all. There was no hand soap, no paper towels or tissues, no working hand dryer, and the smell was awful. It clearly hasn't been cleaned in a while. One employee, a middle age Asian male staff member sorting packages in the middle of a busy aisle, was also very unprofessional. I mistakenly took his cart and was yelled at loudly in front of other customers, even after I apologized. I saw him later yelling at another woman for the same thing. That kind of behavior is unacceptable. They seem to get good business, but the store seriously needs work--especially in organization, cleanliness, and staff professionalism. I recommend shopping at the Rego Park location instead, where customers are treated with basic respect.

Clothes were falling off hangers like leaves in autumn, and you could usually spot one or two items on the floor in any direction. It's a typical TJ Maxx scene but a bit messier. This store boasts two floors: the first floor is a treasure trove of women's selections, while the second floor is dedicated to men's selections and household goods. You could say it's a bifurcated wonderland of bargains and chaos. I checked out their bag selection but wasn't too impressed. Marshalls still holds the crown for that in my book. After a good 10 minutes of browsing and not finding anything I needed, I decided it was time to make my exit.

This target was the only location that had it in stock. I was very shocked to see how huge this place was, everything was in stock at this location. The guest pickup was completely empty so I got what I needed. I decided to walk around. I didn't like that they had clearance randomly stocked on certain shelves. I felt that they should just have one isle of clearance, they didn't. The toy isles were very big. I wish my target near me had a toy section. I found it funny that this location still sold CDs. Lol what is this the late 1990s? The store was super clean. The service was on point as it always is in a target. Target always has great values, i just didn't like that it was in different parts of the store. Huge food shopping section with great deals.

The problem is finding a Target with them in stock. Looked for the cheese, strawberry, banana, and peach on their website when I got to work. No target around my job had them, and 50 mile radius option has shown Target's in NJ, Westchester & deep Long Island having them, but only the Target in W. Nyack said that they had them in stock, so I was going to drive the 2 hours, after work, to get her the banana. Then the peach popped up as in stock at the Flushing location. Left work as soon as I got off, took the LIRR, and rushed to this location (cause you Mfers wouldn't answer the phone). Got there, and to my dismay, nothing in the shelves. Saw Jessica G. come from the back, and asked if they had them. She looked on her handheld, nothing came up, until she put the item number in. Sho nuff, they had 9 peaches in the back, with a 2 max limit. Jessica also found a squishy duck, which my daughter also wants. JESSICA G. you made me stopping my boycott for the day well worth it. While he did that, I ran another errand. When I came back, he'd only made copies of two keys. I handed him the originals back, with the third key in my fingers, for him to make two copies of that one as well. I paid for my merchandise, got home, tried to use my new keys in the door...he'd made another pair of one of the other keys. So I go back to get the correct key made. "You made a mistake and copied the wrong key." He tells me "I can't work with you. Go somewhere else." "It was your mistake," I said, keeping myself calm though I was outraged. "If you're unhinged, I can't work with you." He actually said that to me. So he's lost a loyal customer. I will gladly go a block farther to the store on 23rd Avenue when I need something. This kind of thing is also why I buy from big box stores. They have standards for customer service and disciplinary measures when those standards are not met.
