I hired this company for a heavy up and they moved my existing location to my roof blocking the reinstallation of a gutter. This was after failing inspection on their initial installation causing three trips to my house and days without electricity. Incompetent. Trying to contact them is frustrating. The entire company runs through someone working from home who then has to contact someone else to get any answers. Unorganized. They told me Pepco told them to block my gutters which is just a blatant lie. If they told you to put it where the old one was (like they claim) that would not be blocking a gutter. They lied and told me they have a photo of the old one being on the roof. They literally left the old one up. Photo attached. Dishonest. I needed…read more"smart" dimmer switches installed that required the neutral wire to be connected, with the line and load wires connected to specific poles on the dimmer. My original switches bypassed the neutral line. Dwayne had no problem understanding the technical requirements and correctly routed the neutral line into the dimmer, with the line and load wires on the right poles. Not by accident, either, as I saw him use a non-contact sensor to verify which was which. He didn't want to open the breaker first (does any electrician ever do this?), but he wore thick insulated gloves (I've never seen one use those before). This guy seems to know what he's doing.
