But that too was a lie, they did nothing of the sort. I have paid upwards of $10,000 and its still a nightmare. Currently my house I s flooding due to shoddy work. He said that my disposal looked like it was 10+ years old. The tech didn't even attempt to press the reset button. Told me that the new disposals are now hard wired to the electrical outlet. As a realtor, I have seen several sinks that had not been used for a week or more and the disposal works. So I wasn't buying his excuse. I also had water that leaked from under my bathroom pedestal sink. The water did more than leak it flooded my basement floor. He took pictures of the hose behind the sink. The tech said that it was the sink's fixture. I told him that the water was gushing out from underneath the basin. I don't believe anything that this guy said about any of my problems. He was in my house for only about 15 minutes, like a revolving door. Before he left he said that he was going to have his company reach out to the home warranty company to see if the garbage disposal and pedestal sink fixtures are covered.
