Unfortunately I cannot recommend this company. I was referred to them through my water heaters…read morewarranty company. The technician that came out (who I later found out was the owner) was very polite and explained that we needed a part that would arrive in a couple of days. A couple of days went by and I didn't hear anything so I reached out to the company. I spoke with the secretary who told me that the technician was not available, but she would have him to call back. Despite her promise of him calling back he never did and I proceeded to call back every day for two weeks without a response. At one point the secretary told me that the technician was in fact the owner and she had no clue why he wouldn't return my call. Normally I would have quickly called another company but I had to use this individual due to the water heater warranty company. After two weeks of calling without a response or the replacement part I ended up with a basement full of water caused by the leaking water heater that they were supposed to fix. I ended up calling another reputable plumbing company that was able to fix the issue the same day. I'm really unsure why the technician never called back, perhaps it was because he was being paid by the warranty company and felt that the job was too small. Either way I wouldn't recommend them due to the poor customer service.

I rushed to shut off the water, then call Walker & Sons as soon as I could. They didn't pick up at first, but called me back near immediately and tried to wedge me into the schedule for the evening. Keep in mind, this is the day before Christmas Eve...about an hour later, Shawn showed up and saved the day. To make it easier for him, I cut into the wall and removed the badly welded part, and he put a cap on the pipe for me until I could figure out my next steps. Seriously - thank you so much. I needed someone to install a gas line from my basement to the kitchen (we were installing a new…read moregas range to replace an older electric one). Also, I needed someone to install two toilets that I had purchased and had delivered from Lowe's in Chantilly. Bray and Scarf (from whom we are purchasing the stove) gave an estimate for the gas line of $390. LBB's estimate was over $1000! Lowe's price for installing the toilets was $155 each, and LBB's was over $300 each. I can't comment on the quality of the work, but the prices speak for themselves. In addition, the plumber almost forgot to keep his appointment with me (until he was reminded by his wife). He also promised to have an estimate to me the next day (Wed) but by Friday I had heard nothing. I called again and was promised that the plumber would call me. My wife also called saying we needed to get his done quickly. It was about 2 hours later that we got the estimate. Maybe the plumber didn't like getting called twice and gave a high bid so he wouldn't get the work. Even then , I would have to rate the business as unreliable.
