Was driving back from EHC to EHT and wanted Chinese food on a whim. Looked up the same on Yelp and Jiang wasn't too far out of my way so I thought I'd try it. What a mistake I made! It was phenomenal!!! My mistake was I never went there until last night. Behind the counter I could see they were slammed. The young guy at the counter was so nice and the woman was just so sweet apologizing for how busy she was. There were about 4 people that came in behind me as well. Spring rolls were fresh and chock full of the appropriate veggies of cabbage, carrots and shrimp. The special lomein was ordered w extra vegetables as there's never enough. It was loaded with veggies which means they paid attention (no other place ever listens!). Not only loaded but delicious as well! I'm sad we've never ordered from Jiang previously. I look forward to trying their other items in the menu as well. Living in EHT we're limited to Best Food In Town which really isn't and a few others that just under impress me. Go there! Love Jiang's food - pork fried rice, wonton soup, orange chicken, lo mein, chow mein, and sweet and sour pork are a few of our favorites. They are very fast, you can order ahead to pick it up. There is no seating onsite. The parking lot is large and easily accessible. read more

I had ordered for a pickup. My buddy and I had been craving some decent chinese food and we found this place and decided to try it since it was cheap. They did not disappoint with how it tasted. Very quick service as well. When I answered the door I had been worried about not having enough cash but he had a card reader. Would order again soon. read more

No shrimp rolls in my order..Ordered 2 No chicken in my chicken and shrimp shrimp only . Hard noodles in factory bags . No house duck sauce .. Brown Sauce VERYYYY salty Wontons rancid pork as most places these days.Who ever is suppling all these places is awful. No greens in the wonton soup no strips pork. Don`t know how this disaster `jiangs on`. Tried it yrs ago didn`t like. So after seeing reviews 4+ on multiple platforms decided to try again. I ate an egg roll while unpacking the rest.I must say it was tasty and not greasy like alot tend to be & couldn`t wait to eat the rest. 1st,never saw a Chinese rest that doesn`t offer `homemade duck sauce` only the packaged junk. Then, the noodles they give you were factory pkgd w/upc. Then the fried shrimp app looked & tasted factory. So this tells me they are really `reselling mfr product` and not really making much.They couldn`t do a veg dumpling as I asked (prob b/c they didn`t have it from the factory). The broccoli garlic was a weird taste not typical or pleasant.Other items in our order ranged from dry to even suspect. VERY disappointing and suspect good reviews are from local Stockton dorm kids that are too drunk or tired to notice the greasy dry mess in front of them I would stay away. read more

So get this. I order sweet and sour pork 10 mins before closing. I arrive 2 mins before they close and pay. The store says another customer did not pick up their General Tsos chicken and gave it to me for free. It turns out, it was the best General Tso's chicken I've ever had. The fried rice was amazing as well. The sweet and sour pork was fine, but the General Tso's chicken should be ordered by every single person in New Jersey and Philadelphia. Jiang's has been a family favorite for many many years. No matter what we order from the expansive menu it is always hot, delicious, and very generously portioned. The food is always prepared quickly and everything is always piping hot which is nice because it's still hot when we get home. Food is always really good. I never have a problem with the food. The issue comes when I go to order. Whenever I call to order, the young lady taking my order is always rude. I've eaten here more times than I care to imagine. This is a broke college students dream. $7.50 lunch special (until 3:30!) with an egg roll and soup, it will turn your lazy hangover day around I guarantee. Chicken with broccoli and General Tso's are fantastic meals but the cheese wontons are my favorite item they offer. The wonton soup is unanimously everyone's favorite but don't sleep on the spicy sour soup if you feel like changing it up. Jiangs absolutely blows every single "best food in town" out of the water. It's still Americanized greasy Chinese food but a tad fresher and so much more flavorful for a great price. read more

I am definitely a fan of Jiang's. I used to work right next door and ordered from here probably twice a week. Not my favorite Chinese restaurant, but definitely better than average. The food is standard Chinese-American fare, yummy and comforting. Jiang's is not too greasy, especially their eggrolls, which I appreciate. This is a little hole in the wall in a strip mall, and Jiang's doesn't pretend to be anything other than that. Service is quick and friendly enough. Food is very inexpensive. Yup! It's good, very good. Diffidently not ghetto. An F-16, 177th ANG pilot, who goes here weekly, recommended it while we were visiting. The 3 different orders we had were amazing. Very tasteful, no salty after taste. Super friendly, called in an order while driving back from NY, and picked up. All packed in ready to eat serving trays, all hot, with place settings and sauces.
