I went and gotten a car oil change and my car was fine. Everything was fine. The car was running great after I had an engine light on but it wasn't the problem with the car. It was a problem with the gas cap and the gas cap issues going out for a while now is not a big issue and it doesn't a engine to fail or anything and the engine light comes on just because of the gas cap issue, nothing major with the engine even previous Jiffylupe I went to look at the oil change, never had problem with that the other location was on a different Jeff everything was fine I got the oil change and I never had a no problem as soon as I go to this location at 12st and northern and get a oil change the biggest mistake I ever made. I'll get there to get oil changed after the oil change. I drove off the car.started to have a Problems making Clinking sound making a bunch of noises after that. Is it a coincidence? this managers are delusional the workers there are just a bunch of kids. Don't know anything wanna be mechanics don't know anything about oil change. I suggest nobody go there horrible place to go to. Don't ever step your car in there. These people do not know what they're doing so if they mess up your car that was Do Not go there or do business or anything with them they were use excuses and they will use excuses on you for anything. the will lie. They were trying to flip their problems around and make the problem yours. They will team up and just lie and use excuses on you. I suggest you guys do not go there I repeat do not go there after all this I took my car somewhere else and I found out what happened to the car. This idiot fucking went into my ancient it does something loosen up the bolts. Did a few things in my car start making Clinton sound after I took the car to the main dealership to a regular brand dealership, the end of fixing it they fix the issue with no problem. The dealership told me that Jiffy lube , whatever the oil change places loosen up the bolt on my engine and it was making noises after I come back to Jeff to tell them the problem and completely ignore everything they don't wanna take accountability. They lied the managers lied too. Yeah it was horrible. I had to call the police final report once again guys worst place to go to do not ever go there and don't ever get your oil changed there worst place ever. read more

Went here for an oil change a few weeks ago. They supposedly checked all fluid levels including coolant. My engine overheated this week and the coolant was totally gone. They certainly didn't check the coolant level at all. Would not trust them enough to go back. read more

Went there twice to get my oil changed. They have staff issues and it's between one to two and a half hours to get service.

Went in once, got oil changed, came home, oil leaking, went back had them fix it, they said they tightened something, leak stopped. Went to the dealer for my regular service, dealer asked if there had been a leak/something happened prior, I said yes, explained Jiffy Lube experience, they said i should speak to them about fixing it. Went there today (with picture and documentation), person working defensive, said dealer "tampered" with it, took no responsibility at all, despite the fact that they did mess up and "fix" it in the exact way this damage would be caused, talking to manager tomorrow let's hope for better luck with him. Updating review as the two people I worked with today were lovely and helpful. Hopefully their work today solves the problem. read more

One word to sum up the service "Impressed!" I had a phenomenal first time experience at this Jiffy Lube. I took my car to get an oil change, air filter replacement, new cabin filter and coolant flush. With no appointment I rolled right in and was out in lighting speed. The three gentleman including one of the managers all worked with each other to tag team my car. How often can you go get any time of service where all employees are hands on? You can't say one person was lazy at this shop they all worked with each other to get my car in and out. Prior to any of the services they explained to me or showed me what was wrong. Then they showed me the break down of cost along with options. After that my car was serviced and I was out. The shop is clean and welcoming. A TV is playing while you wait. The staff is super friendly named Shayne, Keith and one other gentlemen you can count on. I know nothing about cars but enough to know when something ain't right. I feel confident in bringing any vehicle I own to this Jiffy Lube due to the integrity of the staff and the superior customer service. Oil changes in a jiffy! We came in for a quickie oil change. This place offers light mechanic's services- changing filters, oil, topping off fluids, etc. I got their oil change with synthetic oil. Jiffy Lube offers an air conditioned waiting room with coffee, magazines and television, but I always like to watch the crew work on the cars. The crew here worked like a finely oiled machine, shouting between under the hood of the car to the bay below, they coordinated all the service I needed. They changed out my air filter, and they added some windshield wiper fluid. When they poured in the windshield wiper fluid, it poured out immediately into the bay below. They were nice enough to reach in there, and tighten up the bolt that sealed it up, and fixed the leak at no charge. They didn't try to sell me on extra services we didn't need, or offer to top off the blinker fluid at an extra fee. The prices were quite reasonable, and the service was fast, efficient and friendly. The oil change shop is located catercorner from an interesting geodesic dome, so it's easy to find. read more

My oil light and check engine light came on so I pulled into a jiffy lube on Broadway and Rural and they said there was no oil and no leaks. They said the other location must have not put any oil in so they filled it for free to make up for the error of the Northern location!!!! They could have blown my engine and there were like 6 people working!!! What was the manager checking? Obviously not my oil!!!! Pissed!!! We called yesterday 3 minutes before they closed and Paul answered all the questions we had and looked up the battery we needed to make sure they had it in stock. Today we went and Paul greeted us and got to work right away on the battery. He was very informative, let us watch the whole process and when we had extra questions regarding the type of battery he was happy to answer and explain the difference. My wife took my car in for an oil change on 7/23/2018. Today 8/4/2018 just 12 days later, my Oil Change signal is back on. There are no leaks; my garage is dry, my parking space at work is dry. Now I've got to spend my only day off to visit another Jiffy Lube location with my receipt do that can correct this issue. I'm not returning to the 12th St & Northern location to give them another chance to perform poorly, nor do I recommend this location to anyone. read more

In February,They charge me $685 for my radiator to be repaired. A couple of weeks ago my car started to overheat. I take it back to them and they would not admitted their problem. they claim,it could be one of many things and refused to look at it. I called their office several times and received no reply. Last week I went to another JP lube location off of Thomas air conditioning change within 24 hours my car started overheating. The following week they tell me that my car and I didn't have any coolant. If this location will you would have look at my car and did a follow up. I would not have been without coolant. but they created a problem. Jiffy Lube is a scam and I'm surprise that they are still in business. read more

Very disappointed in this place today. I asked how long it would be - 2 cars in front of me and was told about 40 minutes. First car took 50 minutes- it wasn't just an oil change. I asked what was up and the guy admitted the mgr who told me 40 was way off and finally he was honest enough to admit the next car also wasn't just a 15 minute oil change either. Thankfully I left and got good service on 7th near Camelback. Mad I gave this shop another chance - a few years ago I went and they couldn't get the oil filter off- their wrench was broken. They left my fiance's car with the door open and keys inside outside for ten minutes.... As five men continued to work on one vehicle they all were hovering around. How many men does it take on one vehicle? I almost question their skills and incompetence. Only one of the men had good customer service skills and the rest looked extremely young. Went in today during my lunch break for a quick oil change. Whenever I choose Jiffy Lube, I never really know what I'm going to get. Some locations are ok, others are pretty darn slow. I hit this location today, at around 1pm and was on the road in less than a half hour! It wasn't very busy, but I was very pleased with the service. They didn't push on the up-selling, of course they asked, but I liked that there wasn't the high pressure there normally is. The two techs were very pleasant, and the manager was very friendly and kind. They did a good job cleaning the windows/vacuuming as well! This location is a good 8 miles from work, but I chose it because they had the best reviews of all the Jiffy Lubes in a 10 mile radius. I will be defintely be coming back to this location! Great job.
