This is my second trip to them for servicing my Mercedes GLC and their amazing!!!Definitely would recommend the Ashland Jiffy Lube.

I slid in this shady establishments because I saw three able bodies sitting around talking thinking I could get an oil change pretty quick . I asked them specifically what price oil changes they had. They said a $50 one and a $80 one. I asked what the $50 one was and they said 0W 20 full synthetic. I said let's do it knowing full well that's what my car takes and that's what I have been changing my own oil with for the last three years. As soon as I got around to the bay, they looked at my car and said we can only do the $80 one because blah blah blah blah. Well you just lied and just lost a customer . I've experienced other horror stories from jiffy lube first hand. This is the last time I will ever consider using them. read more

I really enjoy going to this Jiffy Lube location. The team provides exceptional customer service. They provide honest recommendations of any additional services you may need with no pressure to go forward with any costs you were not anticipating. There is a small but comfortable waiting room. Service is done efficiently with minimal wait time. Windows are cleaned and the car interior is vacuumed. I highly recommend you stop in! read more

I took my mini van in for an oil change prior to a trip to Florida. I had pulled up a few minutes before their 10:00 opening. The manager (EJ?) actually came out and apologized, saying "we'll be with you as soon as we open". The waiting room was clean and neat as I waited for the service to be completed. By 10:20 I was back in my vehicle. The interaction with 2 other team members was pleasant and professional [nowadays you don't always get "cheery" from young employees early in the morning after a Saturday night :-)]. There are 2 other Jiffy Lubes closer to my home. But this one on Sliding Hill Rd. will get bookmarked as my "home" Jiffy Lube. Drive Safely! Ron read more

What to do when your add oil indicator light comes on? On a biz trip from NoVa to Richmond and the oil indicator light comes on. I found a WaWa but no synthetic oil. Just next door is this store so I figured they would sell me a quart. I got fantastic service here in fact, the attendant was walking to my car as I pulled in, he thought I had an appointment. When I told him my issue, he said 'oh, well we have top off service'...huh? I never heard of that! Just ten minutes and $10 bucks later i'm back on the road with the issue resolved.! From start to finish you were friendly, thorough, responsive, & extremely professional. You smiled, made eye contact, used manners & thanked me for my business. I came in for an oil change on my minivan and I decided to treat myself to new windshield wipers for Mother's day. I requested help with cleaning my front windshield / side windows. I came in for a oil change and waited about 15 minutes before asking how long only the oil change will take and was told 15-20 minutes. There was one car in one of the three bays with all three employees either looking or working on the car there. It's a shame that they could not handle the oil change and get me on the roadway. I do not recommend going to this location unless u enjoy sitting in the small waiting room with zero interaction with employees that don't want work at the location. Showed me a $15.99 air filter to include with synthetic oil change, and charged me $56 on the back end. Said she's "really sorry about that, and she understands that I'm upset" didn't do anything. Kept the filter in, and charged my card without addressing the theft they just conducted. There's oil grease all over my car door handles, and steering wheel. There's a chip on the door that they say was there all ready. Don't go here! read more

I came here for an oil change and knew what I would be paying, the type of oil I needed, and overall what to expect from the visit. The gentleman who actually did the work on my car did a fine job, just to begin with. My main complaint is that even after I informed the "manager" of the model of my car they still pulled up the incorrect model. Because of this, they did not use the type of oil I knew I needed to be using (my information coming directly from the user manual) even after I saw they were about to use the incorrect oil and pointed this out to informed them of this. It really felt like everything I was saying was not taken into consideration, even though I was not saying much and speaking very plainly ("that is the wrong model of car"/"hey, the type of oil I need to be using is ____ not ____"). Again, my complaint is not with all of the workers at this location as some were nice and just doing their job. It is mainly with whoever the acting "manager" was at the time I came in who was working the counter (and visibly rolled their eyes as I came in only because I was entering the building... "oh no a customer" ??). My experience was a couple of months ago and I promise this is not just an in-the-moment rant. Overall: DO NOT GO HERE. Go to one of the local mechanics in there area or just get it together and change your own oil as I will from now on. read more

DO NOT GO HERE! If you ask for the basic oil change they will tell you your car needs the more expensive one. They will not ask you before they replace your air filter. They say they don't charge for labor but the print out receipt shows they do. I had a coupon for $15 off and my bill still came to $91 for an oil change. When I spoke with the manager to complain that things were done without asking me first, like the filter he told me I needed to call the corporate office to file a complaint. Horrible customer service & "big chain" mentality. Not to mention no one was wearing a face mask....Will definitely stick with locally owned service stations. I do not think that it is a coincidence after I posted my first review that several five star reviews popped up...fake reviews? I received an email from Yelp saying my review was taken down because it was not first-hand experience. Absolutely this was first-hand experience. read more

I had a very scary experience on 95 during a (covid-19 necessary) road trip and thank goodness for a Good Samaritan next door (thanks Stacy-wherever your are!) and the three people working today I was able to get home safely. Tried to get my oil changed and the guy told me my Dodge Ram needed synthetic oil and it would be $100-$120. I knew he was wrong and confirmed it with another mechanic and my owners manual. This place was terrible. Purchased a groupon for the signature service which included a tire rotation for $38, normally $45. Got there and was told the lift can't pick up minivans, so no tire rotation. No big deal. Once done, Patrice proceeds to tell me that I owe $7 because the groupon only covers $38 of the $45 service. $20 of the $45 service was for the tire rotation that they couldn't do. When the question was asked, Patrice lacked any explanation for why the groupon wasn't honored. read more

I was on a road trip driving from DC to Savannah and my low tire pressure indicator came on, the last thing you want on a road trip is car trouble! I was relieved to see a Jiffy Lube at an exit we were about to pass and pulled in, two attendants immediately came over to greet us and assess the problem. If you've got nothing to do but wait, listen to ESPN, and sit with a group of people in uncomfortable chairs all talking loud on their phones go here, otherwise find a customer service oriented location! Went in for an oil change including fuel filter. Fifteen minuets later they inform me that they don't do filters that are in the fuel tank. The filter is not in the tank it is on the side of the engine block. Won't be going back there again. read more
